As the doctors are fantastic, the reception team never picks up the phone. I had an important appointment booked but could not drive to the appointment do to personal matters, I called the office 12 times to see if we could make the appointment over the phone and I was either sent to voicemail or hung up on.

15 people waiting for blood work, you think 1 out of the 8 chairs someone would let a 7 month pregnant lady sit? Entitled people and awful slow system. No thanks rather go somewhere else.

Great clinic if you don’t want to wait long but the doctor I’ve seen there a few times has no idea what he’s doing first time I went I had fallen and he didn’t really check the knee just gave me topical antibiotic cream turns out the knee was infected had to go to another dr and he gave me the right prescription. Second time I saw this doctor I had red eye extremely irritated didnt ask much questions just gave me eye drops for pink eye! After my eye wasn’t getting better I went to an eye specialist and turns out it was severely inflammed and was prescribed the right medication a steroid for the inflammation And lubricante as well as cleaning whipes after 2 days my eye was finally better actually getting better. I think this specific doctor needs to have more experience with asking more questions and going into concerns more thorough he was a very in and out doctor for this reason I gave this clinic a 2. Not going back

We have been going there as a family for many many years. Many thanks to all the Doctors especially Dr. Chen for exemplary care. Highly recommended team.

Just went here. It's not a walk in any more, don't label yourself as a walk in on Google and waste people's time.

Edited: as a side note, the clinic was also completely empty with no patients as it just opened and they wouldn't take my daughter since you know, it's not a walk in anymore.

Usually very short wait times. Saw Dr. Chen, he was knowledgeable and patient. Completed diagnostic tests and received a follow up call a week later. Everything was very quick. Great experience.

This WALK IN should notttttt be called a walk in clinic. Any doctor that is sitting there only takes patients by appointment and off the some days when doctor is actually taking walk in patients, they are fully booked from the time they open you call them and the
Answer is we are fully booked. Unacceptable for such WALK IN's to be named
Walk in because you can never just walk in a meet a doctor
