The croissant was delicious and soft, and the staff member was very patient while I decided what I wanted, haha. It was a great place to stop before exploring more of the city!
I don’t normally write reviews, but this place really deserves it. The number 9 baguettes are out of this world and the staff are so lovely and accommodating. You must give it a try!
Had breakfast made by Stefano’s mum. A lovely Italian family run business and Stefano made us feel welcome. A tiny place that is greatly enhanced by the owners’ warmth. Very nicely located and walking distance from Edinburgh Castle
The pastries are simply delicious. Always visit here when we are in Edinburgh. Costs me a small fortune but worth every penny.

Gluten free canoli was lovely, although isn't completely separate from gluten products - they did warn me of this.
Home of the famous number 9. A must try when visiting Edinburgh A grilled chicken baguette or wrap with their secret recipe homemade chipotle sauce Select your spice level from low (1) to hot (5). Exquisite coffee with the option to buy beans to take home. Grab a cannoli when passing, freshly made with different fillings available. A selection of popular wraps and baguettes some pasta options and more. What else to say really...
Beautiful little Italian cafe with very friendly staff. Had the most delicious sandwich I’ve tried here! Would highly recommend. Also has a variety of cold drinks which are very necessary with the current warm weather.
