Employees are very rude, which I usually don't care for. But when they are always giving incorrect orders and trying to rush you through it's very frustrating. There seems to be an issue every time I order here. The employees are comfortable being rude and argumentative with their customers, because obviously management does nothing about it. It's such a shame. I hope they start taking these reviews seriously.

Worst customer service ever...and they are very rude! We asked for a few extra cups with my Take 12 order and it was a whole ordeal with the manager who refused to help us! It's embarrassing and pathetic, Tim Hortons generates billions of dollars and they couldn't even spare a few extra cups! I will never buy from here again and will never order my Take 12 from Tims again!
Its around 6:30am-6:40am of July 7. I ordered a sausage farm wrap combo with a muffin and a medium double double. When im at the window to get my order, the guy was giving me medium 2 milk. I said I ordered a medium double double, he took back the coffee and 3 seconds after he passed me a cup of coffee and said “medium double double”. Im going to work so i didnt check whats inside but when i parked to work, i tasted the coffee and its MEDIUM 2 MILK. they didn’t change my order but changed the lid. Its very upsetting to start a day, its not the coffee but THE SERVICE! I worked in this industry for 3 years and i know what double double and 2 milk tastes like by tasting it or just by looking at it.
Whenever I order through the tims app, this location NEVER get the order right. The other day they forgot an entire coffee, and gave several wrong items. Today, I get 2 little timbits instead of the donuts I ordered. The staff needs to pay better attention to what they're doing.
Like most Tim Hortons, the quality is a hit or miss.
The worst part about this location is that there is zero space for cars. Usually the lineup is on the street, and don’t even think of parking and walking in because you wont be able to pull in to the two spot parking lot.

The best! The most enjoable place for food and coffee (cappuccino)! We had a breakfast with croassaunt and cappuccino! 😋 Awesome service! Quality of food is 5*! Beautifully designed delicious cappuccino!
my favourite cafe in the area, most kind owners, been coming here for years for their ginseng latte! i wish this could be closer to home, but used to come here often during a lunch break (before covid). so happy to know it’s stayed busier, i stop by whenever i get the chance! don’t hesitate to come for coffee. or quick lunch. it’s simple and quick, not anything fancy but the owners put lots of effort into making the food and making sure you have a great experience!
I came to grab some farmers wraps for me and my family and all of our hasbrowns and bacon were like rocks. The service is garbage, the workers are rude and they make you park on the side even though there isn't anyone behind you. Tim Hortons should revoke the owners franchise license and give it to someone who actually cares about serving people. Your a piece of shmit for treating your customers this way, put more effort into your hiring process, these people you hired belong somewhere they can't interact with customers.
Terrible Experience. Tim Hortons are never top notch but this has been the WORST experience I had. First of all the lady on drive thru was super rude, and couldn’t even take order properly, just stopped taking because I took 5 seconds extra to order something. And then she kept CORRECTING ME for some reason that oh you mean this or that. And after all that, she got my ORDER WRONG. I clearly mentioned EGG AND CHEESE NO BACON OR ANYTHING ELSE. And i still got Sausage Egg and Cheese. Terrible service, terrible food. This was today 29th March 1055 - 1105 AM.
It is a preferred spot for drive thru, but its proximity to the intersection and limited parking space affect traffic. Most of the time, I wait in line on the road and the cars behind me honk their horns. 6 out of 10 hot beverage products are not at sufficient temperature.
I recently ordered from IQ and unfortunately had a highly disappointing experience. Upon receiving my order, I discovered a staple and paper inside the food packaging. This was not only shocking but also posed a serious health risk.
Despite having high expectations for the quality of the food, finding foreign objects inside was unacceptable. This incident has greatly impacted my trust in the establishment's commitment to food safety and quality control.

The food quality is the worst among all the tim over the world and the service provded by the all the staff's including the manager are providing the worst service I have received ever in my life. It has the worst atmosphere and its one of the worst place I have visited in my life.
Good service. The pastries taste good. Sitting spaces are limited and most people will hang around for a long time. We went there 11:00 and it’s packed. There is one couple occupying a big table telling others they are expecting more. We ended up sitting at the bar and that’s great. Coffee is standard and nothing special.
Slowest employees of tim hortons work on there. I remained in the queue for 15 to 20 mins just to order there not for only day but everydays now a days during the evening time.

I’ve been going here even before Covid & it’s an amazing cafe. Busy around lunch time as expected but their coffee are imported from Italy & owner is Italian as well. Took my friend here & things hasn’t change for over 5 years. Exceptional service & food. Love it here. This is the coffee ginseng
This little gem was a great find! It’s a bit hidden as it’s behind and within a larger building. It’s got decent parking and a fair amount of seating. This is a casual eatery/cafe, order at the counter and sit wherever and they will bring you the food. The shopkeepers were super friendly. The price to portion of food was very reasonable! The food was hot, delicious and made to order! My favourite was the prosciutto and egg toast! The espresso beverages taste great. I would highly recommend visiting this cafe if you’re in the area.

This place is always busy, you have to get very lucky to find a seat. But there are a lot of parking spots out side. Food is always good. Coffee is always good. Snacks are always good. 100% recommend
The service here was absolutely unprofessional. One of the workers here had their friend in and was giving them free salads and the friend was eating at the spot where we are supposed to wait for our food as customers.
Not to mention the guy who took our order was almost irritated that we were even there.
The girl making the salads in the back was the only one clearly working.
The tables and chairs looked like they haven’t been wiped all day and there was trash on the floor.
I don’t know this would be something to expect from a fast food chain but not when you are spending 30$ for a salad

Always wanted to try this place as it's across from kid's hockey rink. Was busy on a weekday morning, lots of seating, cute atmosphere. Latte was yummy and had cool latte art. Salted chocolate chip cookie was delicious, lots of chocolate according to kid. Blueberry scone was delicious too. They had sandwiches from Feast and everything looked good. Staff friendly and quick!

I recently visited Tim Hortons and unfortunately had a disheartening experience with their customer service. The staff exhibited an arrogant attitude, making my visit less than enjoyable. I hope Tim Hortons can address and improve upon such instances to ensure a more positive experience for customers in the future.

Food: 4/5 - I got a chicken panini and it was great! It felt like a fresh sandwich, with fresh Italian bread. I'd love to try the hot foods next time.

Today I buyed one extra large French vanilla, the quantity which they given was low ,why they doing this to customers. There is a mark in the cup but they gave me less than that ,it would be large size in extra large cup.I was in a hurry that's why I didn't discuss with them about this,never do this ,it's cheating.
Delicious sandwiches made with fresh ingredients and a lot of love! The café has a soul, and the owner puts in effort to ensure everyone leaves satisfied. I highly recommend their beef sandwich and their bagel with egg and turkey. The prices are also very reasonable for the quality they offer. It's important to support local businesses that truly care about their customers.
I ordered Triple triple this morning and I realized Tim Hortons is the perfect place to go if you're looking for a cup of hot coffee served cold. The staff is always happy to serve you with a frown and make you feel like you're bothering them. They're so good at it that you'll feel like you're in a different dimension where the customer is always wrong.

I went to this cafe with friends to share my secret place. I told them that their coffee and food are good. When I got there, two people were inside. One of them told me, 'This place is a hidden gem; you found the right spot.' Later, the other one also said, 'This cafe is nice.' LOL. They were excited to share how nice this cafe is.
We enjoyed Prosciutto pizza, garden salad, chicken panini, and latte. Everything was so good, and there was very good customer service from the owner. Thanks; we will definitely come back.

The next day we ordered breakfast and the employees agreed that the bagels tasted fresher and the sandwich over all was far better. I had a chocolate coconut chiller. Amazing I loved it. The best part the person in charge said to an employee if you are not sure please double check with the customer to make sure the order is complete and correct.
I am going to miss the hockey players coffee and donuts it was a game of chance we took bets at the office to see

I was so pleasantly surprised with my experience. The prices are fair and reasonable, the service was exceptional and the food was phenomenal. You have the choice to take the food to go or sit down- if you choose to sit they bring the food to you. The seating area isn't large but gives you options for seating groups or single people. They also have other snacks to buy like cookies and chocolate. I ordered a slice of pizza that comes with salad ($5.99) and a bagel with cream cheese ($3.99) it was fresh hot and delicious. The service and food quality is something I'd expect from a fancy and expensive restaurant however they give you everything you'd want in eating out but with a better price.
An overdue visit to this authentic coffee shop which we wanted to visit a while back and it did not disappoint. It is a middle of a commercial/office type area with decent amount of parking. We loved the service which was top notch from beginning till the end. This cafe has Italian goods specifically imported from Italy. We had the butter croissant, croissant caprese, cappuccino and orange/peach tea. Everything hit the spot! Next time we will have more breakfast items as they have a diverse breakfast menu. Thanks!
Very slow service. The owner who also owns the one on Leslie St closer to Finch, doesn’t provide enough staffing at his gas station location. The employees are as frustrated about this as the customers. Cheapens the image of Timmys. I’ll be reporting to head office as well since I feel terrible for the overworked staff running around like chickens.
That woman needs a hug. I go into the store a few minutes ago with an empty tea cup from Tim Hortons. I go to throw it out before I order my new coffee. The big case that holds the garbage can was open, the filled garbage bag was out on the floor in the establishment (not very sanitary I may add) and there was a new fresh garbage can right beside in the open. I didn’t want to touch the gross filled bag of garbage to open the bag and throw in my tea, so I toss my tea in the new fresh garbage can. The woman FLIPS out on me, I tell her to relax and she goes off even further. Please take the day off if you’re going to act like that. For goodness sake. Very disappointed - like Ma’am, it’s 10 in the morning … I used to frequent this place too. Sad y’all lost a customer. Take Care
Absolutely adore this cafe! The worker was a kind face and I felt welcome immediately. It is a peaceful and cute place to sit and work (I was marking) and enjoy a yummy bite. Highly recommend

I visited the IQ location at Yorkdale Mall and ordered a chicken bowl. Unfortunately, I was disappointed and unhappy because the chicken didn't seem fresh, appeared old, and was quite dry. Additionally, all of my sweet potato seemed to be burned, making the overall experience less than satisfactory.
I came here twice this week because I had to do something nearby. The staff are mostly young adults, they are very cheerful, nice and fun! The cafe in general is definitely on the louder side, it has a nice vibe to it but keep this in mind. The place is very clean and has many drink options to choose from. Their menu is very simple to an inexperienced person but they have different flavours of majority of the drinks even though they're not clearly listed.

Once again, I do not go to cafes and drink coffee regularly so i do not have a comparison point but in my opinion both their drinks and aesthetics are 9.5/10. I had a request for a special order of donuts. Everyone I dealt with was genuinely engaged, friendly and helpful. All communications were done quickly and accurately Of course the donuts were delicious!!

Lots of space, pretty decor, nice location and quiet atmosphere. Aroma has good coffee and this location makes it all the more worth it.

Okay study spot. Seating area is good but the smell of food is medium strong which might be annoying if you're sitting there to study for long hours. Prices are reasonable and there's quite a variety of everything. Doesn't have too many plugs if you're looking into plugging your laptop.

So Aroma is incredibly expensive and if I’m going to pay this much you better be better than Starbucks. I’ve tried to give this location a chance and it’s the only cafe in the area for all these business. No other way of putting it, it’s trash. Attitude from staff. Coffee comes warm not hot. Sandwich, I could have done better at home. I ordered a sandwich and actually reassembled it myself because of how poorly it was constructed.
Just went in at 10:45. They close at 11 on paper. There was someone there mopping the floor, but when I said “hello” they hid in the back room and didn’t come out.
They are racist. This morning, a person who works there. The oldest female at the coffee time. She left me surprised by what she said to a group of Hispanics.
Next time, if you are not going to buy, don't come in.

Though I'm not a coffee person, the atmosphere is somewhat pleasant. There aren't many seats inside but there's always space to sit as the location is not like the downtown one.
Mocha was good and not scorching hot. Remember to ask for a napkin so you don't walk out with coffee/chocolate on your lips. Seems like they forgot to provide one

The coffee has a very rich, creamy, and mellow flavour, which I find quite enjoyable. I've never tried any of their snack selections, because I don't eat sweets or junk food, so I can't speak to their quality. But the coffee is excellent! Better than Tims. For a place to be called, "Coffee Time," one would expect the coffee to be of sound quality.
I like concept from this restaurant local products and organic I had the turkey chill with a ginger & lemon drink very nice and refreshing.
The energy in the restaurant is good it's nice to be there I've seen the restaurant at Yorkdale but hadn't really stopped by in future I will be.
All in all a good experience you don't feel rushed you order pay sit down and the food is served at your table.

Cozy cafe with a great ambience. The owner has filled the place with love through the tiny trinkets, books and art pieces displayed. Nice place to visit first or after if you are going hiking near Edward's Gardens or Wilket Creek.
One of the most delightful experiences I have ever had at a cafe. The owner (I assume) was very kind and caring when taking my order and preparing my food. The atmosphere is very calming, relaxing music, a book shelf and antique like decor. The food is mostly breakfast and lunch with some tasty drinks.

I and my wife went to this place on 17th June around 3 to 3.15 pm. We ordered for 2 bagels and 2 steep tea. The staff were very impolite. There were 3 lady staff. They were talking among themselves in their own language loudly, without caring the customers. Their saliva would have fallen on the food, when they were talking loudly. We were upset.

Good sandwiches and coffee. But also very courteous and graceful owner who also prepared our food. They deserve a visit.
I am glad to see that Dineen opened up a location just north of the city. It appears there is a lot of foot traffic here already but I was still able to score a seat in the morning. There is also ample parking which makes it very convenient for customers.
The Pain Au Chocolat was pretty average compared to similar spots. The pastry was somewhat deflated and not very flaky giving me the impression it had been made a while ago. The Iced Vanilla Latte was the perfect temperature and not too sweet but the espresso had a really sour and somewhat bitter aftertaste which made it difficult to drink but I am assuming this was a one off given the rave reviews online.
Overall, I like the vibe of this place especially seeing as though I did not have to go all the way downtown. Definitely a cool spot to hang out. The prices are pretty reasonable too. I hope to return one day to give this place another shot.

Im obsessed with their iced coffee with whole milk. (Sans sugar) spent around $25 for everything. Ordered the steel veg bowl with chicken instead of fish. Loved every bite!
If you are looking for a nice, cozy place to work, this is the place. The music volume and room temp are just right. And if you are a coffee drinker and know your coffee , you will be satisfied. The food hit the spot for a brunch snack. The owner is very attentive and welcoming. It's a sweet atmosphere and has a nice clean energy. 👌
Just a note to the senior management of this place! I have been driving through this Tim every morning for more than a year, unfortunately the staff doesn’t know how to greet and don’t even smile at the customers! Service needs to be improved or else you are just ruining everyone’s morning coffee!
A nice and cozy cafe with delicious breakfast sandwiches. I found this place accidentally and so happy I decided to give it a try. Everything was made with fresh ingredients and the bagels were loaded. The coffee was smooth and tasty. The prices are very good, and the owner was a pleasant and nice guy. They have a small bookshelf with books if you need a quiet place to work or read. Highly recommend this place for everyday yummy breakfasts.
Don’t have to go downtown for that great dineen coffee experience anymore!

The staff is really nice and friendly. They speak in Spanish to their Spanish speakers customers to make them feel comfortable. Such a perfect place to get your breakfast!
Good quality, staff member very polite and very fast at delivering the food and drinks. Their cheese steak sandwich is really good also their coffee. If you are lactose intolerant they have a wide variety of options for milk. The vibes are very chill and cozy for work, having a small meeting or just a date.
Bijan, the owner is superb sandwich maker. Every time I asked for all the veggies on toasted whole-wheat bread for a tuna sandwich because I love the magical combination of crunchy and juicy tastes, he laughed and promised “I will make one for you!” Check what I got in my mega tuna sandwich with toothpicks to hold stuff in place. $8.85 only for a nutritious and delicious lunch to go in this crazy world. Highly recommended and appreciated its existence within my reach area of working place.
I went there several times. I love their Poblano Cobb salad. I love it so much I keep ordering the same salad every time I go there. The ingredients are fresh, and delicious. The eating area itself is very clean and pretty cozy. If you are looking for a place for healthy meal, this is the best place to go.

The service here was great and they actually recommended the drink to me. The setting is lovely - even the little patio they have set up. The tables and area were all clean and neat as well.

Food was good even though portions of protein are oddly small for the amount you are paying. Service unfortunately was lacking. We requested for no cilantro in the food only to be served with it. Returned it to the front only for it picked out and reserved with cilantro in the bowl. Finally after complaining again they remade it. Ordered trout only to later be told later that it would take longer to prepare the trout so orders did not come at same time. Asked for blueberry scone which was cold and no offer to be warmed up. The music is blaring in backround, washroom were out of order, the tables were not clean, and the water station was not attended to. Very dissatisfied and dispointing from what used to be a good recommenedable spot to dine. The staff seemed as if they were done working for the day. You may as well go to the food court.
Really enjoyed their food. Drinks were good but the breakfast items were great. Drinks prices are higher compared to the food prices. We had breakfast at a reasonable price. Fresh and delicious. Their salad and dressing were remarkable. Beautiful and clean place. Friendly staff. They have lemon cold water and glasses available for the customers. They have patios as well. Washroom available. They’ll also give you a chocolate on the side. I forgot to take its photo. Only complaint is that the tables are very small. All the tables are of same size even for a four people setting. It was difficult to keep our food and drinks on that small table. Parking can be difficult at this location. Limited paid Road parking is available.

2021/July/27, 5:55 all I asked her was if the steeped tea is fresh, and she acted rude. When I see there is nobody in store and steeped tea is fresh for only 20 minutes, I got ask! It is not big deal.

So these guy treat their job like everyone is on vacation including them. They don't know how to prioritize, and make people wait for long periods of time because their chatting with staff and customers. On top of everything else they decide to do clean while there is a line waiting and they have one person on staff. Complete trash on Sundays espessially.
Standard, ok food. Nothing special in terms of savory food. Donuts are good but not great, although the timbits are awesome as usual and very well priced. A relatively unique item too, as doughnut holes are not sold in many donut shops

I was getting some bagel there for the first time and asking a few basic questions. But the asian lady serving at the back was not happy answering my questions, it was so apparent from her body language. Also there was absolutely no smile at all, as if she is not happy doing her job. I would definetly recommend improving the service from the back end of it. The Lady at the front was amazing as always.
I call it hot and brown. The coffee here is gross. It used to be once in a while you would get a burnt or wrong order, not anymore. It is hot and brown every time. If you order two different orders most of the time you get the same ugly carafe and dirty water. The bagels are not toasted, they come out burned when you ask for double toasted (so that it isn't raw bread loaded with half melted butter and an inch of slimey cream cheese). I don't blame the workers - it is obviously some changes coming from Corporate.
It was such an institution that I have to remind myself not to do it.

Ordered their beyond meat wrap & they had left it sitting in a warmer so long it had lost every piece of moisture!! Rock fricking hard. This thing must have been sitting over two hours at least, it was completely inedible. Your odds of having a good food experience here are about 30% at best. It's never a great experience here. They should close it & put in something actually edible
Stopped in on the way to work this morning, line took a while to move up, but whatever, that is what it is, however, asked for an extra large London fog, got my drink, took a sip when I arrived at work only to find out I was given a hot chocolate instead. Hot chocolate sounds nothing like London fog. Come on Tim Horton's, you can do better.
I only came to this location because somebody I was meeting insisted on meeting here. I haven't been in a coffee time in a few years. I can honestly say I was blown away. Their new atmosphere is really nice.the food selection is great. The donuts look like they're all twice the size of the competitors. I couldn't resist and got myself a walnut Cruller which I haven't seen in a few years. I also took an Apple Fritter home for later because it looks so huge. On top of all that the staff is very friendly. And they even took the time to adjust The Coffee Lid so that the seam was in the opening eliminating dripping. I'll definitely add coffee time back to my list for occasional meeting spots after this experience.

This location never has what you want to order and most of the time what you do order is incorrect by the time you get it. The traffic in this location in the morning is nearly impossible as workers block the parking spaces by parking in the lanes even between gas pumps.
