This is not my first time visiting this place but I believe it will be the last because of the lady who was supervising it. She was so grumpy all the time. Once we came she didn't allow what she said out side food (it was only a bag of chocolate and a box of biscut) it's ok if this is the rule but she was so rude!
Then she treated our kids badly as if they were the only kids in a very busy place.
In the end, when we were about to leave, we got our chocolate back, and my friend shared it with us next to the counter she impolitely asked us to leave and get the chocolate outside!
It was a very bad experience, we won't come back again.
Very nice place to visit
What an absolute joke. My daughter had a birthday they attended today. The staff were grumpy and far from helpful. The parents paid for items and the staff hadn't even booked it in. Better to find another venue for the little ones.

Shared a booth outside which was nice and cosy for 3 people. Good food and great service. It was a little cold but before we could ask the heaters came on and it was beautiful !! Did not want to leave. Be back for sure !!

Fantastic as always! We are actually from Sydney but my son insists on coming here when we visit the Gold Coast multiple times per year. Very busy today being a Sunday but so well organised with lots of team members monitoring the arena. I can see at least 2 team members per area and they are definitely in control. They are interacting with the kids and so attentive. Watching them communicate with each other, as a team, is amazing! A venue extremely well run.
Well done Bounce Gold Coast! 👏🏼
Brilliant experience for my kids. We came for a 2 hour session. It wasn’t over crowded. Will definitely be coming again. My kids absolutely loved it. Highly recommend. Value for money.
Do not book a party here!
Paid a deposit for a party booking, extenuating circumstances meant we could not attend, party is 4 months away, no refund, no credit and a very rude lady on the end of the phone.
Add this to the horrible customer service at the venue, together with the venue being unclean and items not working.
We asked to pay for coins to use the gaming machines and were told 'no can do'.
All kids are required to wear socks, the flooring is super slippery, multiple kids falling over, stacking it and nothing done about it for years.
The old chinese man that works there (owner) was scrolling through photos of half naked women on his phone whilst sitting at the tables. Owners, staff and venue are disgusting.
We went along to the End of Term disco night time session with lights and music and 1 child loved it. The other child had to stay home sick but the friendly Bounce Manager on that night gave us 2 free day passes to make up for his paid unused night ticket. Awesome.🙌 Will definitely come along to the next night session so he can enjoy it too.
Very child friendly playground
We had my son’s 6th birthday party here & we loved it! The party host was incredible - Riley! He made the whole event superb for the kids & parents, highly recommend & will definitely be back in the future.

We went into Bounce Inc to have some fun as 2 adults. The place was way too busy with little children Saturday morning. Definitely don’t go until the afternoon/evening.

The manager and staff were really great. They suggested we come back later which was absolutely the right decision. Thanks!

DQ has plenty of great restaurants and spaces to sit and relax. Such a beautiful space yet so close to the CBD. They also hold plenty of events throughout the year - the open air cinema in January is fantastic for all ages - and free! Plenty of good facilities for the kids too! Definitely a must visit for locals and tourists alike.

Magic place that my daughter just loves. Huge in size and something for everyone, even toddlers. Very well priced for what you get. Range of food in cafe is ok and tastes ok. Book online in advance as cam sell out sessions during school holidays.

Absolutely love new management! Always go above and beyond. Have been here before but this time was sooo much cleaner, absolutely lovely staff and were so accommodating both times I went to book my kids birthdays very last minute. Can’t recommend them enough!
The coaches made my child feel safe and have built they're confidence and self esteem. The facilities are always clean and welcoming.
All of the team are friendly and professional ensuring children know the safety rules while making it a fun experience.
Ideally located. We used it while going for a long drive from Melbourne into western side of Victoria. We have also seen many buses make a stop here. It's located right near M1 freeway. A public toilet is located close by and couple of picnic benches around the walking trail. Ideal location to take a break, have some food when the kids play near the play area. They same intresting things like xylophone and a digger which the kids enjoyed.
Absolutely disappointed with this “play center”. Very dirty, all toys are so old and worn out, food is terrible and overpriced!!! The worst part that entrance fee is super high for this poor place

The new owners have done amazing at this place. Had my little ones 4th birthday the other day. Well done and thank you to the owners and accommodating us.

Special thank you to Lexi. She was incredible at being there for us and all the other people she was helping.
The Crocs play Centre is great for all ages . The only thing I would say is , it needs upgrading all the equipment is old and a bit tacky . The food there is quite pricey for what you get but Muffin break is a lot cheaper .

UPDATE: We came back the following weekend dressed for success- and loved it even more! .......
FIRST REVIEW: First-time bouncer! Chelsea provided excellent customer service at the front door, and the rest of team were heaps helpful. Loved it - & baby boy slept for hours afterwards!
Kids love this place, plenty of playing areas with slides, bikes, castle, jumping castles.

Birthday celebration party room are awesome.

Food quality is also very good.

I can not recommend this place enough!!! I just celebrated my daughters 2nd birthday here and Eve and her team were so accomodating, the party was absolutely magical and my daughter and her friends had the best time ever! The centre is clean, well looked after and most importantly FUN!! The whole team is so welcoming and nice and really gives a family feel to the place, we come here so often we feel like part of the furniture. Thank you Big Top, this is a party I’ll never forget ❤️
The atmosphere is so nice, beautiful lights at night. It's great for taking photos.
We had dessert, shaved ice with mango and strawberries. It was very delicious! Would definitely go again.

Just discovered this gem 💎!
Kids had a great time. And the coffee was great, and the food was all so reasonably priced (and yummy!). Think we might book our next birthday party here!
The management has to lift their game and hire more staff for public holiday and wet days as it was just unbelievable. The average waiting time for a coffee was 45-50 min. I won’t even mention the waiting time for a food?!!?
When I get changed 15% surcharge I would expect them to provide something in return…a proper service!
Not impressed at all.
Wednesday 10th January 2024:

Have bought my grandson here before previous with my friend and her son.

I have to say the staff are always friendly and smiling. 👍🏼
Now, the kart area was "out of order" so this meant some were left disappointed as they were looking forward to that.

Those parents who were busy sitting facing the opposite direction of where the children were playing, on their phones, not paying attention is alarming!!! 🙊

And those parents who also let their kids run around screaming at the tops of their voices is even more alarming. 😪
I can safely say that those unruly children were NOT of European or English/Australian origin on this day at this particular time.

That part is not on the owners but the participants Parents!!

With the admission price having gone up I think Crocs owners need to update and or upgrade.

P.s. I am hoping my hearing will return to normal tomorrow.

Well designed, open green space at the heart of Potts Point, Fitzroy Gardens is a great place to visit. It’s made up of several different areas, including a cool fountain, a lower area with some benches, and an upper area with a small section of turf and more seating. It’s surrounded by a variety of restaurants and just down the road from the train station.

Although this isn’t a place I would travel to just to visit, it’s a great spot to read a book, eat lunch, or meet friends if you’re in the neighborhood.
My husband and I were very disappointed in the state of the toys/mazes.. the foam was coming apart and held together with zip ties, large chunks of foam were missing many places, the ball pit was almost empty, most nets had big holes, and everything was just incredibly filthy. It seems like nobody has cleaned this place since it opened. Almost didn’t want my little one touching anything. A real shame because it is huge and roomy with tons of seating and different play areas, but disappointing that it’s just not maintained at all. Would not recommend or go back. That said, our 16 month old, that doesn’t mind dirty run down toys, absolutely loved it here.

Fun place for the kids to spend a few hours. Quite hot inside so dress in cool clothing. Make sure you explore all the areas for different things to do.
We stayed in the toddler area and took pics there but there's a great jungle gym for older kids too.

A playground suitable for all ages. There’s water and sensory play. Slides for toddlers, bigger kids and zip lines. It’s accessible by public transport or by car you can park for $20 all day. Lots of eateries near by and of course the infamous Harry cafe de wheels! My favourite place to eat delicious pies and hot dogs! On weekends, the park draws in children and it can be extremely busy. There’s enough space for everyone to move around and take turns on the play equipment. The only let down is that being a very busy public space, there should be signs of contact numbers to call or rangers nearby to provide assistance to any injured children.

EDIT: Decided to revisit this place as its under new management.
The menu is better but it's still not great. Poor service.
I stood at the counter 3 times and the young girl was no where to be seen. There were only 2 other families in there so it wasn't like she was busy.
I took my daughter to the change room and she fell through the change table, lucky I was able to catch her.
Don't waste your time going here.

This play centre is so run down and a sest pool for germs. The floors are disgusting, the toys in the toy room are so old, they look like they've never been cleaned and the room itself was filthy. The soft toys were so ewww brown and had various kids sucking on them.
The actual play area itself was so old, rundown, unclean and held together in places with cable ties, some of the padding was falling down. I didn't enjoy being there and refused to buy the kids food there as it seemed so unclean, unless they upgrade the place I won't ever take the kids back. I really miss places like Abrakidazzle.
Such an amazing place to be, had been exploring around the area with family. Seen a lot of parents and kids tourist and holiday maker. Great features and view also restaurants.

Fantastic little stop off on the way through town. This great little playground has recently been installed with some fun new equipment, including some musical instruments that can be played by children. A new shelter seems to be under construction too!

Stopped through on a road trip. Nice playground, recently updated. Has everything you need to entertain kids of all ages. Many slides, 2 swings and a big net swing, sand digger, bridges and lots of climbing equipment. Nothing is too big for littler kids, but some climbing ability is required.

Enjoyed the relaxing venue and surrounding area at Darling Harbour. Plenty of seating, live entertainment, table tennis, restaurants, relaxing scenery close to the harbour and even closer to the swimming precinct for ankle high paddlers, large grass areas, also convention and Sydney entertainment centres located close by especially the Convention Centre. The light rail services the area.

After 20+ hours in the air we landed and arrived to our hotel. They recommend we head to the Darling Quarter for food and a place for the kids to “be kids”. The play area here is awesome. The water feature stood out with it gates, dams, pumps and more all controlled by kids. Slides that used a “hill” instead of a ladder. A zip line and slack rope are also here. After an hour of play we ate and went on our way. The next we returned and the kids once again had a great time.
Great space for the kids to stretch their legs out and play!
Also good for a coffee stop and walk along the river.

If I could give this venue a rating of 0 I would, it was a complete disappointment in its entirity.

Over the weekend visited BigTop Playhouse for my god-daughters 3rd birthday and was met with a continual level of disappointment and frustration for the service my friend paid for. This party cost my friend over $800 and included extras she paid for like a balloon garland, costumed character and additional food platters.
When arriving at the venue we were met with dirty tables and chairs, tilting theme display which was completely unsafe, used table cloths and also only approx 5 themed plates and napkins with the rest of the settings replaced with an alternate themed plates, cups and napkins from a different childrens program.
I think one of the biggest disappointment was the balloon garland that was purchased as an extra for $120 per the advertised images and was nothing more than 4 individual balloon bunches that could have been done by anyone (photos attached).
Reusable cups that our children were given were dirty and looked to have not been properly washed and had been braisenly given to patrons.
The venue was completely understaffed and guests of our party were left to fend for ourselves in a private party room with a costumed character. We had to ask random patrons and their children to leave the room so that our kids could enjoy the costumed character that was paid for our party. This should have been something the staff should have been doing. I even had to ask to take over the music in the room for the kids as completely inappropriate music for children was being played.
We even had to help escort the lovely girl in the costume out of the room safely as the one staff member who was in the room with us left after I took over the music.
The food which was purchased additionally for $100 was nothing more than frozen party packs from your local shopping centre. If we were allowed to bring our own food in I can assure you it would have been much more enjoyable.
The actual playground space was completely run down with multiple sections of the play area held together with duct tape and zip ties and covered in a thick layer of dust.
When my friend sent a complaint to the owner on the same day, raising all these concerns it took over 38 hours for her to respond and was met with no remorse or explination for this service.
All in all it left a sour and dirty taste in our mouth and I know I am not the only one to say we would never recommend this venue to anyone looking to celebrate their childs special day.
Absolute disgrace.

Small green space in Potts point. Great weekend market. Good play area for kids. Many cafes are around this park. Pet friendly. Beautiful fountain. Distance to different cities are displayed and its wonderful. Can expect homeless roaming around the park during evening and night.

A very exciting play space, lots to climb on and run around, 2 toddler swings, 2 bigger kids swings. Seats under cover, heaps of room to run, be awre that the Barwon river is within running distance of the playground so stay on your toes!!
Also, 200 metres north of the PG is a camping ground, no power or facilities but beautiful and you feel you could be anywhere, 48hr stopping only.
Cafe is across the road too!! Well worth a visit.

A small but a lovely green space in Kings Cross/Potts Point near the El Alamein Fountain. This used to be a very dirty and dark little park but it's been cleaned up. There's a kids' playground in one corner and the Kings Cross police station is right across from the park. There's a weekend market here as well which isn't too shabby. It's a relaxing little spot especially at lunch hour. I quite like this little Park. Australia Post is nearby and there's public lavatory next to the police station.
Nice little playground with 4 swings, 3 slides, a sand pit. There are no fences so keep an eye on your kids as it's only about 30m to the Barwon River.
