What a joke. I wait more than 9 months for a meet and greet only to be told a few weeks before that they will no longer be accepting me or my children due to a "family emergency"

I took my elderly mom to Dr. Patel for a nail cutting/ingrown nails, but it wasn't a good experience. He charged $75 for a quick 10-minute job, and after making us wait 20 minutes from our original appointment time, he didn't have the right equipment to file the nails, citing a backorder. He suggested coming back to his other clinic or doing it ourselves. My mom was not happy at all.

This lack of preparation was frustrating, especially for an elderly person. We believe a good podiatrist should handle everything in one visit, especially for older patients. Our experience at the Edmonton Diabetic High Risk foot Clinic was much better—they did everything efficiently in a single appointment.

I advise others to think carefully before choosing Dr. Patel for podiatric services. His lack of preparation and inconvenience may not suit those needing comprehensive foot care.

In conclusion, our visit to Dr. Patel's service was below par. We hope this feedback helps him improve for future patients. I won't recommend seeing this doctor anymore.

Nice clinic. Dr Pati is a very warm welcoming. Clinic is neat and clean and convenient to book appointments.

I booked an appointment for their new doctor back in July. They called and left a message and cancelled my appointment no explanation no trying to help. I called to ask why they were short and didn’t care, the explanation I got was they didn’t keep track and overbooked. How is this my issue? I booked 7 months in advance and have been waiting. My fiance and I booked the same day. His appointment is 3 days ahead of mine but they were going to keep his appointment and not mine. So this place does not care about keeping families together or taking accountability. Do not recommend
