Great doctors, but nothing without good welcoming front desk staff.
Was supposed to be seen at 3 pm, the lady at the front desk was rude, and let many people ahead of us and then claimed that we were scheduled for 3:20
I saw her change the appointment to save face, and lied about it to our faces.
I wouldn’t recommend this clinic just because the front desk staff…

Dismissive receptionist! She likes to not let you speak or finish the statement and just jumps in rudely. Her tone lacks empathy and sounds like someone unhappy with their life.

Wonderful place to be. Right from reception you meet a woman called Jane. I came in with my Grandmar, I was wonderfully, respectfully and courteously attended to by this awesome woman. Totally appreciate your service Jane. Also, the Doctor, Dr Embaya was simply amazing. He took time to listen and attend to us very professionally.
On this note therefore, since I can’t possibly ask for more, I will highly recommend this clinic obviously.

The staff answering phones are so rude and dismissive, not helpful at all. If you actually need help go to a different clinic, they don’t like their jobs here and it makes the experience very unpleasant.

My son needed a prescription, first the Dr forgot to write it and staff couldn’t reach him for two+ weeks, then when it was sent to the pharmacy, the pharmacy was not able to fill it as they needed to confirm the dose and substitutions as there was a shortage and they were not able to connect with the Dr. Finally after nearly two months of waiting my son was able to take his medication. Absolutely awful follow-up. I will say, when we met in the office with the Dr. We felt heard and our son received a thorough check up, it was everything after the office visit that was beyond brutal.

Arrived at the clinic for my 315 appointment and was told the doctor that I had booked with wasn't even in the office that day. My appointment was moved and changed without my knowledge to over a month later. The receptionist gave me the worst attitude and made it seem like this was all my fault, that I had clearly just messed up the appointment. I didn't I wrote it down as I was speaking to the receptionist when I had called over a month ago. Unacceptable all around

If I could give -10 stars I would. This place is absolute garbage to say the least.
I booked an appointment for 3:20pm, I was told over the phone the appointment would me limited to 10 minutes, which already shows they just want you in and out. To make a long story short, I got there at 3:15 only to wait until 4:00 to see the doctor for all of 3 minutes and to have him leave while mid conversation. He only fill 1 of the 2 prescriptions I needed filled.
The professionalism in this place is lacking no to mention their compassion for their patients. DR. Mouruf Oshodi should NOT work in medical care. He deserves to have his license taken away, he is the worst rated doctor in the city. There is a reason this place has such a low rating. Don't waste your time.
