Be prepared to not be taken in anywhere near your appointment time.

I checked in 15mins before my appointment time and was not taken in until an HOUR after, and even after taking that hour of my day to wait. It was only for an extremely short conversation at most 3-5 minutes. I wanted to get checked for a health concern and all that was did to me were brief questions and told to come back after some blood tests. I honestly don't want to come back and hope another clinic can read my test results for me instead.

Literally 4 people who checked in AFTER me got taken in first, and at that point I was already 45mins PAST my appointment time. I saw at the front desk their "policy" that late arrivals would need to be rescheduled- but apparently that is not the case.

When I initially booked this appointment with another clinic, I was told I would need 15mins. But the actual consult lasted a whole lot less, most of it was just waiting in the room and barely any conversation was made or asked from the healthcare provider that saw me.

Really disappointing, I should have trusted the reviews lmao

How bad can reception get?… well it’s bad here. If you call during business hours it goes to VM, call back a few times and someone will answer.. but ask how they can help but mid sentence puts you on hold…

When they come back to the line, it’s all attitude. I’m sorry your office is busy, but don’t take out your frustration on clients..

I've been seeing Dr. Arain just short of a year after my previous doctor retired. She is simply fabulous, easy to speak with, great listener and very knowledgeable in her medical field. I also find the rest of the office staff to be very friendly and accommodating. Thank you!

Just got off the phone with "Danielle" I didn't say my doctors last name correctly so I was corrected twice then told to hold... once she comes back to the line I explain that my levels are high and I'd need to book a follow up, she then says nope I don't see any red here? What the hell does that mean? My thyroid levels are elevated and a few other things... my doctor recently retired, the pool for doctors taking new patients is small... if this is the options we are left with for Healthcare I worry.

I don't get some of the reviews on here, as I find everyone at this location to be very nice.

Wait times are going to always be long, since there is an issue with the health care system. (I love that the office listens to Now Radio!)

Dr. Arain is quick to figure out the issue and she appears very happy to hear when her solution worked!

Appointments are not honored here despite being a family doctor, waited for 3 hours and could not wait any longer so had to deal with my kid illness at home. If you are looking for family doctor look elsewhere, they take lot of walk-ins and appointments even though they cannot handle that much of turnover. Lack of empathy for their patients and what they are going through, this is purely business and sought money over empathy for patients, will look for another family doctor.

I was very pleased with my experience at MC Medical Clinic. I can be a hard critic of walk -in-clinics and the people employed by them. Combine that attitude with an innate crankiness when I''m not feeling well and the result can be much less than pleasant. This time was a world away from previous experience elsewhere. It was good to be treated with professionalism and care when I say the doctor and all the other employees of he MC Clinic made me feel that I was safe in safe hands and even made me smile when I left, then you can believe they are the best. I''am truly grateful and wont get that awful feeling of dread the next time I get sick. I appreciate their follow-up and willingness to answer questions also. A big thank you to all the employees and physicians at MC Medical Clinic and special thank you to Dr. Sadiq (mic-drop).
