My recent attempt to engage with Enhance Health in Edmonton, seeking a complimentary consultation to find a new family doctor after relocating to the area, has left me profoundly disappointed and questioning their commitment to patient service.
My initial approach involved filling out their online consultation form to inquire about becoming a new patient. Despite submitting my details, I received no response from the clinic. This lack of follow-up left me uncertain about their availability and willingness to accommodate new patients.
Subsequently, I called the clinic directly, hoping to schedule a complimentary consultation. However, my expectations for a seamless process were quickly shattered. After mentioning my previous attempt via the online form, the staff's indifference was evident. It became clear that my inquiry was not met with the expected acknowledgment or appreciation.
Undeterred, I managed to secure a complimentary consultation appointment. However, unforeseen circumstances arose, necessitating a rescheduling. Despite my efforts to contact the clinic four times that morning, I could not connect with a staff member to discuss rescheduling. This lack of accessibility and responsiveness highlighted significant shortcomings in their operational efficiency.
Adding to the disappointment, there was no follow-up from Enhance Health regarding the missed consultation appointment. This entire experience has left me questioning their dedication to patient care. If this is how they handle inquiries from potential patients, it raises concerns about the level of attention and support existing patients might receive.

I was very disappointed with the knowledge and customer service I received upon calling this office. I asked the price of lip injections using emerval. The receptionist, Rose, had no idea what emerval was. & kept saying uuuummm and said I have no idea what that is, instead of being professional and putting me on hold. If this clinic is providing lip injections using emerval, it might be a good idea for their receptionists to know the products and how much they cost. I said never mind and that I would go to a clinic that knows what service they provide and she said "ok for sure". 👏🏻
