I want to love this European Wax but it’s a No. my last two visits including this last one. My hair has grown back fast than any other time. I’m using the products recommended. My wax person is normally running behind and no one lets me know. Friendly but dry interactions.

Adriana provided me with Phenomenal service. I just moved to Kissimmee but I’ve been using ewp altamonte location since I started waxing. I was sad to have to go to another location but I’m so happy that I did and off reviews I chose Adriana as my waxer. She made sure I was comfortable and took her time and explained everything that I needed to know. She provided the best service ever in my whole waxing experience life. And though the drive is over 30 minutes.. I don’t mind it after the magnificent service that I received.

Zoe was amazing! She was so kind and personable and made me feel very comfortable the entire service. Can’t wait to come back!

I laugh when I say this but it just be stated that Ive never booked any other specialist (not a doctor, dentist, hair stylist, etc…) more consistently than I have with my wax specialist, Alexis. I’m committed! Thank you for always making this appointment comfortable, quick and painless!

My massage therapist is the best. He asks questions ahead of time to ensure the best use of the time and provides suggestions after to help you feel better.

I went here in a staff retreat and the service was amazing. The manager made every effort to accommodate 5 of us in short notice including ensuring we jade 5 female massage therapists. We got the Swedish massages which left us feeling rested and rejuvenated. The prices were great especially for an hour massage. Great location in the heart of magnificent mile. Thank you Renee!

We have done our massage at this place one day ago. We both had very bad shooting shoulder and back pain after their massage. Upfront they charged their fees and at the end the lady was waiting with receipt to add tips. If the service is good people are willing to pay the tips. It was told as full body massage but they did only neck and back of my wife. We feel like we bought pain with our money. We don’t recommend this place to any person

Angelique is awesome, she’s very funny and a great person to talk to. She does well on my wax each time! The front staff is always kind and offering deals as well.

This location is newer, and I drive further because it's worth it. Zoe is my waxer and she is amazing! She always gets all the hair and I feel comfortable going to her. The women at the front desk also deserve recognition for being amazing as well. Overall nothing but a good experience at this location!

I come in all the time with my husband, but this time I brought in my son. This place is so good they always know how to take care of us. I wanted my son to have the experience as well.
We both got massage and facial.
I got a hydro facial and my son had a deep clean to take care of his acne. My skin was so radiant when it was done. My sons pimples seemed to be reduced.
The massage always seems to take away my stress and pain.
I highly recommend this place.

My wax specialist was amazing, however my experience with your front desk employee overshadowed that experience and made me not want to come back. You need to provide better training for your employees so they know how to maneuver through your system. My appointment was for two, we were late, so only one of us received services, no problem, I understand and accept that. What I don't get is how I had to wait 30 minutes after for your employees to figure out how to work your system so that I could pay and leave. The employees collectively could not figure out how to ring me up and told me I had to continue to wait until they figured it out. My time is just as valuable as yours. If you cannot take me for a service because I am late, you need to reciprocate the same energy and respect my time and not expect me to wait above a reasonable and customary time frame to ring me up. 30 minutes is insane for me to have to wait until your employees worked through their lack of training, critical thinking and respect of my time, not just the European Wax Center's time. No apology was made, just the audacity and expectation that my time deserved to be wasted.

Diamond was absolutely incredible. I had my first official Brazilian and when I say first official that means I got a botched painful job in the past and was very apprehensive about trying again (at a different business not European Wax). I called initially and spoke with Onika. She was very kind and answered questions. Once I got there with Diamond I let her know I was afraid. She was very reassuring. She was quick and I experienced minimal pain. Good music, vibes, and conversation. Definitely will be back.

Walked in for a massage with my mom and sister. When we arrived they asked if we had an appointment, and took us right away even though we didn't. We were asked to pay first which was weird to me. And there was a sign outlining what was considered bad or good service based on how much you tipped. How can you decide how much you want to tip before you've even had the service.

We all had a 60min massages which were great to the point that we wanted to adjust our original tip. However, they had no cash to give us change and one masseuse was all too eager to take the whole $10.

Overall the massages were good but how they do their payment process leaves much to be desired.

Do not waste your time! I went for a foot massage and it was an absolute chaos. They overbooked the appointments and several clients were waiting frustrated and came in the foot massage room to charge them. During my one hour session, the service giver left a few times to talk at the front desk. There were three employees that time and only two of them seems to be actual professional. So they tried to use the third person for me as coverage while he was not a massage professional at all. They had no sense of professionalism or organizing the services. They were arguing loudly among themselves. All in all the time was very stressful! I’ll never go back again.

Not a great first time experience!
We had appointment for couple massage and when we arrived they looked confused and no one spoke English. Once we was settled in our beds only one masseuse came in started working on my body for about 20min and my wife was growing with frustration still waiting for her masseuse! SMH we had to call the owner because no spoke English and after 40min in her masseuse came in!
By then we were already upset and done with the place we just cut it short

The worst massage ever

Dominique did a good job at making me feel comfortable. Not many places take males and I was happy to find someone in the city. We had good conversation and she gave me some good recommendations for products.

Had a deep tissue massage today with James, who could not have been kinder and did a wonderful job. He also took the time after to go through a few stretches with me. Left feeling very relaxed!

Honestly we've had couples massage before at different places and this was not the best experience. The people were very friendly. I still tipped well. It may have just been an off day for them...but im not feeling great about the $200 I spent for what we got. Firstly get in the room and 2 women come in to massage us. She was doing perfectly on me! But then she kept leaving during my massage. And suddenly a man came to massage me. So I definitely feel my services kept getting interrupted..and immedietly he and the other masseuse started talking and giggling to eachother.. was hard for me to focus on the massage and relax..& this man has a hard pressure that hurt me a lot. I would ask him to go lighter multiple times. He focused really on my upper back. Idk why. I thought it was a whole body massage. Didn't touch my feet even once and a foot massage I was most excited for. Not to mention they rub you with a rough towel most of the massage not even oil. We flipped over for the last 5 minutes and they said "finished " and ran out lol. Like I said they were nice people but I feel so sore today..I probably won't go back.

I had an amazing experience here! Adriana, my wax specialist, was the most professional and kind. She went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable throughout the entire wax. She is also extremely knowledgeable and you can tell she truly loves her job! I can’t wait to come back here.

Only giving 4 stars instead of 5 due to the recent turnover. I was rescheduled 3 times due to my waxer no longer being with the company. But throughout the process the front desk staff was professional and empathetic.

Last minute I needed to change my appointment from a Wednesday to a Monday. The woman at the front desk (really wish I had her name) was super helpful in helping me to get scheduled. As always she was friendly and professional. She scheduled me with Mary who was able to accommodate my appointment. She is detailed oriented and personable which made the experience positive (as positive as a waxing can be).

Overall this location has a great staff and I hope they’re able to retain it.

Wow. That treatment was INCREDIBLE. I was very hesitant about getting a massage, as I tend to be very giggly and tense- but James was excellent and a very calming presence this afternoon. I feel refreshed and relaxed, and ready to take on the weekend! I’ll definitely be back in the spa soon!

Excellent experience at the Francis Hotel and Spa! Beautiful ambiance and very clean space, warm and inviting atmosphere, very elegant and classy! My massage was really well directed and focused, cleansing, soothing, and thoughtful. I felt comfortable and safe, well attended to, and at peace. I highly recommend the Spa, and if you need a hotel room, we had an amazing visit and stay here as well.

Last week I got my facial and microderm done from this place. That same night my face started to hurt. The next day morning I noticed a couple of wounds on my face. When I called the office for help, I was told to contact them the next day. Poor service. After mentioning about giving a bad review, immediately I was told that the owner will call me shortly. The owner asked me to apply Aloe Vera. I tried to contact a Dermatologist but no one was ready to take me as the wait time was 10 days. I can still see scars on my face. Please be careful.

Decided to go here for my birthday instead of a massage chain and it did not disappoint! Kiki did amazing work! I am a dancer , educator and fitness instructor: She knew exactly where my knots and shoulder problems were! I felt revitalized afterwards and she checks in to make sure it feels good.I should’ve gotten the 1 1/2 hr sesión! There was some Thai like stretches at the end too. Definitely recommend to get your moneys worth. You do have to pay beforehand and if with card 2$ charge.

Just had a couples massage with Zoe and Lisa and wow! We are from out of state and typically book with super fancy spa places. This just became my new favorite massage spot and we will make it a point to visit here from now on. The place is clean and the therapists are very strong and skilled.

We just had a couples massage and our masseuse Ivy and Zoe were amazing! They worked on muscles in our body that others have never done! She was able to get out a lot of my tension and I feel a lot better now. Hot stones were amazing! Highly recommend them! You won’t be disappointed!

This place is a complete S C A M, shady business practices. They would charge you every month and lie to you about cancelling the recurring credit card charge... Will be reporting this scam of a business to the CA Department of Consumer Affairs and the BBB.

I gave a 20% tip $8 on $40); I OK’d a $1 credit charge. They told me they would charge me $49, which I approved; then charged me $50 (which I didn’t approve). I called to let them know I didn’t approve and to return the dollar, they only said sorry and did not offer to return the dollar. Why lose a customer over a dollar unauthorized charge?

My husband and I took the couples workshop and we had a great time. Our massage therapist, Kelly, was so lovely and patient and was so accommodating to our specific needs. We absolutely loved the experience and the hotel is beautiful!

Having never received a facial, I was hesitant to use the treatment I received as a gift; however, I am so happy that I did! By far the best salon in the city. Originally followed my manicurist, , but soon was introduced to all the wonderful services they offer. Their amazing staff are both knowledgeable and helpful in customizing the exact services and product that are right for you. My skin has never looked better or been more complimented. A wonderful experience to say the least.

Super clean, friendly, quiet. It was my first time and I decided to try "Tibetan Massage."" The masage was good but not great. It seemed formulaic rather than personalized - no health history or inquiry of current physical concerns was requested. I would have liked to tell them what areas needed the most work. My diligent, sweet, and strong therapist didn't seem to know enough English to be able to understand.

I recently visited MassageLuXe and had a great experience from front desk ladies to the service. I was extremely happy with how I was treated. The membership process is actually simple if you pay attention to what they are explaining.
Looking forward to coming more regularly now.

My husband and I stopped here for a full body walk-in. They were busy at 2 and asked if we could come back at 3 which was perfectly fine with us and was totally worth the wait. Hands down one of the best massages I have ever gotten. They really can tell where you need it the most and took great care of us!

I prefer my massages on the deep tissue side - if I’m not about to break a sweat from the pressure it doesn’t count kind of massages. after a 60 min Tibetan massage I feel like a just completed an intense and invigorating yoga class. Nina was awesome. I’m coming back for sure! One of the best massages I’ve had in a while and at a great value.

Original review: It was a mess handling our subscription. I had few unused hours that I planned to use and it was a nightmare knowing how many hours I have left, the front desk lady asked us to pay up after the massage since she doesn’t see the tokens in the system. This happened several times, I used to verify how many hours I have while booking the appointment and later after the massage they used to say they don’t see anything on the system, it’s so bad that they can’t even tell me how many times I have been charged and how many appointments I have used. I don’t know how hard it is to maintain the balance of hours left for one customer. It was super irritating to argue after getting a mediocre massage. I’m still getting charged after asking them to cancel the membership.

Excellent experience! We booked a couples massage and Marcia and John were very professional and kind. They are excellent at what they do. Truly gifted! We both feel so much better and will definitely come back every time we are in Maine! If I could give them more than 5 stars I definitely would. They both deserve it!

Sometimes when I get facials I feel like the staff does a good job of spreading stuff on my face to clean it and add moisturizer. That's fine, I enjoy it. This is not a default practice at this place. The staff is skilled and knowledgeable about different products and treatment methods. The custom recommendations for me were so on point. My stressed skin shone after my treatment.

DO NOT GET MEMBERSHIP WITH THEM!!! The masseuses there are good but the management is abysmal. I told the front desk agent i wanted to quit my membership and that the manager has to send me a form for me to cancel it. No problem. Guess what happens? They never send it. Never even received a phone call. The month passes and I get charged for another month. Now I'm upset. I call them and tell them I was to be removed and should not have been charged again. Ohh we're sorry they should've told you the process. Yeah it has to go through management for them to send you an email. You didn't get an email? Nope. Not once, not even in spam. They verify that my email is correct (I've been receiving their other junk emails like appointment availability etc.) so this shouldn't be happening. I ask to just get my money back and they say oh no that's not possible. I can't imagine how many other people they are trying to swindle like this. Once I actually do get the link to cancel it says I have 4 hours of credit that I can receive as vouchers. Ok, at least I can give to my family to use. Not only do they lie to me and say its just 4 credits of 30 minute intervals, they also say its 20$ per user to activate the credit. AND THEN THIS MONTH I RECEIVE ANOTHER FREAKING CHARGE!!!! I am furious with this company and have filed fraud from my credit card. DO NOT GET A MEMBERSHIP WITH THEM !!

Massage luxe is still charging me monthly even after filing cancel membership forms online. DO NOT FALL FOR THIS HEADACHE!!

I paid for my first visit with a gift card. When I checked out I was told if I purchased a membership the balance of my gift card would be applied toward my first payment. It was not. I discussed with staff at my next visit. They said it would be taken care of on my next payment. It was not. On my next visit I asked to speak with the manager. I was told she worked the next day and would call me. She did not. I called back and was told she wasn’t working but would be in the next day and would call me. She has not called. They have kept the balance of my gift card and no one at the store will do anything about it.

First time I have used this spa. It was lovely. The services were fantastic. Anna did my massage and facial. My friend had Renee do their facial. We were both very pleased. We are going back.

It was alright. The rooms was nice and the hot towels were good. I asked if the massage could be a little firmer at points and she responded but it was only slightly firmer. It was my first massage from a person and I honestly had a lot of knots left after an hour.

My wife had a 60 min prenatal massage and I had a 30 min regular therapeutic massage. The massage therapist discussed what I was looking for and if there were any particular issues or things I wanted to be focused on. Both of us enjoyed the experience and left feeling relaxed and refreshed. Would highly recommend!

Had a 90 minute massage with cranial sacral therapy with Marcia recently and it was amazing! She is skilled at her craft, and had a calming & comforting presence. Will definitely be back. Highly recommend!

Had some serious issues with these guys when I went to cancel my membership and further complicated misunderstanding between a family member and I.
Rather than let me work things out the spa manager basically called me up screaming at me on the phone being verbally abusive and threatening me. It was enough that I had an abusive family member that was messing with my membership but I really didn’t need the added stress and accusations. This occurred in 2017. Hopefully there’s been new management since then.

Unlike other spas that will let you cancel over the phone or simply take a one month notice these guys will make it the most inconvenient thing ever.

If their only good thing was a hydro massage machine before your massage then yay. I was actually nice and didn’t complain when they had one masseuse who talked more than worked on my muscles.

Place is a nightmare please avoid it.

I’ve been here a few times and they were great, but last time I went with my bf and tipped 10$ and the lady asked for more tip. Tip is as costumers can afford and as courtesy for good service. It’s sad that they had to ask for more tip as if it was a expected thing. If they are not getting paid enough they should raise their prices other wise a TIP is not an expectation. Sad I really liked this place, but don’t really want to be embarrassed again.

They charge you $1 per credit card transaction! Who does that in today's world?

The environment was so relaxing, & Sophia was so considerate & professional & used the perfect amount of pressure, as well as helping me to pick out a great body oil to take home. I highly recommend Renee Day Spa. I called about 3 weeks ahead of time to schedule a couples massage and manicure for me and my 4 year old. Yes, it sounds totally ridiculous, and perhaps it was, but my daughter and I had the most amazing experience. The massage was amazing, and I have had hundreds of massages. They probably thought we were crazy when we walked in, but we were treated professionally and the services were top notch. They ask for your credit card when you book, which was perfectly acceptable. I will definitely be back

I booked a 90 minute massage at the last minute while visiting on vacation. I arrived a few minutes early and Marcia was waiting for me. She took a moment to listen to my symptoms and came up with a plan tailored to me. I felt very relaxed afterward and had increased range of motion throughout my neck. The massage parlor is located in a cute house on Munjoy Hill. Very easy to schedule, excellent experience and great value! I definitely recommend!

UPDATE: it hurts me so much to write this. But I will not be going back. Not because they are not great, because they are. But because today was the 3rd time I made an appointment and drove all the way there and was told I would have to wait an hour. That is the reason I called. Obviously they do not get the concept of an appointment

I absolutely love this place! I go in for 1 hour foot and they do a mini shoulder and back massage, works out all my knots! The the feet! I have diabetes so the circulation in my feet is not good. They work wonders!

What a gift, Munjoyous is. John is incredibly skilled and created an inviting and relaxing environment. I experienced a 90 minute massage with polarity and cranial sacral work as well. I felt so rejuvenated and calm during and after. It was clear that John has an excellent understanding of how to work with the body to release tension and increase energy flow. So grateful. I have been coming here for almost a year now. I usually get a maintenance massage at least once a month and this has become my regular spot. Eva is an excellent masseuse and is very intuitive and pays great attention to detail. She is very responsive to any areas that need extra attention. I highly recommend Super Massage to anyone in need of high quality therapeutic massage.

This was probably the best massage I’ve ever had, at a price that you can’t beat. I got a one hour combo (half full body, half feet). As a dancer with sore feet and a stiff neck, this firm and thorough massage was just what I needed. I asked for special attention to my neck, which she did very well. Hot stones and hot towels were very hot the way I like it. I will be back here for regular visits.

Easy 0/5 stars rating. Fiancé and her sister arrived yesterday and the spa was completely different from advertised. As you can see in the pictures provided the floor is dirty, sheets are dingy and the overall quality of the rooms was very poor. There are cameras that completely go against any type of ethical values of privacy and the pictures on the website and google are completely false advertisement. After mentioning to the owner that they were uncomfortable with the room and didn’t want to continue with the massage, the owner denied them a full refund. Due to urgent travel necessities we had to leave with not even full credit on a company gift card. The full amount for the couples massage, $230 was taken and never returned. The owner was exceptionally rude and uncooperative and overall a terrible first experience with this spa. If you expect your money to be taken regardless of receiving your service or not I guess you can give them a try otherwise I would highly recommend you avoiding this spa.

Excellent massage for my bf and I. We were even in the same room. Deep tissue work of my back and shoulders like I asked for and very friendly and professional. We upgraded from half an hr to an hr because it was so good.

My husband and I got a great massage today. Sue relieved my stiff shoulders and sciatic nerve pain. Cindy took care of my wife up back very carefully.They are all experienced. Their hands will immediately detect where your body needs to focus. They work very seriously. Thank you so much.We will be regular customers here.

I went there optimistically to specifically get reflexology to my feet. Specifically Franklin foot Spa should be about treating feet. I purchased an hour combo time; I intended to have the majority of the time spent on my feet 40 min and then 20 min my lower back.

I'd like to say that I do have disabilities and was very clear about those to my therapist. The issue that I had which made me not particularly care for my experience is that I truly couldn't communicate because she did not speak fluent English and there was nobody there to help us.

The woman Lili that I had was fantastic! She tried to use the Google translator but it was too difficult to express to her the exact challenges that I have with my disability. I fought through getting something because I desperately needed some massage to eliminate the pain that it was in. I will say that if I wanted a full body massage I think I would have had a better experience with her. I truly wanted somebody to do really good reflexology (while I was in a seated position not laying down like they made me) and did not feel at all that portion was good with my visit with her. It felt good but it wasn't as detailed as a foot massage should be. I am somebody that not only has been trained knowing this, I have owned a business that I did have professional massage therapist and did not feel that she did the exceptional job I expected from Franklin foot spa. She did a great job moving around the area but not concentrating on the details of a foot for reflexology.

I am left a bit bewildered because this place suggests it's a foot spa and what they state on web pages are very clear about there being reflexologists. I think Lili was a good massage therapist but wasn't so keen on concentrating on the specifics of the foot like I needed and paid for. Therefore, if you want a full body massage, aren't particular but needed something, I think you would be perfectly fine.

Overall price-wise I felt like if I got what I wanted, it would have been very fair. They are very clean, organized front what I see and accommodating. I just did not like that I could not speak to her the way I needed to. I do not believe this place is for me considering that it is essential for my care and I really wanted to find a place that I could go to as frequent as I needed. But communication is key for me particularly.

I will leave you with this, if you need a massage and don't have specifics, you're going to probably be very happy. But, if you need to communicate exactly what you need, if you have disabilities or limitations you might be exceptionally challenged like I was "IF" you get another person that doesn't speak English.

Marcia & John are not only incredible therapists, but amazing hosts as well. My husband and I received a 90 minutes couples massage today and we could have gone longer. We walked in and immediately felt comfortable and relaxed. Marcia listened to my needs and pressure requests, adding in heat to my massage which helped my pain. My husband’s massage with John was just as good and he left feeling rejuvenated. Very fairly priced and accommodating to our schedule. We will be back in September! You won’t regret visiting them!

My husband and I had a wonderful couples massage with John and Marcia. We both had polarity worked into our massage and Marcia worked Reiki into mine as well. It was an amazing full-body experience, both energetically and physically. Very healing, soothing, and relaxing.

John and Marcia were excellent. I have had many massages but this was the best. My wife and I went for couples massage and reflexology treatment for our anniversary and we’re so impressed. Don’t be fooled by its location. It was unbelievable!!!

Went today for a girls Sunday-funday! The most wonderful 60 minutes!! So relaxing! It was very clean and relaxing.Wonderful staff too!

This place is a flipping mad house! No one knows what was going on, and even though there were more staff than customers when we were there, everyone behaved like they were in a hurry. But that didn't stop them from upselling me, so be careful - you might just get a 1.5 hour massage when you actually asked for 1 hour.

Regarding the chiropractor sign outside, there's actually no chiropractor there (at least no licensed one). It's 100% Chinese massage. If you ask, they will give some BS excuse on why there's a big chiropractor sign outside. It might have to do with them wanting to take insurance. They actually told me that if I had insurance, the massage will most likely be covered and had me fill out a bunch of forms. The tried to charge my insurance almost $1000! Not surprisingly, it was denied.

Wow I was in phone all the time because she was so bad and she was like why are you looking at phone all the time. Wow i love massage and I never had anything worse than this.

Tonight I had severe jaw pain (TMJ) and a headache so I scheduled an appointment with a new technician named Sharon. Sharon is highly skilled and knows specifically how to address pain with extremely strong hands. I left tonight feeling completely rejuvenated. I would strongly recommend Sharon if you enjoy deep tissue massage for pain relief

Gypsy was excellent. My wife got the deep tissue, and I the Swedish. She asked many questions to personalize our message to our wants and needs. Highly recommend!

Not only where Marcia and John good massage therapists, but they were great hosts as well. We were welcomed in their sweet home and into the massage room that had a very soothing and rejuvenating atmosphere.

Their pleasing personalities and the therapy set in a home would give you a very personalized experience. Highly recommend.
