As the doctors are fantastic, the reception team never picks up the phone. I had an important appointment booked but could not drive to the appointment do to personal matters, I called the office 12 times to see if we could make the appointment over the phone and I was either sent to voicemail or hung up on.

They tell you have appointment if you miss it they want 50 bucks had them for awhile they said they emailed me for an appt oct 11 lie nothing was sent I checked my emails there just out to get your money or push a pill useless to me there I do nor recommend this place as someone who is supose to take care of your health and for fifty bucks they should have a car to pick you up for your appointment scam

Dr bemo is giving wrong medicine always to the patients. He dont have knowledge i guess he just bought his certificate by money. Do not go there unless u want more problems.There should be negative 10000 stars option so that i can give him reviews in a better way.

Switching doctors. Don’t see the point in making an appointment just to be left waiting for majority of the time. They didn’t even book me for the pap smear I called for initially. Such a waste of my time.

Never met a doctor who could care less about his patients and more about the money. Am looking for a new physician.

I have been with them for years and generally found them well organized and responsive.
However, that seems to change. I had an appointment with Dr Auspitz a week ago. He did not call and nobody bothered to contact me. This was before he left for 6 weeks!
Until today, nobody got back to me to even inform me what is going on or reschedule my appointment. I don't even know if they are still open.

May family Doctor of 30 years is here. By far the worst staff any doctor office could have. Horrible service. All these old hags have no concern for anyone. Avoid going here at all costs. They will give you the most unrealistic waiting times. Then add hours upon it. Joke of a Doctors office.

Very rude and disrespectful receptionist, one of the most unorganized and dysfunctional clinics I have come across. If any of the doctors at the clinic are reading this please hire new receptionists as this is giving your clinic a terrible image, myself my wife and my children and in laws will be finding a new clinic immediately as this is absolutely disgusting behaviour from the receptionist while my son is sick. She laughed at me when I told her I could not hear her well as I am partially deaf and told me to “focus better”. I do not recommend this place to anyone, there are many of other medical clinics in the area.

Horrible Experience!! Unprofessional receptionist she don’t have courtesy for the patients situation. I informed her over the phone ahead of time that I’m coming just because I was late by 30 second after 9 . She decided to close the door and not open despite several request.

Hands down one of the best doctor in north york area , i choose Dr.iraji as my family doctor and I’m really happy about how he cares and take time to listen and diagnose my problems. I would highly recommend green clinic west and Dr sasan iraji if you’re looking for a family doctor.also receptionist and pharmacist are very helpful all time.!

Although I did have a good experience seeing a doctor here in the past and was hoping I could continue seeing this doctor, I recently came to the decision to stop utilizing this clinic due to the horrible, unprofessional and poor administrative customer service. The phone lines do not work and you can never get through to the front desk when you call. The online portal for booking medical appointments has many technological glitches which makes it super difficult to book an appointment online, which you are encouraged to do even though the clinic is advertised as a walk-in clinic. When you do try to reach out via email to the Admin team for help, the email communication from them is so harsh, rash and unprofessional. They speak to you as if you are a bother and offer no practical solutions to address your concerns. They seem to forget that they are dealing with sick patients who require patience, sensitivity, and empathy while seeking health care.
I will not be going back as I am a firm believer in providing excellent customer service to ill patients and importantly, treating patients with dignity, kindness and respect. The Admin team’s customer service is so rude and uninviting. I was completely turned off by the unprofessionalism and although this clinic is the closest to me in terms of distance and would be the easiest to get to, I would rather go elsewhere than subject myself to unkindness just because I am vulnerable, in need and sick.

I am exceedingly happy with Dr. Sasan Iraji, my family doctor because he is knowledgeable, kind and caring. He helped me to get appointments with the specialists which were very effective. He concerns alot about his patients.The receptionist are friendly and helpful.

I took my daughter in law on Saturday for a possible fracture on her hand. Her health card was expired and she didn’t know, ok not a big deal. We told them an X-ray was needed and at no point were we told they didn’t do that anymore but had to pay a $95 dollar fee for her to be seen. I paid the $95 after being told that when I came with the new version code Monday that I would be reimbursed then. I called Monday to let them know the code to which I was then told it would be six to eight weeks for reimbursement. Unacceptable, the two receptionists flat out lied to me. Spoke with the supervisor today and she was extremely rude telling me I didn’t understand and I was wrong. I understand completely. She was there less than two minutes and we ended up at the emergency room. Staff is rude and ignorant.

Good clinic that is fast, however they are NOT a walk-in clinic. I suggest removing the photo on your page saying “walk-ins welcome” to avoid further confusion. Sounds like I am not the only one who showed up thinking it was a walk-in.

The worst receptionist ever. I had an appointment with an allergist in July, then it was rescheduled to Aug but I kept getting reminder to come in July even after they confirmed it was cancelled.
Came August, I was on the way there when I called them to confirm, and the receptionist insisted that there was no appointment at that time. Apparently the allergist didn't come because "there was no appointment with the doctor scheduled on that day", but when I gave her my healthcard number, she found my appointment.

Was there today and was first in line. At least 7 people came In after me and were sent to a room before me. I was told I had to wait for room 10. I was finally given the room. After about 40 minutes and at least 17 patients being seen before me, I asked the nurse why this was. I was told that I was on a different doctor's list. After an hour and 10 minutes of not being seen, I left and let the staff know that I was extremely disgusted and disappointed. I was there for minor thing and wasn't seen. Could it be because I was the only white person in an all brown staff and patient facility?

Hands down five stars to both the clinic and my doctor Dr. Alexandra Copeland. I reached out to the clinic after having had a horrible experience with the services of my previous clinic, and immediately received a reply by email that two doctors were taking in new patients with a 4-5 month wait time for Greet & Meet. I picked Dr. Copeland and waited exactly 5 months to get enrolled as promised. Every time I reached out by email I was able to receive a reply promptly.
Dr. Copeland is very thorough and reliable. I had had a couple of small ailments here and there for years and I felt comfortable bringing them up to her, and every time she listened attentively, referred me to the right specialist/services to address them and remembered to follow up with me.
The appointment booking system is very user-friendly and works flawlessly. The clinic makes it clear on its website that appointments could start later than scheduled due to unavoidable lengthening of earlier appointments which I accept, and I've never waited for more than 20 minutes at a scheduled appointment (compared to 1.5 hours at my previous clinic with its nightmarish appointment booking process). Beware of Harveena and her atrocity she legit yelled at me after I asked her to have respect she legit asked me what for

I’ve been coming to the doctor office since I was born in 1991 my mother siblings grandmother aunts and cousins also have the same family doctor as I and we love our doctor even though we live all now live far away we travel the distance of 45mins +
I have never had a issue or problem ever in my 31 years of doctor visits other then my last appointment I had one for myself and my new born Son Zain who was 6 days old the day of my appointment everything went well until I finished my appointment and went to the front desk to book a follow up appointment where I met receptionist Harveen as I approached the desk I kindly asked her how she was doing. The response was a rude blank stare so I thought maybe she didn’t hear me . I proceeded to ask her again “how are you “ the response I got after the second time I’ve greeted her kindly was “ do you have a appointment” in the most rude manner I told her I just finished my appointment and I would like to book a appointment for 7 days from today she again said nothing I asked her if she was okay and her response was absolutely atrocious so I asked her to get someone else to help me because I could no longer continue the disrespectful conversation she told me again in a rude manner to “go stand over there “ I let her know I’m not moving until you’ve asked someone else to help me she called on another women to help me out and that’s where I asked this other receptionist if this is a normal thing for this young lady to be disrespectful to clients as I was speaking to her Harveena started to yell from her seat “ what are you accusing me of “ so I let her know I was accusing her of having little no no respect. Harveena then asked me “what do I need to have respect for “ I filled her in on how a job works and how customer service works and when she leaves her house to come to work she needs to conduct herself in a professional manner she continued to tell me she felt bad for me and my child.
I asked for a manager she came I asked for her name the manger did not give me this information when I asked originally and asked me to come into her office to have a chat in which I did…. though it should have been Harveena in the office talking to her manager about her behaviour. The manager was very kind she asked me what happened I told her and she said she is surprised and that she’s never had a problem with this employee before that maybe ive misunderstood Harveena so I told the manager that there is no misunderstanding here she is disrespectful and I needed her name she finally gave me her name and apologized on her behalf for the behaviour she also brought up that I have just had a child and I maybe “emotional “ I told her I was perfectly fine since giving birth to my child until I was disrespected by Harveena
This situation makes me extremely uncomfortable for my next visit to my family doctor i don’t need to go anywhere and be disrespected by anyone especially in a place of business that is suppose to be a safe environment/space while postpartum I would like this situation resolved immediately and to be updated on how the situation was handled after I left my family doctors office that day

The doctor was fine. The front desk was fine as well. It's the nurses that were incompetent.
I went in and was told to get a blood test done. I went to get the blood drawn and the nurse that was there (she is black and she had a veil on her head) she was not able to take the blood out. She kept laughing and stalling and telling me not to worry. I was a little nervous but after my encounter with her I got really worried as she poked me 3 times and could not find my vein. Its the attitude that really bothered me.🙄 if you see that a patient is nervous why are you laughing and making them even more nervous? Just hurry up and do your job. The other nurse (also black) was in the room and trying to fix the mini printer and she was better in a sense because when she tried to draw the blood she was quick (although she wasn't able to get it either). I do understand that sometimes we are dehydrated and that can cause this issue, but the first nurse was stalling and making the situation 100% worse. If the patient is nervous, tell the patient to not worry and hurry up and get the work done fast. She was stalling for a good 5-10 mins. Laughing and telling me I dont need to be nervous. Gross Negligence
No wonder they have such low rating.
They took sample of my son for swab test. Said that they will only call if the report has anything concerning. I called in for 5 days straight, they kept saying it is delayed and after arguments, finally got to know that they lost the sample, never sent it to the lab. My little one has been suffering with high fever with no treatment as the test wasn’t done.
Obviously this was frustrating, upon asking for manager to escalate, their response was to fill the feedback form on the website. Super frustrated, I did. Obviously no one has gotten back to me yet.
Save yourself - Don’t Go Here. They should be shut down.

They took sample of my son for swab test. Said that they will only call if the report has anything concerning. I called in for 5 days straight, they kept saying it is delayed and after arguments, finally got to know that they lost the sample, never sent it to the lab. My little one has been suffering with high fever with no treatment as the test wasn’t done.
Obviously this was frustrating, upon asking for manager to escalate, their response was to fill the feedback form on the website. Super frustrated, I did. Obviously no one has gotten back to me yet.
Save yourself - Don’t Go Here. They should be shut down.

I came here based solely on the good reviews on google and boy was I wrong for doing so. Everything went smoothly until I got in to see the doctor. I was assigned Emily Dermer and in my opinion I felt there was a lack of compassion and care. As an American, I paid out of pocket for my appointment and was willing to pay out of pocket for any further testing to be done. It felt as if her only concern was getting through her patient list so she could go home at the end of the day. Throughout my entire 10 minute appointment she was reading chats that came up about other patients on her screens and told me to give her a second as I was talking, so she could read the message. Then she Continuously referred to the fact that other patients were waiting so I couldn’t go through all of my concerns with her unless I paid out of pocket for another appointment. She does not care about your concerns so if something is seriously wrong, or you want to be listened to about your ailments, I highly recommend going elsewhere. I can’t speak on the other doctors here but she was by far the worst experience I have ever had with a doctor. I ended up going to a different clinic and doctor the same day and he was the most compassionate person. Listened to all of my concerns, sent me for various testing for everything that I needed and booked a follow up (for free) to go through my results. If I could give 0 stars to this place I would

I give 5 stars from my experiences with Dr Auspitz. He was extremely responsive to any concerns presented to him and I felt bodily autonomy was respected. I never had to go back and forth just to get a referral or if requesting a specific kind of medication that I had experience with already. Even when it was busy he seemed attentive and wait times were always reasonable. Sometimes it would be booked up for a few days ahead but I would just visit a walk in clinic for those occasions. The clinic has a lifelabs on site which was very quick to use. Reception staff are also quick to respond to emails.

Great clinic if you don’t want to wait long but the doctor I’ve seen there a few times has no idea what he’s doing first time I went I had fallen and he didn’t really check the knee just gave me topical antibiotic cream turns out the knee was infected had to go to another dr and he gave me the right prescription. Second time I saw this doctor I had red eye extremely irritated didnt ask much questions just gave me eye drops for pink eye! After my eye wasn’t getting better I went to an eye specialist and turns out it was severely inflammed and was prescribed the right medication a steroid for the inflammation And lubricante as well as cleaning whipes after 2 days my eye was finally better actually getting better. I think this specific doctor needs to have more experience with asking more questions and going into concerns more thorough he was a very in and out doctor for this reason I gave this clinic a 2. Not going back

I took my daughter to this urgent care clinic and they refused to register her because we didn’t have a mask. I ask for one and I was told I need to buy a mask from them or go buy mask at the store. I advise the receptionist that I don’t have money to buy a mask I was told they wouldn’t register my daughter who got jumped earlier at school and now got a headache and nauseated. They refused to have me speak with a manager or supervisor. Stating that that’s their policy. I had to go to the back and speak with a doctor. For them to allow my daughter to see the doctor. I am appalled by this. I cannot believe this is how Canadians are being treated in their own country. Having medical attention denied because we don’t have money to buy a mask at a medical facility. This is a shame!!

Have regularly visited this clinic for the kids & myself for the last 7-8 years and have always had positive experiences here. Yes u may have to wait yr turn however the diagnosis we have received for our respective health concerns have been correct. This clinic is very poorly managed. I took my daughter to be tested for Strep, as I suspected that's what it was, and they had no rapid strep test, so sent us away after taking a lab culture that takes days for results. Two days later I took her to her own physician's office and they did a rapid strep test - she was positive and began antibiotics. We waited for FOUR DAYS before this clinic bothered to call and tell us we had a positive result. At this point my daughter would be waiting 5 days for antibiotics. Strep can become quite serious and she could have infected a lot more people had I waited around for this clinic to provide results. While speaking to them over the phone about why they didn't call sooner or leave me a message when they called earlier in the day, or have rapid strep tests available, I was hung up on by the receptionist, just for making suggestions of how they can improve. VERY POORLY MANAGED CLINIC. MANAGEMENT - STOCK UP ON RAPID TESTS, THEY COME IN HANDY, AND LEAVING VOICEMAILS COULD SAVE PATIENTS A LOT OF PAIN AND SUFFERING. Teach your admin staff some manners. I'm sure if this was their own child or family member, they would want all of the things I have outlined above. Thanks.

Went to this location after looking for a walk in clinic near by with decent reviews, but got surprised how much better it is. I got an Dr. Alina Zaltzman and she is absolutely amazing. The combination of professionalism and genuine care is something I always lack in Canada. She actually listened through all my concerns and worked together with me to make sure my health is in a good shape. What shocked me is that after a day or two Dr. Zaltzman called me and followed up with some more details I already forgot about, which shows that she cares about her patients.
Besides the doctor, this clinic has an amazing laboratory staff and very pleasant receptionists.

Although the nurses are all good at this clinic…good luck ever getting the clinic to answer a phone much less get an appointment in a timely manner even when a patient is nearing the end of their lives. The receptionists are likely the biggest part of the problem not having the ability to determine when a patient needs immediate help and also misplacing documents . More training needed there or new receptionists that know what they are doing. They have obviously taken on too many patients when they never pick up a phone and the only message you can leave is to cancel an appointment. People are suffering because of this almost non existent health care. They will tell you they can do home visits also but good luck getting one in a hurry. Too late for us…my mother has passed.

Too many things to be disappointed by. The main bad thing is just feeling like they don't care about you or your children. Like many family doctors here, they're just there to collect a paycheck. They promote so much "same day appointments" but when my wife called about having a potential miscarriage and was simply looking for an ultrasound requisition, they told her they couldn't see her for a few weeks. When my son potentially broke his arm and I was looking for an x ray, they said they couldn't see him and to just go to the hospital. I am so disappointed with them. I will say though, it seems like family doctors not caring is something very common here in Canada so this is probably the standard they abide by.

Dr. Sasan Iraji is the best doctor I've received medical care from by a mile. He went above and beyond to help me get an appointment with a specialist quickly for an urgent matter. Dr. Wang is a caring physician who takes the concerns of her patients seriously. She is always available when my children are sick and her admin staff are friendly, prompt to respond, and caring. I just dropped this office as my family doctor. The previous doctor, Dr. Awad, was an amazing doctor whom I miss terribly, next to these new ones. He was amazing! I also miss his staff as the new staff is awful!
I write this because Dr. Kanu doesn't look far enough back on my records when prescribing medications. He prescribed me something I've already taken and didn't work for me. He also has prescribed me a medication that should have been taken with an antipsychotic, claiming it would help with my anxiety and fibromyalgia pain. Meanwhile not prescribing the antipsychotic. It stopped working, made me gain weight and eventually lead to suicidal thoughts and extreme depression and dependency on it. I stopped taking it right away, once I realized what was going on.
He's promised me therapy sessions and I've yet to receive a call from anyone and calling and asking the staff for anything isn't worthwhile because they never call you back! I shouldn't have to harass the staff or doctor to be taken seriously or to be heard.
In appointments I also feel rushed and I'm never completely heard and not everything I've needed addressed gets resolved because he rushes onto the next person. I feel he doesn't take pain and mental health seriously enough.

Usually very short wait times. Saw Dr. Chen, he was knowledgeable and patient. Completed diagnostic tests and received a follow up call a week later. Everything was very quick. Great experience.

I’ve been to many walk in clinics and I’ve never received the care like I did at this one. Dr.Chen was very caring and very helpful and did not make me feel like a nuisance which I feel most drs do unfortunately. And he even took the time to call me back and follow up! I walked in today and was kindly asked by a receptionist that the doctor will not be looking at any more patients as more patients walked in. The other patients were gladly checked but me and my father were asked to leave. This was a request from Robert Chen which makes me question his professionalism. I would never ever recommend “Robert Chen” to any one and whole heartedly believe he should be dismissed.

I don't understand why the Google reviews are so low because I absolutely LOVE this clinic. My NP is fantastic. She is always so empathetic and warm towards me and really takes the time to listen and answer all my questions. I never feel rushed and they are always able to get me in; sometimes even on short notice when needed. They see my young daughter as well and she loves going and seeing the sweet and caring nurse Colleen. Honestly I could not recommend this clinic enough. The staff are truly amazing and I am very happy to be a patient here.

Worst Clinic Ever! My advice - Don't go here. The receptionists tell you 30 minutes an hour passes still need to wait I get up to ask them how long, they tell me I'm next. Another hour still waiting. Takes forever. Dr. Sharma is the rudest Doctor I have ever met in my life. Dr. Grewal, she can be rude also but not as bad as Sharma. The 2/3 receptionists they are always laughing and acting like a bunch of kids. Seriously aren't you there to work not play around!?! Do your job! I hope these guys check out all of our reviews and make some big time changes to this place. Not a good clinic to go to, unless you want to get mad.

Despite I came here today late, they still gave me an excellent service.I was searching for the place outside due to wrong location on google maps.
The receptionist and all the staff members took care of me and were very professional, polite, humble and friendly.

Heads up, search for 25 Peel centre garage on google maps to get to the closest correct entrance point to MCI doctors office .If you entered from the other side it will be a VERY VERY long walk

Worst service. Brought my newborn in after they said they would see her and then they refused her because he didn’t have time. I had called the day before and they said bring her no problem, my son had a booked appt so I thought I would bring them at the same time because she’s got a cold and she’s so young and small, and I got there and they said no. My husband took time off work to come. Its fine if he can’t take her but don’t give me false information and then be rude about it. I arranged a sitter for my third child and dragged the newborn out for no reason. Will be finding a new doctor with a better staff with knowledge. Don’t wast your time.

DO NOT MAKE THEM YOUR FAMILY DOCTORS. I don't usually write reviews but I feel like I must after what my family has gone through with these doctors. Dr. Sharma and Dr. Grewal were my family doctors. A Doctor's job is to take care of patients. This place makes you feel like you're simply a transaction, don't even try to ask more about the problem - simply try to move onto the next patient. My sister-in-law had a twin miscarriage, she had first went to Dr. Grewal and after looking at the ultrasounds Dr. Grewal saw no concerns, but another doctor looking at those same ultrasounds sent my sister-in-law immediately to St. Micheals. The Doctor at St. Micheal's informed my sister-in-law that the first Doctor (Dr. Grewal) should have addressed the concern after the first ultrasound because it threatened her health. Honestly if you're looking for people that ACTUALLY care DON'T come here.

DR Sharma is the worst doctor ever I have met. He doesn't care, don't listen to patient's concerns or complaints, he was in and out in 2 mins. We came with ear pain and chest pain and he told us that he can only check 1 complaint per visit and just walked out without even saying a bye... I even wonder how he got his license..??!! Unbelievable..!! I don't feel safe and comfortable with this DR...My recommendation is not to see this Dr...

Dr. Grewal is good and informative. But the front office is pathetic. They rescheduled my Baby's vaccination and I took a day off to take him to their place and they were closed. They didn't even informed us and the very next day I called them. They were not bothered about the incident. Then they scheduled me for Thursday 1.45 pm and on Wednesday they informed they rescheduled the appointment for 1 pm without even asking me. I told that time is not convenient and they are least bothered about our convenience. Dr. Grewal is good but have terrible customer service.

Doctor Greywal is amazing she gives you your due time and listens to your problems calmly.
She is my family doctor BTW. In the beginning when I heard a female doctor is taking patients I went right away . The wait has been there always even another half an hour in the room which is ridiculous.

About a week ago I had my first visit to this clinic as I had been vomiting non stop and I had some sort of flu. The receptionist was nice, however I had to wait for an inordinate amount of time before I could see a doctor. Big whoop it's a walk in clinic whstever. My problem however starts when I saw Dr Grewal. I sat down and tried to explain what I was feeling however she seemed very eager to get me out of the office and completely ignored what I had to say in regards to my vomiting. Whithin what was literally seconds after I sat down she printed out a prescription for an antibiotic known as "azithromycin. At first I thought it was strange that there was only few pills bibi figured it was ok, after all she is the doctor. So I took the pills and after everytime I took the pills I would get more and more nauseous and I'd start tothrowt up more and more. After deciding enough was enough I stopped taking the pills and I went to my family doctor. When I explained to him what was happening he immediately told me to never take those pills again as they were too strong of a prescription and not designed to fix what was wrong with me. He told me that these pills were actually doing more harm and was causing me to vomit and feel more nauseous! He told me that I shouldn't actually be on any meds as they would make it worse (especially the azithromycin as it's biggest side effect is nausea) and that this pill is the strongest of it's kind. Fast forward to now I stopped the pills given to me whithin 3 seconds of my visit from Dr Grewal and I've literally just been drinking gstoraGa as my family doctor told me and I'm already feeling slightly better. Moral of the story? If your visit to the doctor here is rushed or feels rushed in any way, go get a second opinion it will work wonders.....

This service sucks. You book an appointment a week before you go back to have a checkup, and they say that the doctor you want will be there. Next thing you know, the doctor you want decides not to show up or not to come because they are “not available” or that the doctor is “not coming today”. This happens not once, not twice, but multiple times. This is not a way to run a clinic. Personally, we had an appointment at 6:00. We were trying to confirm it at 4:00. When that’s their job to confirm that the patient is attending his/her appointment. Later on, we call them again, 40 minutes before our appointment and they tell us that our doctor is not coming today. But, if we look back to a week before we made this appointmeny our doctor was not there that day either. Please fix your service before it gets shut down.

Worst Dr on the planet unless you're over the age of 55. Dr Jagas was my Dr for 26 years until i got very ill and he dropped me because of it. This Dr drops patients in the middle of health crisis and takes vacation every other month. He often doesn't work Fridays and takes 2-3 weeks to book for an appointment. Worst experience of my life due to him dropping me through cancer testing. Such a terrible Dr, he should hurry up and retire already. It's obvious he doesn't care about his patients.

We have been coming to this clinic for at least ten years. My family doctor is wonderful. I am thrilled that when my doctor is away, I can still see another doctor when it can't wait and that they have after hours coverage with different clinics they are linked to.

Loved them! Went the first day they were open with the new renovations and new doctor. They were great with my daughter and I. Very accommodating, professional and nice. That's my clinic I'll always go to now.

I visited today at 10:00 and the receptionist told me the doctors wouldn't be there until 2 even though the doors were unlocked and there was an open sign on the door. I came back at 2 since I had to go back to school, and once completing a patient information sheet I took a seat along with 7 other patients. 15 minutes go by and the receptionist finally says, "the Doctor will be here with the next 15-20 minutes." The doctor wasn't even there! I will never go back.

I have had Dr. Seema Chowdry as my family doctor for well over 8 years. If you are able to meet with Dr. Chowdry, she is a great doctor. Her diagnosis has been good. However, when it comes to time management, its a whole different thing. Even with an appointment, you are guaranteed a wait of no less than 2 hours.
Since they also take walk-ins, they seem to have a priority over those who have appointments. If you know the staff very well, you can get ahead of the wait.
I stopped going to this clinic because of the unacceptable long wait times, even when I had an appointment.
They started a new pharmacy in the building. Initially the Doctor's used to give prescription on the Pharmacy's letter head. However, you had the choice of buying it from anywhere. Now they do not give a prescription, instead the send it directly to the Pharmacy and ask you to go pick it up from there.

Dr. Rehan is a great doctor, however the clinic is very poorly managed. The staff does not enter your information correctly, they don't pay attention to the records and keep calling you for the same reports again and again. Smallest thing such as sending a fax for referral could not be handled properly by them and we keep waiting for the referral doctor to call (only to know later that the referral fax didn't go through and nobody followed up). They book appointments even when the doctor may not show up and cancel the same couple hours before the scheduled time. Wait times are insane even after you make appointments.

All my medical needs have been met in a timely and thorough manner. Dr. Rehan and her associates are very professional. Never had to wait more than ten minutes past my appointment time. I fail to see how other people have had different experiences when mine have been consistent over the past 2 years. Never known any walk-in anywhere that isn't chaotic, Make an appointment they are quick ;)
