I am very happy with my family doctor but as far as the receptionist area is concerned it is very bad. They are very rude, despotic and even mocking women. If you don't like the job, look for another, they shouldn't be there. And the bosses should realize the type of employee they hire.

Been with them for the last 20 years. All praise for Dr. Rothman and the staff. Very accomodating.
I would not trade Dr. Rothman for any doctor. At times they get busy, but all clinic are busy.

I have to agree with the patient who stated the less than helpful care she received from Dr. Shedletsky. It's unfortunate, but I have experienced the same type of delay and blasé care and response. I cannot say I would recommend this clinic.

Great doctor and administration staff. Emails are responded to promptly and doctor very knowledgeable

One of those clinics where time with the doctor is rushed and they are always doing many things at once. Oh and everything is extra $$$. The reception staff are notoriously rude and unhelpful and on my last appointment they claimed I never made one and accused me of lying even though I had the emails to prove it. I don't recommend this place. Going elsewhere to a clinic that isn't so sloppy.

Dr. Rothman told my husband that he is “pretty sure that my husband has cancer” after one PSA test without having any further examinations. After the doctor did a physical examination, he corrected himself by saying “it’s actually not bad”. You don’t tell your patience that he/she has a chance by hunch!!! My husband was really agitated after what he was told. My doctor there is also unsympathetic.

I'm a patient of Dr. Rothman and he's amazing. However the receptionists are rude and not professional. They gave my husband an appointment on the phone and when he went to the clinic they said they didn't. Then again the same thing happened with me, i booked my appointment with them 2 months before the required date, and when i called to make sure because i know what happened with my husband before, they said i don't have an appointment on the system. She didn't even admit that they did something wrong or apologized and talked nicely. She was interrupting me all the time, she was so mean and booked me for a month after.
If i'm going there again is only because i like and trust my dr and it's very hard to find a doctor who you are comfortable with. But their customer service is below the average.
