Came here as they were one of the only MediCenters open on a Sunday and was pleasantly surprised. I saw Dr. Yue. He was fast and thorough. I had two follow ups with him, he was on time for both. So refreshing to see a doctor who listens and properly investigates your problems.

Knowledgeable and professional physicians, my family has always received excellent care. Clinic is busy and have to book an appointment and sometimes this takes a week or so. This is understandable as the quality of care is excellent. Worth the wait.

I have been under care of Dr Avninder mann through out my pregnancy and post pregnancy. He was on top of all my reports and kept me updated. He is a great doctor, no matter how busy he is, he always listens to our inquiries. Receptionist are also good and helpful.

Well what can i say - once you are able to see someone - this family practice is great. the problem is being able to see someone is problematic. I simply would not recommend this practice because the whole point is to be able to see someone within a reasonable time frame for the circumstance. Now emergencies are for the ER. this practice does a barely decent job to cater for OBVIOUS urgent matters. everything else - good luck. it is a minimum a week to see anyone let alone your actual family doctor. If you happen to need something more quickly - well you have to call at 9am - like everyone else does not have a job. and even then 9 times out of 10 - quickness is limited to medical quickness. so if a follow up is needed for a dr clearance that prevents you from returning to work - well see you next week. so you can miss a week of work! The dr at the office actually asked us why is it that we went to the walk in or other provider - too bad he is not aware that it is impossible to get access. I guess we can schedule the annual checkup and then fend for ourselves with walk in and ER.... what a shame

I've been a patient for 3 years and now am forced to leave. They will only do phone calls for appt. and give you a 2-3 hour window to call in the middle of the day. I missed the call and quickly called back within 1 minute and the receptionist said I would need to rebook, I couldn't believe it! Receptionists cannot get Dr. Mann to respond to messages either. This is not acceptable health care, I feel like they're taking the money for an appt. but not fulfilling the patient needs. Horrible health care provider. No follow-up, no health care. I will not return.

A card by the nurse the exact date when I went today the front desk clerk told me my appointment on Friday Oct 18 not today , when I asked her to call the nurse she refused , I explained to her it’s very hard for me to come back because my knees issue and I have to park and walk all the way to the clinic, she refused to call the nurse and she told me the nurse is busy, I said I can wait for later she refused , so they don’t have a schedule system they write appointments on a card ,they don’t send an appointment reminder and most the time when they answer the phone they put on hold for long time, I’m with this clinic for 35 years and I’m 69 years old and they treated me poorly no considerations , I called and I complained but I’m writing this review because I will go on Friday to get the injection and I show the nurse her card with the date, and it will be my last time I go there for my injection I will pay $20 at the next door pharmacy, any way I pay like $15 parking at the clinic every time I go because most the time they make me wait so I will not go to a medical clinic that their staff have no consideration for patients with mobility issues and they treated me poorly. I like my doctor and the nurse but the staff are not professional and very poorly trained they should not work with patients specially elderly patients. convenient location. began our journey here as walk-in patients and had the fortune of eventually having dr. malak as our family physician. she is a true professional in her field -- compassionate and caring. our visits with her are often pretty straightforward without feeling rushed. she is diligent in monitoring our health and well being. as with most clinics, the wait times can get long but, not to the point of frustration. the receptionists are accommodating and extremely patient when making follow-up calls. immensely impressed with the treatment we receive.

I had booked an appointment with Dr.Man to get a referral for a X-ray. As he does not see patients in person since Covid. I suspected a possible fracture and I wanted to get that checked out right away. As it has been still bothering me for weeks. Yesterday, I was on a call that that I could not drop. At the same time I was receiving a call from Dr.Man and couldn’t answer at the time. I called back right after within the span of time the call ended (not even a full minute passed) and was told by a front desk receptionist that I was to reschedule in another two weeks…. How unprofessional and ridiculous. I could have a possible fracture or a break in my finger. And now I would have to wait another 3 weeks, to get a call and still not see a radiologist till that referral is faxed. I determined I will not be returning back to this practice. As the lack and care for patients and their medical needs is overlooked. I recommend nobody else puts their health and wellbeing in Boulevard medical clinic’s hands.

Go here if you want to be treated rudely by receptionists, and be attended to by a condescending doctor who smirks and laughs at your health concerns while not really building a rapport. This is more like a turn-style operation for prescription pills. I can’t imagine why any doctor would behave this way with his patients, it makes them feel they don’t matter , leaving humiliated. This is not appropriate Standard of Practice. If you ever complain (and look at the bad reviews, it’s a pattern and common thing so maybe they can start to do some self-reflection soon), you will be looked down upon or made to feel like you’re being a bother. Medical care affects people’s lives, we have found a much better doctor elsewhere who cares about people, because we value the quality of care that brings to our lives.

I am currently looking for a new physician, the receptionist I dealt with, referred me, to the website. I had the website already populated on my laptop, while on the phone with the receptionist, and asked where exactly I can find the form to submit an application. The receptionist advised she would put me on the hold to look for the info. During the time of waiting, I found the form and when I spoke to her, to advise her that I found it, she hung up....

Phoned the clinic to try and discuss with the doctor I had seen previously about the medication I was put on and some affects I was having.

Trying to book an appt with our assigned physician has really gone down hill in the past year. Supposedly I missed an appt a couple of months ago - an appt I was not even aware of. I hope this is stricken off my record.
Not only that, I have not been able to see my assigned physician. I keep getting passed on to some one else.

My wife had an appointment with our family doctor but had to reschedule. She called the clinic for a possible reschedule a week before her appointment since she had some thing come up at work and the person in the front desk gave her attitude and told her that she should not be rescheduling and the next time she would reschedule, she would be placed as a “walk-in”. My wife works as a operating room nurse and deals with patients on a daily basis. Being talked to that way was very uncalled for.

Took my father here to see a doctor as a walk-in. We had the misfortune of getting Dr. Adebiyi. Not only did he mis diagnosis in record time he had the audacity to 'shh' my mother when she wanted to bring up a concern.
Keep in mind it's your tax dollars paying for this sad excuse for a health care professional. I'm not much of a gambler but I'd like to see him retake the MCAT and I'm willing to guess the score would be sub 124 in most sectors. 10/10 would recommend this doctor if you'd like to meet God sooner.

I have been coming to Hermitage Medicenter to see Dr Kelly for over 30 years. Of course wait times at Medicenters are an issue, but don’t blame the centres. There are major problems with healthcare issues in our Province, ( and country ) most can be attributed to government policies. Hermitage Medicentre is as good or better at doing their job than any similar centre. I trust them completely.

Horrible experience here. Came for a simple checkup as I had been experiencing some chronic pains. Made an appointment to see Dr. Baxter at exactly 2:15 pm. I was called to do my
vitals at around 2:40pm and was given a room at 2:45 pm. Waited in the room for about 1 hour and a half before asking the staff if the Dr had forgotten, but was assured she had not. At 4:30 pm I STILL did not see Dr. Baxter and was informed by the staff that she had decided to take a “personal” appointment with her accountant. I was extremely dissapointed and upset. I ended up having to leave without seeing the doctor by 4:45 after TWO hours of sitting in the waiting room. The level of professionalism exhibited by this doctor was a ZERO. The only reason I am giving a two-star is due to the fact that one of the staff at the front desk offered a referral to another clinic (which by the way, was FAR better in terms of patient treatment) which was nice of them to do at the very least.

Had an appointment but apparently that means nothing, as they’ll just take walk ins ahead of you. I waited over an hour and a half for a two minute wart treatment, then they didn’t scrape it and barely froze it - I couldn’t feel anything so I’m thinking it did nothing. Huge waste of time.

Giving two stars because this is my first time here and right off the bat people aren’t there to talk to you. You gotta take a number and wait to be called. As I’m waiting there’s about 5-6 other people here who all have appointments and have been waiting for an hour or close to with no help. I came in for a walk in and got taken back to a room within half an hour. This seems unfair to those who have appointments and bigger needs than myself. Unfair and plain rude. As well as they called number 12 before calling any number before 12 as I was 10 and another lady got called back before I did. Came here as a last resort as I couldn’t get to my family doctor and as I got taken care of pretty quick as a walk in, it’s unfair to those who had to wait for PRE SCHEDULED APPOINTMENTS!

Horrible experience waited 3 hours and people who had an appointment while I was a walk in waited even longer, I had my medical card and was charged 45 dollars into it being "invalid" and the "doctor" assessed nothing about my split open hand and incorrectly wrapped it making it hurt more. I WILL BE REPORTING THIS CLINIC TO PATIENT RELATIONS AS THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE SERVICE.

Our doctor is good and attentive. But they have the worst booking system possible. The reception picks up 1 out of 1000th time and even after they pick up, you can expect them to vanish from the call suddenly or be as rude as possible.

My family doctor Mr abdelmalek is phenomenal, I could not express my gratitude towards her for always taking care my physical and mental health. She really took good care of me with my high risk pregnancy and takes care of my daughter now whenever we need to see her, she is always such a delight and she allows for me to have a safe space to talk about anything with her. We are so grateful to have her as our primary care physician!
My husband is also seen by dr. dally and he is also really great from the times I’ve gone with him as well as seeing him as an urgent care doctor for when dr Malek is unavailable. Really recommend them!

I called the clinic around 2:30pm to inquire about walk in because my daughter and I are both really sick. The lady on the phone was super helpful and let us know they’re taking walk ins. We went in around 5:15pm and I was advised that there would be a wait. We got to the back room just after 7:20pm and dr. S.A? Was amazing with my daughter. She has anxiety with new doctors (we are from Lethbridge).
Great experience with this clinic and would highly recommend to anyone seeking walk in services.

I am very disappointed by the staff of this clinic. This is the second time that my lab prerequisite does not get attached to my file on time. I had a call with Dr Behbehani on July 10 and on July 28 went to the lab and after waiting for 3 hours for my turn I found out that the new prerequisite was never attached ! I called the office and told them what happened and she didn't event apologize. After 2 days , still the attachment is not there and I have been worried about my symptoms since July 10! This is absolutely ridiculous and I hope that Dr Behbehani fixes this issue and it is really impacting the reputation of this clinic as well as the patience well being.

Reception needs some training on how to handle patient calls and interact with patients. Patients call and visit clinics when there is a medical problem (not for fun) so speaking to them with empathy and politely would go a long way.

Highly DON'T recommend going here. Wish I could give a zero. This doctor has been rude and has showed a real lack of bedside manner to my mother.
We went in to have the MOST form explained to us (about resuscitation etc.) because my mom has palliative cancer. There was no feeling of sympathy when explaining things to my mom and the doctor was definitely rushing.
My mom asked for pain medication because it's getting much worse. She asked if that was her job or an oncologists job...WELL WE'RE HERE SO CAN YOU HELP US OUT?!
She said she would fax the pain medication and topical cream for my mom. I gave her the pharmacy address.
I called the pharmacy a couple hours later. They have no prescription. HECK, HE CHECKS AND NO ONE DOES.
I call back and leave a message - right because it's 4:38pm on a Wednesday and they're done for the day. Oh and they're closed on Thursday.
We end up calling them TWICE on Friday--it got sent to the wrong pharmacy but the receptionist couldn't figure out which one.
I look up the address and give it to her - "Oh! She said Lougheed Mall not Lougheed Highway."
I. gave. her. the. address. And what? That is literally across town.
Then, there was only 1 prescription out of 2 sent to the pharmacy...

Dr Michael was awesome also the nurses were great very polite and attentive in regards to everything I needed even have an xray clinic almost right beside the clinic in the same Plaza and It only took me about 2 hours for total completion of my doctor visits

Dr Dhano is the best doctor. She is polite and do take care of her patients . Kids are usually afraid of doctors but Dr Dhano has made my girls so much comfortable during the visits. She is a great and kind human being. God Bless her.

Dr. Zayani was amazing. We waited a long time because we were walk-ins (not the fault of the clinic -- healthcare deserves more funding!) but we expected this, and the care we received when we saw him was great. He was extremely thorough and explained everything, but didn't waste any time either. Plus he was so empathetic and friendly! We came away from the visit feeling informed and hopeful. Thank you Dr. Zayani and also to reception, who have to bear the worst of people feeling sick and irritable. It's not their fault, so please try to be kind to the front staff!

Terrible. Won't even see patients in person, seems like Dr Behbahani doesn't care at all. Phone appointments only ever since Covid. She used to care and be a good provider but has been going downhill steadily for the last 4 years. Stay far far away. Both my parents have received such terrible care, they are actively looking for a new provider.

There have been multiple times where I have just waited and waited for hrs to get to the doctor even after scheduling an appointment ( which I have got after 6 weeks of waiting for my family doctor).
Today I was 7 mins late as the parking was not available and they told me the doctor cannot see you . Here I am stil waiting for the management to show up from the last 35 mins to escalate this.

This place has amazing professional staff! Which is hard to find the past 5 years. My wait time was less than 10 mins, everywhere else quoted me a 4 hr wait time or they were not accepting anymore walk-ins. The Dr was kind, professional and had a sense of humor. It was the best medical experience I've had in over 4 years. This will be the only place I go to going forward.

This medical clinic never answers the phone. Sometimes they pick up and you say hello and they hang up on you or put you back on hold. Very poor receptionists. I'm on my 20th call during office hours and have not talked to anyone but a message center. They take on too many clients and you can barely ever get an appointment and if you do it's a two or three week wait. A medical clinic should be answering the phone especially during office hours in my opinion. If you like listening to a recording or leaving a message and are not in a hurry to see a doctor, then this clinic is for you!! Not very well run clinic and overbooked and overrun with walk-ins. STOP TAKING IN NEW CLIENTS IF YOU CAN'T KEEP UP. GREED IS ALL IM GOING TO SAY!!!!!!!!!

Awesome clinic. I've lived in 5 provinces over the years and as a result seen doctors all over Canada, of varying levels of quality, and Dr Kumpula is the first name that comes to mind when I think of the best doctors I've ever seen. He listens, adds very valuable and reassuring input, and doesn't automatically dismiss your self assessment the way many other doctors are prone to do. He's helped me solve issues that I had previously believed were lifelong and impossible to fix. He's just the best. I couldn't be more grateful for his care.

The only clinic that entertain walk-in overseas travellers with a really reasonable rate. Nice and warm nurses in the clinic. We are blessed to be seen by Dr Zayani. He is patient and kind, explain to us clearly on our conditions. Strongly recommend this clinic.

If I could give no stars, I would. I was so excited at first because I got an appointment so easily. To begin....each time I'm there, the girls working the front are not that approachable. It's kind of hit and miss on if they're nice or not. And the last time I was there waiting for my appointment, the personal conversations that were being told shocked me....that doesn't happen easy. Just a tip to them....your patients can hear everything you're saying...

I am submitting this review to express my gratitude to the Credit Valley Family Health Team for their continuing, prompt and high quality of care. My family and I have consistently received prompt and quality treatment and follow-up from Dr. Michael Kroll and this health team. I recently broke a finger and the family health team accommodated me with an appointment within a couple of days of me calling. My appointment was with one of the Nurse Practitioners from the health team. I was sent immediately after the appointment for X-rays within the same building. I waited only 10 minutes to have the X-rays taken and heard back from the Nurse Practitioner later the same day and she was able to get me an appointment with a specialist in less than a week at the Queensway Health Centre with Dr. Weinberg. I would like to thank Nurse Practitioner Sukhmani Bedi for her professional and prompt care and I would also like to acknowledge Joumana from the CVF Health Team who followed up with me several times throughout the week of appointments to ensure that I was receiving prompt care. I am grateful to be receiving care from the Credit Valley Family Health Team. Thank you!

If I could rate Dr. Miranda Baxter a 0 I would, stay far away from this doctor as she is racist and doesn’t want to be disturbed to do her job! She is rated 2.5 stars on Ratemds it’s beyond me why she still has a license. If anyone has a complaint about this doctor I urge you to contact the College of Physicians & Surgeons of Alberta and file a complaint against her! Prior to me seeing this doctor I have witnessed her making one of her patients cry and her patient ran out on her, I thought I’d have an okay experience with her as I am currently suffering from anxiety from work and she mentioned to me that she is a medical doctor not a therapist, I mentioned to her if she could provide me with referrals or at least document on my medical file that I am currently experiencing anxiety. She told me she only hears my side of the story and not my works. Which is beyond me! I told her I found her unprofessional and that I recorded our whole interaction on video! As by law of Alberta it’s my right to record! And I will be escalating this! If you can avoid this doctor please do she does not want to do her job! And does not deserve calling herself a doctor.

Dr. Naidu is incredibly knowledgeable , attentive and brave. She is able to deal with all situations and she is very concerned and empathic with her patients. Dr. Kampula at Westgrove medicentre has been my family dr for a decade now. He is an amazing physician who listens, does not rush me out of the room and always tries to find the root cause. I urge you to steer clear of the Westmount Medical Clinic. It seems the doctor there is more focused on cycling patients through than on genuine care. They often push unnecessary follow-up appointments and fail to address patients' concerns. I strongly suggest seeking out another doctor who will truly listen and prioritize your well-being. I visited this clinic for WCB claim as a walk-in for the first time. All of the staff there were very friendly and helpful, especially the lady receptionist with cute double braids who helped me was professional and fast. Even on the phone, they are nice and answer my questions perfectly. Dr. Agustin was helpful as well. I didn’t find anything to complain about. Thank you all!

I have had nothing but good experiences at this clinic. I have been going to this clinic frequently for the past few months due to a work injury. Mohammed and Dr. Kumpula have been extremely understanding, helpful, and caring through out the time I have been going to this clinic. I know they are super busy and working hard to see all the patients in time, but they still manage to make it a positive experience each time. Honestly, the doctor is great. However, I'm the staffing is terrible and lazy. My medical assessment which I paid to be sent to ICBC, they informed me it was sent but then it wasn't. Had to fix that on my own. Now again, multiple times, with scheduling their appointments, absolutely terrible experience. I was already a patient booked an appointment, they told me the appointment was at a certain time. Showed up told me it was cancelled, I asked why because my appointment was at this time, then they told me it was earlier, when I know I asked multiple times prior to ensure the time and wrote it down three times, as this wasn't the first time.
I informed them of what was going on and I just needed two minutes with the doctor. Waited a month and a half, the condition of my rash that I got oversea's turned into a bleeding rash with a itch and now I have to wait another month? All around every time I walk in theres some kind of issue the staffing isn't organized but the doctors are good. Now I need to find a new doctors office.

Dr. Dhanoa is my doctor there and she is available anytime I need to see her. She is punctual and even more so when a phone call is needed. She follows up quickly and is honest with you. The front end staff are usually quick to answer for me however its like anything else in life - we are overworked at times so be patient.

Worse experience staff never reply to their family patients even.we have DR.J GILL as family doctor. He has zero listening skills and zero knowledge.. he made situations worse for us. Whatever we say he never listens if we try to explain he said you have choice to change your doctor if you don’t like my service. My family doctor moved to this location a few years ago, and at first it was fine. But in the last year, it has become impossible to get an appointment with her that isn't a month away. The receptionists are always rude and unhelpful. I get told that the best way to see her is through her walk-in hours and then they tell me when they are, but when I call later to confirm her walk-in hours, I get told they're a completely different day and time. I made an appointment last year for a phone call, which they explicitly told me was a phone call and not in person, but my doctor never called; when I called the office to ask about it, they told me she was only doing in-person appointments that day. I love my family doctor; she's the best. But the experience with the receptionists along with the fact that it takes an entire month to get an appointment means that it's time to start looking for a different doctor and clinic. I would never recommend this clinic to anyone.

Once he graduated, things got confusing. I didn't even know if I had still had an assigned doctor? Felt more like they were just spreading his patients among whoever had a second to handle it. My prescription refills were always late, and calling to ask about it, it sometimes sounded like it was an open question if they even were going to do the refill. Like nobody knew who I was anymore, so maybe just assume he doesn't need it I guess?
Ended up with my dose reduced by someone who had never even met me. It works a little less consistently, but I kinda lost my patience for the whole thing.

Dr Behbahani was my grandparents' doctor before they passed away. My grandmother often felt her health concerns were easily dismissed by Dr.B. I was also a patient of Dr.Behbahani for my teenage/early adult years, and the environment was consistently uncomfortable during my appointments and had a sense of judgement.
My new doctor has helped me learn that something as personal as medical appointments should feel safe and non-judgmental, and certainly not be a source of anxiety.

Dr Behbahani has been a family doctors of ours for 15 years now. She has always been an amazing family doctor and has looked after my parents to a great extend. Unfortunately, over the years my parents have had series of health concerns and she has walked them through it with so much care and compassion. Sadly, recently my mother has been diagnosed with breast cancer and Dr behbahani was on vacation when we got a call from her personally on a Saturday delivering the news to my mom since she knew my mom was so worried. Again, she was on vacation yet she got involved in getting emergency appointments for my mom for the next steps and she was able to get us an appointment shortly.
What they don't tell you is the aftermath of breast cancer diagnosis. The patient and family go through variety of emotions and with my mother's permission DR Behbahani got me involved right away as well. If she couldn't get a hold of my cellphone, she would even go through the university's switch board (I work at the university) to find me and speak with me which is both time consuming and difficult, but she gracefully did that for me and I am forever grateful. She has also been always available to talk to my mother, almost everyday to address mom's concern about the diagnosis.
I don't think we could have done this without her. Also, her receptionist Julie has been an absolute angel through all this. She is also always answering our calls and delivering our concerns to Dr behbahani and also always willing to help. I remember even apologizing to her once for calling so many times and she told me to never apologize and they are here for us through all this.
My parents and I are very lucky to have both Dr Behbahani and Julie with us through this process and work together to complete mom's treatments. Thank you to both of these amazing, kind hearted individuals for supporting us through this difficult and scary time.

I controlled myself not to leave a review but I just can't at this piont. The clinic is closed most of the year because Dr.behbahani is on Vacation. For instance, in August the clinic is closed from 16 -30th. Even if she's not on Vacation only works 3 days a week and short shifts.
