A great location , right next to old town which was fun especially on a weekend evening. Lots of restaurants around it. Brought my dog also. Rooms are being renovated and the suite we had was perfect for us. I will definitely stay here next time.
From Check in with Victor to check with Victor the price was amazing based on the convenience of attractions and shopping! The rooms were Spacious for a family of 6 and having a Kitchen was amazing. The service from the staff was wonderful as well. They made sure the rooms are well equipped and to watch the staff take care of the property was top tier. The cafe attached has good choices! I love the service provided and this will be our go to in the future!
Loved our stay. Kitchen was stocked with cups, pots, pans, silverware, paper towels dish soap and sponge. Balcony was nice. Location is perfect with old town and fun spot right there in walking distance. Lots of delicious food to choose from in walking distance too.
For me the most important thing is cleanliness and I love it, it is a very clean place, it does not have air fresheners, the kitchen is super clean and very complete, you can cook something simple, the rooms are very comfortable with a large television. The bathroom is clean and has everything you need. Room service is very punctual and efficient. the people who work there are friendly. The cleaning girls were very friendly.
As soon as I walked into the registration office, I was immediately greeted by Carol. She was so nice and very professional. Once we got into the room, it was very spacious and clean. The pool area and laundry room were very nice. I will definitely stay here again. Thank you for a great experience.
My family and I stayed here last weekend during a trip to Orlando for Disney. It was a nice area, the rooms were clean. Unfortunately they had an issue with an exposed electrical wire in our room coming from the AC unit that shocked me as I was putting some items in our rooms safe.. We let the front office know as I’m worried a child might grab it. I’m not sure if they fixed this problem so please be cautious.
Fast and informative check in. The room is very spacious and the pool is very clean. Would definitely stay here again. I wish I would have booked this hotel when we started our vacation. We would have stayed here the entire 11 days instead of staying at other locations in areas we were spending time in throughout the last week.

Have a friend staying here...Rooms is small bathroom plumbing needs work bad, but the ppl staying there are nice and my friend seems to be happy there.
I stayed in this hotel for 6 nights and room service did not enter my room once to clean, straighten, or replace my bed sheets. I had 10 wet/dirty towels on the floor waiting for them to come change my sheets and give me fresh towels. Our room key malfunctioned every time we left our room so we had to run back downstairs to have them re-program the key 80% of our stay. There is only 1 washer/dryer in the hotel and the dryer was broken the entire time i was there. No one knew when/if it would ever be fixed. The elevator broke the last 2 days we were there meaning me and my 3 young kids had to walk down 3 flights of stairs with all our luggage and snowboard/gear. I was very disappointed with everything in that hotel and will never return!!!!!
Staff members are very attentive and helpful. From management to housekeeping! Location is perfect for shopping, dining, theme parks, and did I mention Old Town right next door?
Rooms are very large and clean. Beds were comfortable. It’s definitely one of our favorites!

A massive enclosure like a stadium for sitting outdoors but you are out of weather conditions. Birds/nature are also visiting the outdoor enclosure, makes for nice homely feel.

We came from Denver for a last minute weekend getaway and had an awesome time here. The Jacuzzi suite is definitely worth it.. package with hot springs passes was even better. Rosa was a helpful, courteous and kind host at the front desk, it made the experience. We definitely will be coming back with our kids in the summer.
Don't stay in this hotel. Very dirty. After delayed check-in, my kid and pet found "amazing gifts" from previous guests like old pacifier, nails, dog's food leftovers. Looks like room was not cleaned for weeks. Reported this to staff on duty, and person on reception provided another room but still with sticky, dirty floor and told me that hotel will provide full refund on my booking. I never got refund. Tried to contact hotel manager Mia but she never replied on my emails or return a call.
The exterior of the building makes it seem like a high end facility, but the actual halls and rooms are so old. Old carpet, old doors, old tile. The pillows are basically sacks of cotton balls and some of the towels were literally tattered. It seemed clean and safe but it is not somewhere I would stay again if there are other affordable options. Also not somewhere to stay if you like hanging out in the rooms during the day—just a sleep and go vibe. It’s next to the gondola if people are into that.
Came down for WWE Royal Rumble. Many other motels had already filled up, but thankfully they had room. Was greeted by Eric, who was a lovely concierge when we checked in. Also they have a cat, which always makes me feel positive about any business.
Our room's TV did not have channels, but we just plugged in a laptop for entertainment. The fridge and microwave provided got some use and were handy. In addition to two beds there was also a futon couch/bed that didn't look super comfy to sleep on but could be useful in a pinch.
Seems like there are some residents living here. They're friendly, but if you're looking for anything approaching fancy this place may put you off. Everything is a little shabby, but works fine. For the price I was mostly satisfied. If you're just looking for a room for not a lot of money you'll probably be satisfied.

The room was clean. It was quite and April and Angela who work in the office was nice. There are rules. I was ok with that because I like peace and quietness.
This is a bad hotel. It is worn, in bad need of a total renovation. In our room, the fridge was extremely loud, and so was the heater. The temperature reading on the heater unit was about 10 degrees off. The bedding is straight out of the 80s with a thin blanket and even thinner spread. The breakfast is sparse. Bread, only bagels, only cream cheese no jelly or spread. Vending machine on the floor was out of order. There used to be a cafeteria in the lobby area but it is permanently closed which does nothing to improve the look of the hotel. The staff is clueless and not up to the task. Stay someplace else.
Stay at this hotel under only one condition, you need to save money. Otherwise, don’t stay. Far away from manhattan besides the bus station is very close. Unit 112 is in bad condition, electricity didn’t work well, bath whit bad slow draining. Noises from unit 114 seems to be inside unit 112. I left one day before my check out date. Bad experience
Run as fast as you can! Absolutely horrible awful women in management. I have never been treated so AWFUL in my life. They talk down to you, treat you completely like trash. I would rather sleep in my car or on the streets than ever stay there again. The rules are INSANE which they make up on the spot. Seems you can't even sneeze without asking for permission. On top of that, the rooms are so small and smell horrible. The a/c didn't work properly, the smoke alarm would go off randomly, the floors were caving in and the laundry room is atrocious! The women seem they have something so far stuck up their butt constantly. Miserable hags! Avoid completely.
Absolutely horrible management. The ladies in the office are miserable and it shows! They treat everyone SO rudely. They make up their own rules whenever they feel fit. Will come busting through your door while you're naked in the shower and DEMAND you come out naked! Sadly, a true story. Avoid at ALL costs. Learn from my mistake.
I gave 2 Star because it wasn't too far from the place I was visiting and the bed was big. Even though the room was clean the smell of the room was terrible and because of a broken window I heard the busy traffic all night and morning.
Do not waste your money! This is usually my go to and I will bot stay here again. Mommy daughter weekend and it was horrible. The staff is all young and spend the entire shift on their cell phones. The cleaning crew didn't sweep or mop out for for any of the 4 days we were there and It was dirty. I swept on myself on day 3. They didn't change our sheets at all and the ones we did have made my daughter and I both itchy. They didn't clean the tub before we got there because there was bathtub scum from the previous guest. Their is not a single professional person in this place and it's very sad I won't be able to come back. So disappointing after so many previous good experiences!
Great location to be near the Great Sand Dunes National Park and have a great view from the hotel. Continental breakfast is included and some rooms are pet friendly. They also rent sand boards to guests. The store and restaurant are closed in the winter, so you just have to drive a little farther into one of the towns for food/ supplies.
It's OK, but if they can wash the carpet at least once a year, that can be great, is seems like a 30 years old carpet and never been washed...
Been here for a year and some months now. Rooms are a bit small but the location is very close to my job. All you gotta do is follow the rules, keep the rooms clean, comply with the noise ordinance and you wont have any problems. Only thing that needs improving is the elevator, but over all. Not a bad place to stay.
This place is a dump. The manager is an old witch, she makes up her own rules nd doesn't even know the laws oc the country, and kicks out people she don't like. You are not even allowed to say *Hi* in the hallway to others, that will get you kicked out. Don't stay there.. Its awful
When I called for rates over the phone I was informed it would be $104 for the night. When I checked in, the motel, told me that was the cash rate and I would have to pay $127 for a credit card which I didn't think was right.
The pictures are deceiving. The room I felt like it was a old apartment. It was nothing modern about it like how the pictures depicted.
But what really made me give this place a 1 star are bed bugs. Ive never encountered bed bugs in my life until this hotel. There was just something musty and nasty about the room and the bed bugs were my last straw to pack up and jet out of there.
It's unfortunate because I really liked the layout of the place and the fellow hotel stayers were chill and not too loud.

It was good for me, staff was friendly and room was decent.
I have stayed at multiple super 8 but this one was very bad! The room was smelling! They didn’t provide basic things like soap, body wash! On the website it’s mentioned that they will provide breakfast but nothing was there!
I had a fantastic hotel stay in the domes! The location couldn't have been better – it's incredibly close to the sand dunes. Although there was a minor issue with the sheets' smell, everything else was absolutely perfect. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others.
Stayed in the domes and it was a fantastic experience. The dome was very comfortable with both AC and Heat that worked great.

Ive worked housekeeping before and they need to be more attentive when resetting the room.
The toilet needed cleaning, there were some obvious hairs over the tub and what I assume to be lipstick next to the sink.
Additionally it's gotta be mentioned the inner rooms only have a window pointing inside the courtyard with no outside light.

This place is by far the WORST place I have ever seen. I say "seen" and not stayed because I refused to stay in such a FILTHY and UNSANITARY place. Upon checking in I overheard a conversation the employee was having on the phone with a customer who was requesting a refund. That should have been my RED FLAG to cancel and go somewhere else. It is sad when you pay money for a place and what you see online is not what you get. We did not get a chance to look at the room because we were running late to a concert. Upon entering the room, we noticed that the AC LEAKED, the room WREAKED of cigarette smell, there was URINE all over the floor around the toilet. We were willing to overlook these things since we were only going to stay for 4 hours to get some rest before driving back home and we were exhausted. The deal breaker however was that when we went to get in bed there were HAIRS all over the sheets. This is DISGUSTING and there in NO EXCUSE, this is totally UNNACEPTABLE! My sister and I ended up leaving in the middle of the night when we got back from our concert and we live in Connecticut which is an hour and forty-five minutes away. This experience was awful and I wish I would have read the reviews prior to booking a reservation here. I called to get a refund the following day since we did not stay and I was told that the manager wasn't there and that they do not know when he will be in (same thing I overheard the employee telling the customer requesting his refund over the phone upon checking in). I know I will not receive a call back from the manager and that is fine with me. I am satisfied with writing this review, posting a video on social media, and filing a formal complaint with the New Jersey HEALTH DEPARTMENT. In my opinion this place needs to be shut down for good. They have a good location, however in my opinion they need to do better. I will NEVER book at any Super 8 ever again!! Hope this review helps, if I could rate this place a zero I would.
Solid 3 star motel. No fridge or microwave in the room, but at $388 per week, you can't beat it. They only allow you to stay 2 weeks at a time, but that's OK, you would want to leave before then anyways
If you are traveling in to the Great Sand Dunes with a family you must stay here. The owner was so wonderful in accommodating my family when my husband was sick and so we called with under 24 hours notice to change reservation. He didn’t hesitate and remembered when we checked in and asked how everyone was. It’s so rare these days people don’t charge for a change like that. They were so pleasant and friendly and the rooms were very clean and large.
My Wife and I were on a motorcycle trip through Lolo pass to Kooskia. I found this place by chance on the internet. I can say I am so happy we did. It's very quiet. The folk that run the place are excellent people and I would certainly recommend this to anybody I know. They also show a lot of respect for Veterans ( which I am ) .... tremendously happy !!
Upon getting to the hotel they have am accessible parking garage. The check in was quick staff was kind but not really talkative which was fine it made the process easy. We were on the 2nd floor they have a common area on the 1st floor that's very nicely set up and clean but it is SO HOT that you can't actually hang out there. Also walking through the hall to get to the room the heat was horrible however, they had the air already on in the room and cooled down. It was very clean and felt safe here. They had machines for drinks and snacks. Also, some fast food places were within a ten minute drive.
In my two years of road tripping, this camping area by far have the cleanest and nicest bathrooms. I stayed in the pod and it was so cute! Yes you’re in a very hot environment so the pods aren’t suitable for day lounging, but at night, you’re super cozy. They have free wifi as well! You also get an AMAZING view of the national park. If I’m ever back in the area, I’ll be staying here again.

My Wife & I both really enjoyed our overnight stay. Immaculate room. Very quaint. A relaxing, peaceful place to stay. No TV, but that turned out to be a plus. A thoroughly stocked kitchen with everything you could need. BYO dinner, and everything is there to prepare it. Easy walk to the river. We will be back! Highly recommend! Staff is very nice. Helpful.
Fantastic resort! Staff were very congenial and made us feel at home. They have a pet bunny who has made friends with a deer! So cute! Use of the kitchen was awesome. Bbq grill and covered Bon fire area. Would we stay again? You bet!!

The rooms are really dirty and smelly. The staff is nasty to my husband and I. They would not allow us in the office because we were soaking wet from the sudden rain storm. They told us to come back when you get dried off. We had reservations, they still didn't come in and get our key.the whole place was disgusting,even Wendy's next door was cleaner and nicer then this staff. So please don't go there.

Such a nice experience! The room was clean and cozy, the property is really well maintained and even has a hot tub! The folks in the office were very welcoming and lovely to talk to. We were able to bring our dogs and there was lots of room to walk them around. Overall a great experience and we will definitely be back! 10/10
Couldn't ask for anything better staff and employee are wonderful people if u need something they get on it they are wonderful with kids respectful the rooms r clean no bugs nd the best thing is is its quite you will definitely get a good night sleep I will recommend this to anyone who looking for a good night's sleep that had a long day
while you cant beat the price the place was not accommodating from the moment you check in to the time you shut your door. very much about getting every last penny they can out of you. fairly disappointing. we had to ask for a blanket.... in the middle of December. the bed seemed had something living in it and the room wreaked of pot when we first arrived. not sure what i expected from a motel on the side of the highway in NJ...but i think they could do better.

So far we have experienced no negatives. Only positives. It's not noisy. I don't hear people. We don't hear loud TVs or anything like that. It's always kept clean outside. The room was clean and appeared to be well taken care of. So far no complaints it's only good
Although the room smells like cigarettes all the time. The smell of cigarette makes me sick in general.. But despite that the rooms are always clean to clean tiles. But the service is to me a plus... Especially the young skinny Arabian I hope I'm not saying his background wrong.. But he's so friendly and when I come there because I they are often he knows which room I like lol... If not he always gets me the wrong with the smart TVs where I can watch Netflix and chill... So I thank you guys for that young man He's excellent... And the hotel is excuse me the motel it's always nice and people do mind their business... Thank you for your service
Hi, this is in regards to the people that plan to stay here at this extended-stay. The women in the front office are very mean they have strict crazy rules where they approach you very disrespectfully. They talk to you crazy. When me and my boyfriend first arrived he stayed the first week with just him then he added me the second week. I checked the bed the fitted sheet had yellow stains.I turned that sheet in And the front desk did not consider that the sheet was already stained. They assumed that we had something to do with it. when my boyfriend checked out he had to pay for a missing fitted sheet that we turned in the second week we were there they never looked into this situation. Front desk stated we keep our rooms really clean. Well if that’s the case the carpet shouldn’t smell and look like that right. Also the front desk told my boyfriend to shut up when he went to check out early When he tried to tell her that the missing she was already turned in she didn’t I wanna hear anything he had to say. I left early due to the horrible condition of the smelly stain floor and the lady was so rude to him Treated him like he was in jail. When I went to pick him up requesting that he leave immediately because they treated him like he was a prisoner in prison like he was in jail. These women have no respect for people they feel like if you have to live there then you have to be miss treated. I don’t think this is healthy for anyone especially the ones who have to live there because they can’t afford a house or an extremely expensive apartment I hope that corporate takes a look at their staff because all those old women are mean especially April she watches people follow them around the building and always has a frown on her face. If corporate is reading this you should get a whole new staff before someone sues you guys. I’ve already left a message for corporate and called and left a message can you guys please give me a call back I’m looking to go further into legal action Because I to work hospitality and it’s not fair for anyone to have to go through this someone has to put a stop to this Disrespect from them angry bitter women.

It was a second honeymoon for me and my husband thanks be to God we were able to be together one love forever NO bugs it felt very safe place to be the people that run the place are very sweet and kind I love it here my husband and I love it here ( they're asking for an experienced housekeeper to be hired)
Well been here few times !!! Rooms downstairs could need little help upstairs remodeled BUT NO BUGSSSS NO ROACHES NO BED BUGS ...!!! OWNERS ARE VERY KIND.. LIGHTING OUTSIDE Is great feeling safe .. Prices are reasonable ! BAD THING is Max of 14 days only , No fridge , no microwave ;(
Rooms are always nasty as hell. The air conditioner never works. Shower doesn't work either. Found a mouse dead behind the dresser. Also they had bed bugs in a room next to mine when i was checking out. They also blame you for breaking the curtain when it was already broke. The staff r jerks and rude and nasty as hell. They need to learn manners and respect. Also beware if u get a room with an ajoining room cuz theres only a lock on one side. So the other person can come in ur room cuz the lock isnt on both sides. If its winter bring ur own heater cuz theirs dont work.

The room was cozy and had microwave, fridge, coffee maker and anything needed for a great stay. The patio and fireplace area is awesome. The the outside area at each room included table and chairs to relax and take in the beautiful scenery. I would highly recommend staying here!

Will I was there on july 11 ,2021 watch was a sunday night,first of all the young kids running the front desk.had no clue what he was doing.took forever to get me register. The room was for me an my husband ..I left the room an try to call to speak to my husband an he kept hang up on me.an was really rude.maybe you should get someone who knew with they are doing.the 2 times I call I say can I have room....an he keep telling me the room was taken.an I told him yes am the one who rented the room.an that I need to speake to my husband an he hang up on me again..the night crew very rude....
Every time I come (home) for a vacation to visit with family & friends Crystal Inn's staff always treats me good. The staff is mostly helpful and polite. Personally I like this hotel other than it being cheap/affordable, it's in walking distance to a grocery store, Walmart, Dollar Tree, etc. The downside to being at this particular hotel is that you have at least 1 staff member you may not like /get along with, and the pool is being worked on. Other than those reasons it's a pretty decent place to stay, you get what you pay for.

The place SEEMED clean when I checked in at 7pm but around 2 am, there was a BED BUG crawling on me. The front desk refused to give me ANY money back stating that the receipt said “No Refunds” but the receipt should have said “No Bugs”. I left immediately. They didn’t even return my $5 key deposit that was promised back to me once I gave back the room key. NEVER staying there again. DO NOT GO THERE!
I think it's too pricey especially for the area and what it is but it is what it is and I guess they're comparable to others in the area
No closets, very bare bones, super old furniture. Looks very sketchy. Was decently clean though.
When you need an affordable room on that side of Milwaukee this is perfect! Television reception is something to be desired though.

Clean cheap quiet wouldn't even know it was a motel when passing.
Older building, but our room had updated flooring, an incredibly clean and comfortable bed, and a nice tv. We interacted with three members of the staff and all of them were fantastic. Definitely don’t let the exterior scare you off - they could certainly be charging more, given what a pleasant stay we had.
$240 for a week. Manager and staff do have cameras on site. Disliked the fact that management told myself and guests to go inside after a certain time. We were on vacation. Table was broken in the room. Overall too pricey for the condition of the room. Needs better lighting.
Good price per night if it wasnt like a jail where they tell u what u can and cant do like cant leave ur room after 9pm like what are u my mommy and daddy and tons of stupid ass rules like cant smoke in the room but cant stand in the hall way after 9 or leave your room so its a catch 22 if you smoke cigs dont go here they try to control you like a puppet
Room was clean, bed was very comfortable but my room had no fridge or microwave. We also had a $5 fee for the t.v. and remote. Overall I would stay again it was quiet and your surroundings are nothing but good places to eat.
Someone from my work has been living here for 2 years. Said this place got good security, clean, nice friendly owners, & cost around 200 per week. I was about to move here, but I ended up moving in with a friend & we split the bills. If I didn't move in with my friend I would be living here as I can't afford an apartment + utilities off my income.

The place is ok, but the paint is all chipped out, flies greeted me as soon as I entered the room, and the horribly strong chemical odor. I try to reassure myself it's not that bad but I can't even sleep, I'm starting to get a headache. The rooms is decent but the odor is the worst part of this experience. They need to go easy on the chemical air freshener. Also it's not cheap for a motel but the surrounding areas are even more expensive. I paid 90$ for my room. And I haven't been here an hour and I already want to leave. Also very difficult to reach, went through some very tough terrain and heavy traffic.

Location is on 34th Street and 4th Avenue South random people knock on your door at 2 o'clock in the morning a lot of drug activity it's dirty in the manager's a douchebag. While you are staying there as a normal person you are not allowed to have any guest yet if you are a drug dealer you can have traffic in and out throughout the entire night
This is by far the worst hotel I have ever been to in all of North America. We opened the door and immediately saw cockroaches. Tried to get a refund and were told no. This place is the absolute worst. Smelled like an ashtray and this room didn't seem to have been clean in months. The bathroom floor was black with disgusting grime. Just look at the pictures, it looks like a nightmare and 1000% is a nightmare. DO NOT ENTER. Not to mention the screaming fighting crackheads on either side of us. We left and filed a complaint with the better business bureau as they would not refund us the $70. The people who run this place should be absolutely ashamed of themselves. Pure lazy scumlords! AVOID AT ALL COST!!!!
By no means a Marriott, but for the price you can't really complain. By far the best prices for weekly rooms in the area. Just don't test the management, he does NOT play!!
Carpet so dirty, my feet turn black just from walking short distance... They do not have locked windows. The hotel people opened my window when there was misunderstanding about paying which my friend called to say sorry... But still. The windows are do not have locks! I no longer want go there because of where is our protection? They say they do have refrigerator in some rooms, I was there four times and they never rented me with refrigerator. Two males and a female saw my freaking body when they opened the window! Never again!
