I had such a bad experience with payvandi i am not using Dr. For her because doesn’t deserve to be a doctor. She don't listen to your problem just give you speech. I had a work injury so instead of helping me she said if you don’t want to work its your choice you should have gone to work next day after getting five stitches on my hand. She says stupid thing to other healthcare nurses but she doesn’t do anything. Don’t go to her. Because of this lady WSBC didn’t give me my time off payment because she gave worst note to them. She wants you to work right after next day of injury.

Dr Jay Haribhai is kind , considerate and she takes the time to really listen to her patients.
reception (Chatna ) is equally kind help thay are excellent ☆☆☆☆☆

Sarabjit is excellent each time for the last 7-8 years!! 😊 She is super helpful, very responsible professional, friendly and caring. She talks politely, has a lot of empathy for the patient and their situation. She tries her best to respond to patient requests at her earliest and make the patient feel comfortable. Always great interacting with her.

Pathetic! They book appointment for anytime in 3 hour’s duration. Doctor ( Dr. Peyvandi) call you anytime specifically after couple hours of booked appointment time slot from 3 hours slot and gives only couple rings lasting for hardly 5 seconds and then cut it. If you miss it, you can’t even call back as doctor calls from no caller id. They expect us to stay around phone all 3 hours, we should not even go to washroom or pick call while in washroom. After missing 2 calls like this doctor talked to me rudely . Rather than asking about my health or helping first, she said you are fined because you missed 2 calls and i am busy , you shouldn’t not miss calls and so on very rude. Absolutely no!! This lady doctor has no sense how to talk to patients

I helped a friend book an appointment through this clinic. The receptionist accepted the appointment and said she would be able to give her a referral. She (the doctor) then was rude to my friend on the phone and made her feel stupid for asking for a referral to help and said that she should have done something about this sooner and that she would not help. This is completely unethical and as someone who has addressed the similar through a walk-in, any proper doctor should be competent enough to help, and should not make someone already anxious about seeking care feel uncomfortable and hurt.unprofessional and rude

Compared to the typical wait times in Canadian healthcare, I've been consistently impressed with how quickly I can get an appointment at this clinic. It's such a relief to have access to medical care without the long delays.

The reception staff always greet me with a friendly smile and treat me with genuine respect. Their politeness and helpfulness create a welcoming atmosphere that instantly puts me at ease. It's evident that they truly value their patients and go above and beyond to ensure a positive experience.
