May family Doctor of 30 years is here. By far the worst staff any doctor office could have. Horrible service. All these old hags have no concern for anyone. Avoid going here at all costs. They will give you the most unrealistic waiting times. Then add hours upon it. Joke of a Doctors office.

Dr Baumander is nothing short of the best doctor ever… I haven’t seen him for 35 years and he means so much to me and our family

Beware of Harveena and her atrocity she legit yelled at me after I asked her to have respect she legit asked me what for
Harveena if you’re reading this I will do everything I can to make sure you pay for your actions for the day I had regretful encounter with you.
I’ve been coming to the doctor office since I was born in 1991 my mother siblings grandmother aunts and cousins also have the same family doctor as I and we love our doctor even though we live all now live far away we travel the distance of 45mins +
I have never had a issue or problem ever in my 31 years of doctor visits other then my last appointment I had one for myself and my new born Son Zain who was 6 days old the day of my appointment everything went well until I finished my appointment and went to the front desk to book a follow up appointment where I met receptionist Harveen as I approached the desk I kindly asked her how she was doing. The response was a rude blank stare so I thought maybe she didn’t hear me . I proceeded to ask her again “how are you “ the response I got after the second time I’ve greeted her kindly was “ do you have a appointment” in the most rude manner I told her I just finished my appointment and I would like to book a appointment for 7 days from today she again said nothing I asked her if she was okay and her response was absolutely atrocious so I asked her to get someone else to help me because I could no longer continue the disrespectful conversation she told me again in a rude manner to “go stand over there “ I let her know I’m not moving until you’ve asked someone else to help me she called on another women to help me out and that’s where I asked this other receptionist if this is a normal thing for this young lady to be disrespectful to clients as I was speaking to her Harveena started to yell from her seat “ what are you accusing me of “ so I let her know I was accusing her of having little no no respect. Harveena then asked me “what do I need to have respect for “ I filled her in on how a job works and how customer service works and when she leaves her house to come to work she needs to conduct herself in a professional manner she continued to tell me she felt bad for me and my child.
I asked for a manager she came I asked for her name the manger did not give me this information when I asked originally and asked me to come into her office to have a chat in which I did…. though it should have been Harveena in the office talking to her manager about her behaviour. The manager was very kind she asked me what happened I told her and she said she is surprised and that she’s never had a problem with this employee before that maybe ive misunderstood Harveena so I told the manager that there is no misunderstanding here she is disrespectful and I needed her name she finally gave me her name and apologized on her behalf for the behaviour she also brought up that I have just had a child and I maybe “emotional “ I told her I was perfectly fine since giving birth to my child until I was disrespected by Harveena
This situation makes me extremely uncomfortable for my next visit to my family doctor i don’t need to go anywhere and be disrespected by anyone especially in a place of business that is suppose to be a safe environment/space while postpartum I would like this situation resolved immediately and to be updated on how the situation was handled after I left my family doctors office that day

The doctor was fine. The front desk was fine as well. It's the nurses that were incompetent.
I went in and was told to get a blood test done. I went to get the blood drawn and the nurse that was there (she is black and she had a veil on her head) she was not able to take the blood out. She kept laughing and stalling and telling me not to worry. I was a little nervous but after my encounter with her I got really worried as she poked me 3 times and could not find my vein. Its the attitude that really bothered me.🙄 if you see that a patient is nervous why are you laughing and making them even more nervous? Just hurry up and do your job. The other nurse (also black) was in the room and trying to fix the mini printer and she was better in a sense because when she tried to draw the blood she was quick (although she wasn't able to get it either). I do understand that sometimes we are dehydrated and that can cause this issue, but the first nurse was stalling and making the situation 100% worse. If the patient is nervous, tell the patient to not worry and hurry up and get the work done fast. She was stalling for a good 5-10 mins. Laughing and telling me I dont need to be nervous. Please look into that. It's a professionals job to do their job effectively and her attitude made everything so much harder
I ended up going to another doctor and then going to get bloodwork done there. They had no issue drawing blood

Doctor is blood sucking leech as well as the receptionist. People can file complaints against this clinic at CPSO.

In order to claim $125 from insurance I have to pay $155 to fill the insurance claim.

Had the worst experience for a walk in clinic and I will never come back again. I was so upset I left after waiting 2.5 hours. They keep telling you your after a couple of people then you see people who registered for walk in and hour later go in before you. Makes no sense! I was so upset when I asked again that I said remove me off I’m leaving. Won’t ever go to this place again.

If i had an option I would not have given a single star to them. You guys can’t even imagine how much time i have wasted of myself to get my CPR done. There prices are like you are getting doses directly from heaven. The worst customer service i have even seen. The lady at the walk-in desk is so rude she does not even know how to talk to people. Man get some training before sitting on a desk you’re ruining people’s day don’t do that.
Cherry on top ! They will keep delaying your appointments and you guys will keep on paying the doctors appointment fee. This place is waste of money.
