I honestly avoid this location if at all possible. Trying to get into and navigate the parking lot here is a true nightmare, and walking into the building I don’t feel any safer from other patrons driving. Sure the prices are good, but if there is something I really need to get from Walmart I will opt to wait for a delivery rather than attempt to shop here in person. Would not recommend attempting to get a money order here, they do not know this as well as a business offering this service should, and creates a lot of headaches.
Will not answer the phone what so ever. Tried calling to inquire about an item in toys, there is no option to call the toy department when you call. I call electronics, I am then rudely told to call back to speak with the store operator. Called back to reach the store operator while the phone was just left ringing, called the electronics section back and my call was ignored. Abysmal customer service.
I never knew Walmart in Roseville was ghetto until today they have allll there car fresheners locked in a cage I waited 45 minutes asked 10+ associates to help and guess what!!? NO HELP I am now leaving without what I came for this is extremely upsetting. Oh, as I’m writing my review 45 minutes later, someone has come to help.
I don't go shopping for people, usually the things I need, so if everything I need to get is all in the place I'm going to make me happy. Now, if the fellow shoppers are courteous, that's a plus ➕️ and if the employees are courteous, then that's a plus. I liked the express check out it helped me because my day was pretty trying, and I just wanted to get my thoughts together while I bagged and had the option, too. I don't mind this Wal-Mart at all.
Horrible location. Can't ever get help from the staff, they either shrug and walk away, ignore you all together, or pretend they don't understand the language. Store is dirty, bathrooms need a health inspector before some major disease is spread. Shelves are poorly stocked, not using proper stocking procedures and limited quantities left on shelf while employees stand some hanging out together like they ain't at work. Questioning if some of the staff use some of a products and then try to put it back on the shelf used. This store seriously needs to be inspected thoroughly and cleaned up/ fixed.
In Walmart I saw a cute soft plush and it’s just 25$ only and they are so many Plushes …(mainly valentines day special soft toys I found )
I think this Walmart is very clean one, stuff are nicely arranged, parking is clean, police is there to make sure safety, people are nice
