Mango Medical Clinic

Not professional. Does not care about your time. People who are scheduling appointments for the doctors always book you for some time and then you will have to wait an hour for your turn.
Happens always with me. POOR!

My family doctor is awesome! But the clinic needs to hire more professional and friendly staff, a girl named Judy is the worst. I saw her chitchat with one of the newer female doctor name Christine Yu about a patient while the patient is still there. Super unprofessional and no ethics!

Very not respectful to their patients.
Doctors can be late for appointments but if patients are late for appointment they charge you 60$ for the re-schedule fee.

And their phone call appointment are really hard to pick up since doctor never call you on time!

And they said that the doctor suppose to be late EVERY TIME. (so if it is about 11 o'clock, the doctor may call between 11:30 to 12 o'clock. ) Talk like all patients are idle all the time. Plus they only call you once, and the call definitely did not last long then a min, because I have my phone ring on (I got the other phone call before it so i’m sure my phone ring is not broken) and I keep my phone close to me but did not hear any thing.

I think they are doing it some how in purpose, so they can charge their patients for the re-schedule fee.

Dr Hung is our family doctor since we moved to Canada and I always say how blessed we are for finding her! She cares about their patients , she goes above and beyond and I never feel rushed when we have appointments with her. she takes care of all of our family with love and competency.

Dr. Lin is a great doctor and the staff are friendly. Very happy with the service and the consideration taken by Dr Lin and this clinic.
My only suggestion is I would prefer the online booking system to be designed to select by doctor first and not by location. I do not know Dr. Lin's schedule on when he will be at Kingsway or Marpole and I am accessible to both locations, especially if I want an earlier appmt. Would be better if I could select him and then select location so not need to click back and forth to find the earliest appmt with the current set up.

Worst experience here. The owner, Dr Dai doesn’t care about his patients at all. Told him that my health concerns but he doesn’t care, always say no need for any check up. So glad I went somewhere else and got my check up done before it became a big deal.

The reception is rude and doesn’t make sense. The reason I came here is because the wait time is short, but now I know why. I’d rather go somewhere else with better Doctor quality and service.

I feel so lucky to be able to have my family doctor , Dr Javad Ramezani in Mango clinic! Dr Ramezani is super responsive with all my health concerns and conditions, he’s always on track, and always follow up with me! When I need referral or any help with my medication he’s on it! There is no wait! I also find Dr Ramezani very knowledgeable with new medicines and always does his best to work with his patients ! I feel so blessed to be able to have proper health, medical care finally!
Staffs wise, everyone is friendly and get things done on timely manner! They are also very helpful!!! Thank you so much!!!
