Horrible apartment to live in. The only reason they have above a 1 star is because of their contests to give rewards for leaving a positive review. I believe the yelp rating is more accurate as it shows a 1.5 star. The management, security, and maintenance here is a joke. Money hungry greedy people who have nothing better to do than take advantage of hard working college students. They’ll fine you for just existing. Security is a joke and is barely there half the time. They don’t even know the own rules and policies, and one of them actually chased my girlfriend out the building asking for an opportunity to talk to her. Maintenance smokes weed in the parking garage daily and we’re supposed to trust them to enter our units? Rooms are decent but aren’t worth the price. Don’t rent here.

I have been a resident at SQ5 for the last two years and I have thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. The staff in the leasing office are always willing to assist and go above and beyond. The rooms are spacious and larger than any of the other places I have seen in this area. Maintenance is fast and the property has been maintained very well! The location is minutes away from GT and there are plenty of places to eat nearby! I highly recommend SQ5! 10/10!

Overall bad experience. Tried to contact Bhom - overall management company - and the website literally won't let you submit a maintenance request form. It repeatedly has you verify pictures and when you complete it and hit submit, it just pops up with more pictures to verify you're not a robot. This apartment complex's management is unresponsive and frustrating. I've inquired as to when the AC in the gym will be fixed and was told they're still trying to identify if there is a problem. The gym has not been cooler than 75*F since I've moved in. It is consistently 80*F and is kept at that temperature without AC by residents propping open the interior door (leading inside the building towards elevators) as well as the exterior door (opens onto the roof) with kettle bells. The gym also is out of sanitizing wipes for cleaning equipment and has been the past two days. I don't know who checks the community areas each day but whoever does clearly doesn't do a stellar job. Why didn't they replace both empty canisters with new ones? If they are out of wipes, how did they not have one extra container on hand for situations such as this? Especially when the gym is 80*F in the summer! Also, when I moved into my room, the previous resident left items in the room including command hooks on the wall and holes in the paint from command hooks and management I guess just left everything? Including easily removable items that aren't attached to the wall. My room was not very clean when I finally got my keys as well. For the rent price, I'm very disappointed in the amenities featured on the website as well as service/responsiveness from management. Another thing, elevator inspection permits expired OVER a YEAR AGO. So if you have a fear of elevators dropping, I'd probably look elsewhere. Another issue I had upon moving in was being charged 2x for rent. I moved in as a relet at the very end of may and paid my rent for June, but was charged again for June. They had put my first payment towards May, but the person I relet from had already paid for May. If you aren't careful and check your rent charges etc, this building might take advantage of you.

Visited Square this past week and the location is incredible. The staff was very informative and the rates can’t be beat in the Atlanta area. Amenities are nice and it’s a quiet neighborhood. Definitely #1 on my list of places to live right now!

DONT NOT LIVE HERE. Don’t let these fake comments and responses fool you. They will give you free Starbucks for a nice review (which is against googles policy). If I could leave zero stars I would. I don’t even know where to begin. To start, if you don’t go to Georgia Tech they could care less about your colleges schedule. My roommate and i go to Spelman College we had to move in the day before our first day of classes while Georgia Tech students had over a week to settle in. They were unwilling to give us accommodations. Secondly, the entire apartment building is dirty and REEKS of trash. If you’re scared of roaches living here will be your worst nightmare. On top of that billing for utilities makes absolutely no sense. My roommate and i were charged nearly $200 EACH for one utility bill. ON TOP OF THAT cars were broken into during spring break and the apartment never cared to send an email to acknowledge that their security guards are worthless. The security guards aren’t there to protect residents just there to flirt with residents. I have PTSD from this apartment. I was minding my business doing my homework and all of a sudden SWAT came in and arrested someone that was carrying a huge gun. This man wasn’t even a resident.During my first few weeks living here my parents gifted my roommate and I a package from Omaha Steaks. You can imagine it wasn’t cheap. I contacted front desk multiple times about the package and the didn’t seem to care. Omaha Steaks sent me a clear picture of it in the building where they were suppose to drop off the package. Till this day i haven’t recieved my steaks i know someone that works for the front desk probably took it for them themselves. STAY CLEAR OF THE STANDARD.

the more I stay here, the more I start to dislike it. First off, we moved in a day before classes. We asked multiple times could we move in earlier, we were denied, which wasn’t understandable, since our lease technically started way before then. They don’t care about what school you go to and your school schedule if It isn’t Georgia Tech, but was feining for us to sign a lease at our schools housing fair…Nevertheless, once we moved in, our unit was FILTHY. Couch had stains on it and the dryer had someone’s nasty draws from the last lease. They have bugs and rodents walking around like they pay rent. I know the pest control man is tired of coming in here every Thursday. Cars got broken into and I called them directly and asked them were they going to put out a message or investigate it and to this day they haven’t. But are quick to let everyone know when they’re closing the office early. Security could care less and will literally have people who ain’t put a dime towards this establishment walk around with guns and weapons. They try to set time limits on us to be at the pool but we pay too much money to not be able to stay out there whenever we want. After all, we are paying for the amenities. THE ICING ON THE CAKE was the utilities. Simple bills is a scam and these people lied about how much we were going be paying once we got here..only thing I like about this place is the maintenance workers but it’s only so much they can do. This place is a joke. They’re trying to get over on college students and its crazy.

I’ve had the pleasure of working with the Property Manager, Tosan Huntley, directly on the flooring for their community. During my time working with her, I’ve seen her interact with her residents and team members. It’s obvious that she truly cares about her community, residents and team members. The property has a great location, the units are very clean, great amenities, and spectacular views of the city and skyline!

if you ever have a problem, do not call the general manager teson, for she will not be eager to help. this is poorly run establishment. two of three elevators work. all have of them have had their certification expired now for 15 months. the key to my apartment was not working one night, yet there was no way to contact management. i had to convince the night guard to give me the general managers phone number to try and get into my apartment. when i called her, i was met with intense disregard and hostility for my request for help to get into my apartment. unsurprisingly, i never received any help and was made to sleep on a couch in the lobby. if you want to pay the highest student housing rates near georgia tech and receive nothing for it, this is the place for you!!

2nd Ave isn’t necessarily a bad place for college students however for someone who lived here as a college student but is currently a working adult who has a 8-5 job, they make a lot of things unnecessarily inconvenient. Their office hours used to be 9am to 6pm I believe but it was recently changed from 10am to 5pm. I get that the majority of tenants are students that have all the time in the world to go to the office, but I do not. I would like to pick up my packages when they’re delivered and not have to wait to do so on the weekends. When I called to ask if there was any way to resolve this, she said someone could pick it up for me or I’d just have to wait. They said it came from “upper management” which I doubt. It’s just inconvenient and with the other issues I’ve had with this place, I’m not seeing much improvement with how I feel

I wish I could give it no stars. Living here is the worst experience. I wish I could go back and tell myself not to resign. Run by the worst management. They are incredibly greedy, and lack any common sense. Everyone who works in the front office is incredibly stupid. The messed up our utility bills, half our appliances never work, and our ac unit breaks a day after being fixed nearly every time. They will also just randomly fine you and not let you rebuke it.

Living at The Landings at Chandler Crossings has been an exceptional experience! The amenities are top-notch, including a well-maintained gym, refreshing pool, and convenient clubhouse. The staff is always friendly and responsive, making sure any issues are resolved promptly. The community events are fun and engaging, creating a strong sense of camaraderie among residents. My apartment is spacious and modern, with all the comforts I could ask for. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a vibrant and welcoming place to live!

DO NOT RENT FROM HERE
I am a parent
I pay the rent
I visited my son for his graduation
I needed a little fresh air
I was sitting on the rooftop lounge and was asked to leave by management. I was not smoking, playing loud music, or doing anything disruptive. I am 60 + years old. I just wanted some fresh air. Sitting on his balcony made me dizzy. I did not know I couldnt walk the premises without him. My son was sleep. I took the key. I complied when I was made aware of the rules. I explained why i was there. I never raised my voice. We were fined $100. This is a nice place but do not move there. Parents are not welcome

Living here is decent because of the location, but things are becoming more outdated as time progresses and prices are not matching the quality. The gym is big and has great workout equipment- one of the best apartment gyms you will find in Gainesville. Staff is very friendly and are always willing to work with you to find a common ground. Maintenance is good. Roaches will easily appear if your living area is dirty- being hygienic in your apartment will help you avoid roach problems.. I lived here for 2 years and have only seen 2 or 3 in the summer.
When you move in the conditions will be mediocre so make sure you clean yourself... It is a college apartment so do not expect anything high quality.

The customer service is so great here. Dani was very lovely. She greeted us with a warm smile and was very helpful. The tour was amazing I recommend it 10 out of 10!!

the WiFi has gone down multiple times this year, the rooftop doors don’t open with the key, and the mailbox key doesn’t actually work for the mailboxes. Theres a leak in the men’s pool bathroom and a hole in the wall that hasn’t been fixed in two months. Wish I had anything positive to say, oh wait they gave us free pizza one time…

I highly recommend. It was a good location and within walking distance to campus. The room itself was very nice, including the kitchen and bathroom areas. I appreciate that they included a couch, tv, bed frame+mattress, as well as a dresser. Be prepared to bring a desk because they do not provide one for you. I will also say the “workout space” on the first floor is very awkward and would be better if repurposed.

I would 100% recommend living at Nauvoo House! I have loved my experience. The apartments are a little bit older but they have kept them up very well. The social life here at Nauvoo is worth every penny that you pay! This complex attracts a very friendly, good crowd, and everyone is so inclusive. The wards are very united, and it is easy to get involved. I have lived here for 5 semesters now, and don’t plan on leaving any time soon!
They have recently gotten new management and they are on top of it. When I have submitted a maintenance request, they are usually there within the hour to fix it! I am AMAZED!! They really are here to work with you and make your experience great.

Now I only came as a visitor for a birthday party. So take my review with a grain of salt.
I got to enjoy the 13th floor terrace for the party.
The host showed me their 3 bedroom 2 bath unit.
Not the biggest I've been in, but certainly modest I would say.
Security cards and security guards do help as well.
Need to know about housing fees.
Parking is a *****

Nauvoo was really nice! The social aspect was great and it was a good place to start my freshman year. I paid for the social life and I definitely got it! It was easy to make friends and get involved. However, the places are very run down. Walls peel really easily and machines break down. My dishwasher didn't work the whole year and multiple people came in to check it and did nothing about it. Will say I was a bit jealous that the guys I knew had two fridges in their apartments when girls only had one. That definitely would have made the experience a bit better for me.

I have lived here for 9 months.
Here is a dangerous area and not well maintained.
Nearby two parking lots are where a weird guy gathers. Furthermore, there is no security from midnight to early morning. Someday under the fire alarm at 3 AM, firefighters looked for security and there was no guard in this building. Yesterday, I met a GTPD who was looking for security in front of the building in the morning and again no security was there.
Also, there is no difference in price between lower midtown(here) and upper midtown(near Publix). Therefore, there is no benefit to live here.
Finally, there is critical problem in their door lock. My room had burglary from an empty house. However, the door was locked when I came back to home. Thus, burglar may have a master key to unlock all doors in the building or know how to lock and unlock doors without key. Even after this incident, the maintenance didn't do any change.
Please, don't believe 5 stars review here. Some of them wrote review to get free food. This is against Google's policy. "Paying, incentivising or encouraging the posting of content that does not represent a genuine experience."

Amazing place to live, Tianny is an amazing manager! Made the place the best apartment complex in my time at BYU-Idaho. Don't have one complaint. I would highly recommend grabbing a spot here.

If you are a person who's totally fine with 1. filthy common space with some filthy and noisy students (and the office or CAs can't do a thing about it) and 2. roach, spider, silverfish, and rats infestation = it's a perfect place for you! But it's cheap compare to other tc housing.

Nauvoo is a great place to live if your highest priority is living with good people. If you have a group of friends you want to live with or want to meet new people then Nauvoo is the place for you! Keep in mind that if you really value personal space, a modern living space, or high quality amenities (gym, hot tub, etc.) you will be making some sacrifices. However, if you want to meet people that you can make lasting friendships with then Nauvoo is a great choice for that!

My time in Nauvoo has been great! Good apartment, close to the STC, great people, and ward was phenomenal. If someone is going to start college I would recommend to live in Nauvoo for the experience. Management right now does a great job to make the residents feel involved!

I have loved living at Brookside Village for the past year and a half. Katelyn is a very kind manager and tries her best to be accommodating. The only thing I would recommend is to upgrade the apartments (faucets, tub and toilet areas, A/C is desperately needed, maybe add laundry in unit to some? etc.), which I think they're doing next semester! The apartments just seem like they need some extra renovations to get out 2012. Otherwise, BV has a fabulous ward, kind neighbors, and cozy private rooms!

I was passing the "Tempo at College Park" apartment complex while driving by because I recently moved to this region. When I called, a young woman by the name of Jeliyah answered. She was quite kind and told me the building was intended for college students, sort of like an off-campus residence hall. I'm sure that students will fit in well here if the establishment is as friendly as its workers. I can only hope that when I phone other potential apartment complexes, I will receive this kind of customer service. Dash.

My boyfriend and I were taken on a tour by Sara and she was very knowledgeable. The facilities are nice and I like the private parking as well.

Sara was so helpful over our phone call! She directed me with exactly with what I had to do! Much love.

It’s worth the price. The social life is lacking, but that’s because every resident gets their own man cave of a single bedroom (unless you want the cheaper double bedroom).
The manager’s an absolute angel, but don’t cross her because she will charge you with a smile on her face.

I went to Tempo today, and was kindly greeted by their associate Jeliyah. She was super sweet and answered all of my questions while giving me a tour of the building. Finding the right place for me to continue my education is vital, in knowing I’m making the right decision. I was pleased with what Tempo had to offer, and will definitely be considering in the near future. Beautiful interior and a great choice of staff! Highly recommend!!

I lived there for half a year. The apartment itself is spacious and well-equiped. It is quite closed to the campus. The leasing office staff have been friendly and helpful. Any questions or concerns I've had were addressed promptly, and their quick replies made the entire process smooth.

I love everything about this property. My twin niece and nephew were looking for something contemporary close to the university and this property is in walking distance and have so many amenities. Bryan was our agent and he was so knowledgeable about the property and the area. He has such great manners and to say he has the patience of Job is an understatement. I can be indecisive and he never got frustrated with me and my 1000 questions.

I had a conversation with Jeliyah about leasing, and I must say she was both polite and enthusiastic about the property. Her attitude put me at ease and made me want to lease right away. It's always refreshing to feel that a person is eager to listen to your questions and provide answers before making a decision that will affect your loved ones.

The facilities at 2nd Avenue Center are great and I think my daughter will be happy here for her last two years at UF. Sabrina the leasing coordinator was amazing and very knowledgeable. She gave a great tour and made it a good experience for us. Thank you.

I have massively enjoyed my stay here. I have been lucky to have some excellent roommates that I continue to share the apartment with, and I am very satisfied with the living situation. Having a single apartment is a game changer.
The manager (Tianny) has also been extremely accommodating, is very easy to work with and pleasant to speak to. We are seeing a change in management soon, but I look forward to see the same excellence replicated in the future. Barring a few growing pains, I think that Shelbourne has a very good track record for management. I will post an update to give my opinion after I have seen the second manager for an extended period of time.
The prices are fairly reasonable. From what I hear, the prices here are the lowest for the single room apartments (as of writing this).
I enjoy the ward that we have here. in my earlier experience at BYU-I, I felt a bit disconnected from others, and it was difficult to connect to the people around me. At Shelbourne, most people stay in the ward, which makes the community stronger as a result.
Lastly, the location is fairly good. There is a bus stop to Walmart not far from Shelbourne, and the college is about a 5 minute walk away. It does require a jaunt across a fairly busy intersection to get to the STC, but the walk is certainly not bad (barring Rexburg winters).
All in all, I think this is a place that is worth your investment if you value privacy, community, and convenience. 5/5 ⭐

The tour was lovely, Sabrina was an amazing guide!!

Our experience with Wu, the leasing agent at Tempo in College Park, MD, was nothing short of exceptional. For a new agent, Wu's knowledge about the property and his field was impressive. His confident demeanor and dedication to assisting future residents turned our simple property visit into a lease-signing day. I couldn't be happier knowing that i will be supported by someone as capable as Wu.

All I can say is WOW! 🤩 Beautiful apartments. Tour was amazing and the different layouts are spectacular. I had the best experience anyone could ask for and I couldn’t be more grateful. I was anxious before touring at first, but I can confidently say Aaron was wonderful. When I spoke with him he was extremely professional and kind hearted. He made this experience go as smoothly as possible for me, taking away all my worries and frustrations. I’m so thankful. This tour has been nothing but amazing, he should get a raise for being so helpful and welcoming. I highly recommend this place 10/10!!!! :) Thank you again, Aaron.

Finding the right place for your child to live while at college can be stressful, but Wu at Tempo, College Park, made it feel like a walk in the park for my myself and my daughter, Brooklyn. His enthusiasm and knowledge about the property reassured us that we were making the right choice. The tour he provided us was phenomenal and really sealed the deal for my family. Highly recommend Wu and Tempo for any parents looking for a safe, welcoming community for their college student.

Great place to stay! Tianny is truly the best manager ever! Private rooms are great and has in unit washer/dryer

Have been looking at apartments for my daughter for about 6 months now. Came across the Tempo apartments online and immediately scheduled for a tour. I spoke with the leasing agent Aaron. He was amazing! Very personable and friendly. He knew a lot of the property and neighborhood. My daughter loves it there!!

I have enjoyed living at Nauvoo House more than any other complex so far. The people are great, and the apartments are pretty good. However, when my roommates and I moved in, our apartment was very unclean, even though they should have had white-glove checks before the end of the previous semester. Overall though, Nauvoo is a nice place to live.

Issues within the past 6 months:
*No support = SQ5 was contacted and refused to help with the issue*
-broken WiFi, (No support). Currently using self purchased router.
-broken trash chutes, whole building smells like trash (for entire 6 months). Definitely aware of it, first floor has Glade plug-ins to cover the smell.
-several items stolen from roommates by maintenance. (No support)
-several cars broken into. (No support)
-broken elevators, would not recommend for handicapped
-overall more expensive than other off campus housing
-poor security, other residents report break-ins. (No support)
-several broken amenities (all 3 treadmills have been broken for several months)
-several packages often lost/stolen (residents have access to EVERYONE'S packages, not just their own) (No support)
-SQ5 does not warn/inform other residents of safety issues listed above. Most information is either from personal experience or GT Parents FB group.

Been living at Shelbourne almost my whole entire time at BYUI. Private rooms and amenities are amazing. Great price for what you get! Management is the best. They will help you out a lot.

I have LOVED living at Nauvoo house! Everyone is so friendly and management is great! They have fun activities and free food for the residents all the time. I have had minor maintenance issues. The apartments are cute and spacious enough for all your stuff. I would definitely recommend living here. My favorite part is the ward is great and people are super friendly. I’ve made a lot of friends and met the love of my life here :)

I think that there is a couple problems. I’ve had a bit of mold issues in the kitchen and bathroom. In addition some of the floor boards are not in place. The appliances are a little funky and the rooms themselves aren’t as nice as I hoped. I also have a car up here, and they don’t have nearly enough spots for the residents. But they do have upsides. Lots of walk by breakfasts have been offered for free, they have great screening rooms and have a close by gym. I also think it’s fairly social. For the price, I think there can be better for sure, but it also could be a lot worse. One last plus is that it’s super close to my classes and I can walk easily to them.

Nauvoo House is one of the best places I have ever lived! The social life and people that live there are so nice and friendly. Apartments are super nice and management is always on top of things! There is always fun activities and things to do! No complaints for the 5 semesters that I have lived here.

MUST READ FEBRUARY 2024
I've been living at SQ5 for two years now, and unfortunately, my experience has been far from satisfactory. Despite initially being enticed by a special offer to retain my lease at the same rate, I did this cause my floor plan at almost every apartment in the area went up about 200-300 more a month so it was the most cost effective for me. (if you are one of the first 50 people to resign *they no longer run this offer) Overall, the reality of living here has been disappointing.
Firstly, the amenities leave much to be desired. The printer has been perpetually out of order, displaying the same paper jam message for the entirety of my stay. This lack of maintenance extends to the treadmills, which have been non-functional since December. Rather than addressing the issue promptly, management simply placed signs indicating their unavailability, suggesting a lack of concern for residents' wellbeing and satisfaction. The elevators have been horrible ever since I moved in two years ago. At first only two of the three worked now there will be days where only one elevator works or none of them will work.
Moreover, the recent decision to directly charge residents for utilities without prior warning or consideration for existing lease agreements is unacceptable. Previously, utilities were included in the rent, making SQ5 a more appealing option amidst Atlanta's pricey rental market. This sudden change reflects poorly on the management's transparency and disregard for residents' financial stability.
Overall, SQ5 appears more interested in cutting costs than maintaining a high standard of living for its residents. From neglected amenities to abrupt changes in billing practices, the lack of communication and accountability is evident. As someone who has resided here for two years, I can't recommend SQ5 to prospective tenants looking for a reliable and well-managed living environment.

I’m honestly surprised by the number of negative reviews, I almost didn’t get a spot but thought I’d do it any ways and I have no regrets! My experience was amazing and I recommend it to everyone. The staff are nice and loving! They remembered everyone in my apartment by name thus really showing how much they care for us like a family. Also maintenance always responded promptly rather than keeping us waiting. The only regret I have is not getting this place sooner since I only got this place in my last semester at BYU Idaho, otherwise I would’ve been at Brookside a lot longer by choice. 10/10

Short list of why I am not going to live here again:
1) Way Overpriced Rent it is around $2000 if you are paying month to month because they charge you a service fee of $50 and a MONTH to MONTH fee of $50 dollars already on top of your $580 dollar monthly rent (you can spend way cheaper for private rooms with better amenities at The Ridge in Rexburg)
2) Overpriced and VERY limited parking
3) you only get ONE refrigerator to share with 6 people
4) The laundry room is small and it is CLOSED between midnight and i think like 7 or 8am. so us busy college students can not do our laundry after curfew.
posting this to just provide the public with some things that have made me unsatisfied with my stay here.

Good apartment, great management. One fridge for six people at this price is outrageous though, so minus one star

So I normally never write reviews but this time I will. The gym is fantastic, the apartment itself is pretty nice but there’s a lot of small issues as a whole. Mold grows randomly, one time our floor started leaking for around 2 weeks, never really got an explanation why. They just gave us a huge device to manage it until it went away. Worst of all though, the beloved package system they have. I spend money on Amazon prime to get my packages the day they are delivered, not the day after. Worst part is, when I try to politely tell them this, they make it sound like such a hassle, as if it’s not their job to do this. I had one employee tell me “that would be a little mean” when I asked her to look for my package. I understand that you’re understaffed but unfortunately, that’s not my problem. You guys are constantly raising the rent so I’m expecting an increase in quality of life at this complex annually. Fortunately, I’m graduating, good luck to anyone who wants to live here.

It's been great staying at Shelbourne so far. The apartments are nice, and the managers have been more than helpful with everything. Would recommend to a friend.

The housing was great and it felt like home and my favorite part was the Pool table sense I love playing pool. The manager was great and always helpful and understanding to circumstances. Always happy and they make you feel right at home. I would definitely love here again and you should too it’s very great and the best housing I ever been to.

My baby lives here and he always provides a 5 star experience

Brookside (and RH) are just scam agencies. If you like getting random charges and unexpected, unexplained, unjustified, inconsistent, spontaneous fees very often, this is your place. The managers are quite useless and when they do decide to actually work, they do everything to not help you and make things much harder and more expensive. They just want your money and find any means possible to get more. Scam alert. Do not live here, unless you like wasting money, or even worse sending your money to a scam that enables them to steal from more unsuspecting students.

Do NOT stay here! Not only has management been extremely rude and hostile upon moving out, they are refusing to provide a breakdown of move out fees when the lease specifically states that there is an hourly labor rate charged, which they are unwilling to provide past residents. I spent 2 full years here and as a part of being a college apartment most places offer a deferment for financial aid purposes. Not long after my sister and I had filled out the deferment and specifically spoke with management about this (they assured us it was all taken care of and everything was fine), Dylan, the manager, showed up at our door and served us an eviction notice. To make matters worse, the condition in which we moved into our apartment was absolutely ATROCIOUS. There was mold, body hair, body fluids, diet, and paint everywhere. Next, our A/C unit and washer/dryer had broken numerous times living here. The maintenance worker said that this was likely because these appliances shouldn’t be in this kind of apartment and basically that they weren’t up to standard. So to top off this whole experience, (and throughout this we were not complainers or residents who were troublesome at all) we cleaned the apartment from top to bottom upon move out and even spoke to maintenance about the wall paint, and the maintenance worker assured us that we would not be charged for damage on the wall as long as we spackle over the holes, as well as the community assist at that gave us our initial tour of the property. So imagine our shock to see charges ranging from $100-$200+ on our accounts after move out, and management REFUSES to provide a labor breakdown and adhere to the original statements made by their own staff. If you want trouble and headache…then you’ve found the perfect place for you! Also…don’t expect a response from management about said charges either.

Very good and quick.
Brookside staff are professional.
They helped me a lot.
The apartment design is nice, new and comfortable.
I loved being there.
Thank you so much

I have been a tenant here for the entire time I have been here for college so far and I can wholeheartedly say that I very much enjoy it here. Management is always amazing. The amenities that are offered in the apartments are amazing. Each apartment has a washer and dryer in the apartment which makes doing laundry a breeze with a busy college schedule. There is plenty of space for dishes and food with plenty of cabinet space and refrigerator space. The apartment complex overall is very well maintained and a good distance from campus. All in all, I have enjoyed my experience here so far and plan on staying here as long as I can for the duration of my time here in Rexburg.

Brookside was mediocre overall
I lived at brookside village for 2 semesters, the apartments were great in some areas, yet were not great in other areas.
Pros:
-Maintenance was super quick, the longest it ever took for me to get something repaired was 1 day.
-Management is better than other complexes I have lived at
-Great location
-Manager is super great about accommodating ESA's
Cons:
-There is only 1 fridge, for 6 people in an apartment.
-The upstairs apartments are literal ovens, many days I found myself struggling to keep cool in the summer weather
-Contacting management was hit or miss, management was never in the office.
Advice for Brookside Village
-There needs to be a second fridge in the apartment, the fact that brookside village is one of the only 6 person apartments in rexburg that still only provides one fridge boggles my mind.
-Be more communicative about when management will be more out of the office

Cool and quiet with a beautiful and peaceful rooftop

Close to TC and staff are nice

The leasing office staff do not help with getting anything done because they really do not care. They usually do not have manager. My dishwasher was not working for over a year and it was not fixed till I left. They lack simple training and proficiency to help residents. After more than 10 visits to the leasing office to got my dish washer replaced I asked the lady that was helping me to gave me her name so I can follow up with her. She took a paper and act that she was writing and she fold the paper then when I left the office I found out that she did not write anything in the paper. Nothing is getting fixed in this Appartment complex.

sehr schönes Gebäude in schöner Gegend

Scam warning:
This apartment complex nails you for every cent they can. They have crazy charges for clean checks and horrible management. I’d find other single bedrooms, not worth the hassle I had pictures of my clean room and everything and it didn’t matter.
On top of that these apartments never get professionally cleaned, have no ac and most appliances are broken. Avoid at all costs

My wife goes to school at Columbia and it is a beautifully situated area right between the park and the college, New York of course parking is what it is. But they have awesome individuals that watch the door and are very friendly.

We lived in Butler Hall for the 2021-2022 academic year. It is a clean and beautiful building on a quiet street with great staff and a stunning rooftop.
We lived in a 1 bedroom (10H) with campus views right off of the service elevator. We had no issues with the apartment - it was well lit, the appliances, paint, and bathroom were all brand new when we moved in. If we ever needed a repair, the maintenance (like Patrick) were incredibly helpful and repairs were always done promptly. We would live here again in a heartbeat if we could.
In our entire year living here we had no noise issues, no laundry issues, no WIFI distruptions, no mail/package issues, and no rodents. The elevators always worked (are are very quick), and the floors were always extremely clean. Serve your building staff well and they will do the same for you! Thank you to the entire front staff and maintenance team for everything you do.

I've lived here for 2 months and the place is exactly what I wanted. The apartments have lots of space, the garage is well equipped and the furniture is good quality. The only downside is the sound proofing, but its the same with any apartment around here.

The apartment is great overall, unexpected huge space, equipped with basic furniture. Kitchen is nice and perfect but I only use the stove and microwave. The only thing that bothers me is the sound proof, I can clearly hear people living above my bedroom throwing parties and have a clear picture of how drunk they are when they throwing up. And as for bedrooms it’s far enough so won’t be disturbed by my roommate.

The new leasing office for this apartment complex has been great to work with! They constantly gives timely updates on things before they happen and as needed regarding maintenance in apartments and the complex in general such as garage, water, filter updates, etc. The apartment itself is one of the nicest and most modern ones I've seen in the area and very safe/clean for just off campus. I especially love the garage parking and FOB entry on all the doors, and the fact that there is an elevator to get to the higher floors.

All of the staff is so helpful and willing to accommodate and answer any questions. They keep in touch with us and send us timely updates about anything maintenance or apartment related. My roommate and I lost our keys the first day here and they couldn't have been more helpful/calm during such a stressful situation! The apartment has been one of the highlights of my year, it is modern, clean, and beautiful!

My experience at 120 Flats has been fantastic! Staff is incredibly helpful and answered all my questions. The building is beautiful, clean, modern, and most importantly, so close to everything on campus!

It's a pretty new apartment and everything is good so far. The maintenance team came quickly to fix things when the fridge was not working in my apartment.

just another apartment complex owned by a predatory company who profits off college students in need of affordable housing. They will charge you for anything with no opportunity to fix/explain unless you threaten to have attorneys contact them, which most college students can't afford - and they know that.

Their website makes no mention of the fact that all apartments come furnished. Both this place as well as their two other locations have no option for unfurnished floorplans. Waste of time to tour and everything only to find out that they had no options for us.

Moved into these apartments my fall semester of 2021. Can I say, worst place I’ve ever lived. Our washing machine overfilled multiple times and was broken. Instead of replacing the washing machine as we had put in multiple maintenance requests, they continuously did not fix the problem. On top of that, they mislead residents about their “renters insurance”. It is NOT renters insurance which was not clear. On top of that, our blinds were broken and they said if we had put a maintenance request they would of fixed it for free. No human in the apartment broke the blinds, as it was a cat. If an individual pays an extra fee for having a pet, why wouldn’t that come out of that fee? On top that, the wifi which we pay for, almost never worked. As well as, our dishwasher was outdated in the sense that broke down all the time. It was clear that it needed to be replaced and the maintenance requests were proving pointless. On top of that, having someone come to your apartment to do “quarterly inspections” unannounced was incredibly frustrating. I strongly recommend finding any other place to live. Not worth it.

Do not rent. Washer & dryer do NOT work and never did in the 2 years I lived there. They refused to replace them. I asked multiple times. My fridge was leaking water for a full year, it has been improperly fixed 3 times. They towed my car 4 times. They billed me 250$ for having a pet that I do not have bc I am allergic. The building is infested with fleas. I spent so much money endlessly buying flea killer spray to no avail. I met someone who lived here 5 years ago and they said the building has always had fleas so that hasn’t been fixed in 5 years! The rent was 800$ to live directly behind construction that shakes the entire building for most of the day. The people who work at the office (with the exception of Cera) are horrible. Maintenance guys are super sweet though.

Nice place for students, it has a doorman.

Don’t live in this apartment, which surroundings is very noisy, and the rent is so costly. No advantage in this apartment.

The model shown was fabulous, However, the actual apartment my son got was a disgusting mess that I cleaned for 3 hours before moving in. Looks like someone threw grease all over the kitchen, eating area and leather couch. Under the sink in the kitchen and his bathroom had water damage. They do a lot for the kids like food on certain days, movies, and they have a great community center. Also, we chose an apartment, and was told the price, however, on the lease gave the wrong room with a higher price. When you do everything from your phone you are not paying attention to it and they say just initial the page so I missed it until I got home and looked at the paper lease (I had to ask for because they don't give you one).

Residence hall at Teachers College. Can share larger suites or opt for studios. Has a study area and meeting space downstairs. Borders a nice courtyard and is close to a decent set of shops and restaurants.

If you enjoy the office doing quarterly inspections every month maybe this is the place for you. It was a below average apartment when we tried to get thing fixed maintenance often told us we didn't know what were talking about that nothing was broken. Are showers didn't have hot water for two weeks and all of my roommates and myself called them just to be told it was working. It did offer a few nice things such as furnished apartments, washer, dryer, had a nice office and weight room. Office staff was rarely helpful. Would not recommend at all just like everyone told me before I moved in. Wish I would have listened.

Great place to live

Nice lobby, but... lack of washing machines, too many residents in the building..
