Absolutely incredible experience! I had a consultation. I was scared to go because I knew nothing about boxing, but I knew I wanted to learn. I specifically wanted to train and tone my upper body while having fun. I knew I wanted to be more confident and have more discipline. There is SO much technique that goes into boxing and Denis is an incredibly talented coach! I'm excited to go back.
