My recent visit and experience with The Queen Clinic with my father was absolutely horrendous and atrocious. I had to come to such a clinic with my father, who is chronically ill in almost all health aspects on multiple occasions because the Family Doctors there are nothing but futile to their walk-in visitors and long-time patients. Recently, I visited the clinic with my father to see Dr. George and he couldn’t be more useless to us. - He barely assessed what we were asking of him in terms of signing insurance forms for my Dad’s recent hospital visit and tending to our requests; he merely dismissed us and asked us to come back after waiting for hours on out, literally. He’s a total moron, I swear. - This isn’t a hospital or the ER for this to be happening whatsoever. When we had come the following day, as such a issue at hand was dire, we had to wait 7+ HOURS to see my Dad’s family doctor, Dr. Nagy Awad, which is ridiculously outrageous and not fair whatsoever. The staff/assistants out front - 2 out of the 3 - are subtly condescending and rude to the patients for getting agitated for waiting to see a Doctor after 7+ hours. - They’re utterly pathetic. Most definitely taking my Father’s file elsewhere and to a better Medical Clinic and I highly advise you do the same, as this is by far the worst Clinic in Mississauga and if you don’t, go ahead and deal with what my father and I endured at such a clinic, so you can learn from experience rather than an authentic and honest Google Review.

Dr Awad and the pharmacy receptionists are outstanding. Expect a wait time of atleast 30 minutes to see the doctor.

I am very satisfied with the care provided by Dr. Lina zablouk, also the pharmacy team, although there's some opportunities in this clinic from my opinion, they need to increase their communication with patients to make a good understanding of the time and appointments beside showing care.
