I'm 54 and in the best mental and physical shape of my adult life. I've lost 40 pounds of fat, gained a bunch of muscle, and Truhit North Boise is a big piece of my health & fitness plan. It's not enough at my age to work solely on retaining muscle. There's also loss of balance and mobility that often come with aging. All of my workouts at Truhit provide a mix of functional movement, endurance, conditioning and strength training, and someone else plans it all out for me.There's always a coach to check my form, offer modifications or push me to get that last rep. And being in a class with other members motivates me to show up (it's fun) and do my best. I have big goals - my first obstacle race is coming up this summer - and I'm working toward them at each class.

My training sessions have been great! Skylor always keeps the routines fresh so they never feel boring. These workouts have helped me maintain and grow muscle while also keeping my body weight at a healthy level. It's been fun!
Great gym! Love the positive encouraging environment and how nice the place is. Great way to get and stay in shape.

GoTime has been awesome! I was nervous to start working out in my late 40’s since I have never worked out. The entire staff made me feel comfortable and welcome to the gym as a rookie. When I started out I was struggling to bend down and tie my shoes and really feeling tired and out of shape. After 8 months i am more flexible than I have been my entire adult life and I have been able to increase the weight I’m working out with to over 300 lbs in some sets. Month after month replacing body fat with muscle. The nutrition program has really helped to get me on a path of eating better also. If you have interest in getting in better shape and living an overall healthier lifestyle I recommend GoTime.
One of my favorite Anytime locations. Came here off and on for a few years while I was in Boise. Small and usually not a ton of people which I like.

Gotime fitness is a great place to workout and burn some calories. I have trained with Nicole and Jennifer and they are awesome at helping me during my workouts. Jennifer is also a nutrition teacher and great at providing nutrition information in helping you/ me on my fitness goals
This is a great gym. Clean and machines are always working. Four stars is for the only men's shower sometimes missing the curtain.
Clean, and ample weights and machines to get a solid workout in. Felt like there was plenty of room to work too. I came late and was the only person there.
This is the best gym I’ve ever been to. Very supportive coaching and helpful tips. Willing to take the time to help you figure out your form/modify something to help you. Great sense of camradery in the gym, everyone is always encouraging and supportive. Great and challenging workouts. I’ve never really been a gym person and now I’m looking forward to going everyday.

Thrilled I took the initiative in responding to an offer online. I opted for the semi private training which has no more then 6 people. Caleb does an excellent job in explaining, shows by doing and provides alternatives if an individual has injuries or medical issues. After 6 weeks I've gained muscle mass & lost fat.

Remember, it doesn't matter your age it's taking the first step to better your health and well being.

I've been to several gyms and worked with various trainers over the years, but GoTime stands out as the best by far. Not only do my clothes fit better, but I feel stronger and healthier overall. From personalized nutrition plans to expertly designed workouts, GoTime Training has truly figured out the perfect formula for success!

The trainers and nutrition coach have been great. They listen to my wants and needs to create a workout just for me. The help with nutrition is helpful to get me back on track to eating well and feeling better. I have more strength and continue to improve. I highly recommend GTT!
IFF on Cole is a great gym, always clean, staff is friendly and helpful. 24 hour access is a plus. The new Matrix equipment is awesome. Love the upgrade to new, user friendly equipment!

I've lifted off and on over the years, sometimes with personal trainers and sometimes without. I found the team at Body Basics in January of 2023, and they are hands down the best from nutrition coaching with James to personal training with Danika, and all of the support in between. I'm not only stronger, but I've developed healthier sustainable exercise and nutrition habits that I use on a daily basis. Truly, I cannot recommend these folks enough.
Trying to sign up for a gym membership shouldn't be so awkward. Lots of questions. We should be able to go at our own pace and choose how we do things.
It felt like we were being interviewed for a job.
I don't need someone to call me if I choose to miss a day.

This Anytime is amazing!! By far my favorite of their locations. Ample space, excellent machines, plenty of free weights, and bodyweight areas. Not overrun with underused cardio machines. Spotlessly clean. Friendly staff. Private coaching doesn't block off parts of the gym, which I've found problematic for regular patrons at other locations.
Excellent personal training. Trainers who really care and go above and beyond to help you achieve your goals. They know how to push you to the limit in the best way possible with your workouts. You will not leave disappointed! I highly recommend checking this gym out.

I have been a client at Go Time Fitness for over 3 months. Caleb is an extraordinary trainer with the right mix of push and encouragement. I will be 74 years old this year, and I am not aspiring to be in the Senior Olympics. I just want to remain as strong and flexible as possible. Caleb and the entire GoTime staff are providing a great environment for me to do that.
PS: Caleb really understands how the human muscular/skeletal system works much like a physical therapist. His advanced degrees in psychology contribute to him being a well rounded professional trainer.
I love that the workouts are always different and there’s thought put into the programming for each class. The gym is clean and they have a large variety of equipment they incorporate into each class. The coaches are very welcoming and do a great job of explaining each of the movements and correcting your form as needed. Highly recommend!
I started at TruHit North Boise in January with a trial class after doing my own thing at a local “big box” gym for a few years. Having never done a class routine before, I was a bit nervous. It was such a great workout, atmosphere, and vibe that I signed up for a membership immediately.

All the coaches and the owner are great. They really care about you as a person and what you’re trying to accomplish in your fitness goals. There is a big emphasis on proper form, and coaches will always help you nail it down if a movement is unfamiliar. There’s an awesome variety of exercises each day to focus on different parts of the body, and each first Monday of the month switches up the routine to keep things fresh.

I highly recommend TruHit North Boise, and wish I had found it sooner!
Friendly knowledgeable, staff, and appointments are easy to set up. They always seem to be available when I need them.
I have been working out at TruHit North Boise for over a year and I love it. The gym is kept very clean, the equipment is excellent, coaches are knowledgeable and professional and they have recently implemented some new programming that is really really good! Loving the new workouts! The Feb Bingo is a nice challenge too. #realtorswholift
I used to go to the State Street location but when I moved this one was closer so I switched and was worried I wouldn't like it. Everyone is super nice, the staff are very helpful and it's always clean. They have all the equipment I need, and I've learned the best times of day to go with the least amount of people lol. Though the other people who go have all been very friendly.

Went to my first class today at Ascent! The location was super convenient and the facility is clean and has all the equipment you need for class.

My instructor was Chad for the core class and he was great! The class was challenging but still doable (I definitely had to take a few breaks). Chad explained everything in detail, was encouraging, and did the workout with the class.

I felt like I got a perfect balance of being pushed and challenged while also the understanding that it was tough! Haha.

I’m doing the free week trial right now which is also a really cool feature that they have. Highly recommend.

I’ve always struggled with maintaining an exercise routine and needed the accountability that personal training offers, and a friend recommended Body Basics. I finally signed up and have been really happy with my experience. Everyone is friendly, it’s never too crowded when I go, and my trainer helps me make minor adjustments that make a huge difference in activating the correct muscles. Now I see the additional benefits that personal training offers besides just accountability!

I have had a hard time committing to regular workouts, but I’ve been going to Body Basics for almost 2 years. Not only have I gotten more flexible and fit, but I’ve made a ton of new friends. Melissa does a great job of designing my workouts to push me toward my goals, keep it fun, and make sure that I stay healthy along the way. Highly recommend

I came to Body Basics already strong, but after a year with Nathan Huey, not only did I increase my capacity to push and pull more weight, Nathan fine-tuned my form, worked my small and medium muscle groups for better posture and function, and made me mindful of my body-mind connection. Great private gym! Great health coach!

Staff is super rude at this location.

Update/Edit: Idaho Fitness Factory never called back nor attempted to get back in touch. Blatantly lying to protect your public ‘image’. I would have been understanding had you called back with an apology and what happened, but you didn’t. I have left voicemails for this location in the past and they never responded to me nor acknowledged my message(s) left.
Knowledgeable staff that are patient and help you see results. Very easy to get in and out and you are able to monitor your improvement with graphs.
I enjoy skiing with family and friends. TruHit work outs have enhanced my balance, my core strength, and endurance! The trainers are like having your own personal trainer! They are professional and supportive of your goals. They teach the techniques at every station and modify your workout to fit your ability. If you’re looking for results this is the place. No pressure, just a great atmosphere of support!
Lifting at the EC is based on current scientific muscle physiology. The computer controlled machines allow safe maximum stressing of all muscle fibers with each repetition. The human error of a spotter is eliminated and objective data is created. I have improved my strength 120% in 12 months with two twenty minute lifts per week. It is clearly superior to two hour weight workouts at the gym.
I started going to the anytime fitness on overland. I was tanning and my boyfriend and I noticed odd placement of a camera. We brought it to Brandon robert,s attention,(not sure of his position). He was dismissive and rude. So rude that he had to apologize for " waking up on the wrong side of the bed ". I am certain that this camera overlooks those tanning beds and that they can see whoever is using that bed. I would use caution before you tan .I have contacted corporate
I really like this location because it is always spared populated. This gym is a bit smaller and the equipment is close together but it has everything needed for a robust and full workout. The cardio and weight equipment always have motivating notes for encouragement, which I love!!!
I'm not a member but I've been here multiple times over the last 24 yrs. with the different children I have cared for. It's a great place for kids they have swim lessons and swim team, tennis, basketball, general gym and other activities for the kids. If I had my own kids I would consider a membership for the kids

Body Basics is a magical place. It’s part Cheers, because when you walk in everyone knows your name and welcomes you warmly. I am a person who has anxiety in gym environments, and BB blows that out of the water. It is a wonderfully comfortable place to be. My trainer, Nate, is highly aligned with my analytical brain and tailors my workouts so I understand how what I’m doing affects my body. My health coach, Katie, is basically psychic with her ability to read what’s happening in my world and advise me as to how to keep myself centered and my nutrition balanced. As someone who was increasingly despondent and lost with their health goals, finding Body Basics has been a revelation that got me back on track to be a better me in all aspects. 20/10, would recommend. 👍

Melissa at Body Basics helped me recover from a skiing accident and she has been instrumental in getting me back up to speed. She is very knowledgeable, listens to each client's training goals, and designs a plan to get you there. Can’t recommend her enough. Body Basics overall has a welcoming atmosphere with a diverse mix of trainers and clients all working hard and having fun.

My trainer Katie Carpenter at Body Basics is the most incredible trainer. I have been training with a personal trainer for over 18 years. She is extremely knowledgeable about various forms of training, she is also extremely grounded and cares for each of her clients. She knows when to push you and when to pull back based on your energy level and stress that day. Her attention to details in showing you the proper way to complete each exercise helps to achieve your goals but more importantly helps eliminate injuries which means a lot as I age. I highly recommend Body Basics and Katie Carpenter.
Besides not having soap in the shower, this little gym has everything you could ever want in a gym. Next to a coffee shop?! Yes! Try it it's so cute in there. Free tanning you say?! Yes, when you want to fight those winter blues. Personal training you say?! Yes! Call and get more details.

This location has the cleanest shower room that I've been to in several states and several Anytime Fitness locations. Only downfall was no soap in the shower, so I had to go out of the shower and use the sink soap. Using antibacterial soap in all the areas isn't ideal. Hopefully they can fix this. Otherwise it was nice not having hair clogged up in the sink, a shower rack, a curtain, rug, and a bench. You know bathroom basics. Not all clubs get this.
Longfellow is a great family club. The classes are great and people greet you by name and make you feel like family. Everyone that works there is happy to be there and cares about making it a positive experience for its members. I highly recommend this health club. They are also doing everything they can to keep people safe during the pandemic which is extremely important to me.
I've been a member here for nearly 10 years and really like it. It has everything I'm looking for in a gym in terms of equipment and classes. But I also really like the people who work there--a lot of them have worked there for a very long time and they really get to know the members. And I like that it's a small business. They supported their employees throughout the pandemic shutdown, which I really respect.
We were looking for an hour's time for an indoor ultimate frisbee season on a court at night. We were treated horribly by BSC Wellesley, where we had already played 8 seasons, so imagine our delight when on the recommendation of someone on Nextfdoor, we tried Longfellow. (I had actually been a member there for many years when I lived nearby.)

The contrast was night-and-day in every respect. The facility was almost exactly what we needed, the only drawback being a couple of metal goalposts at either end. On my suggestion (and it was a good one in general), they are purchasing padding. But it only took one suggestion and they jumped on it.

The staff was fantastic. You know it's a great place because the people we interacted with have been there more than 20 years. Unlike BSC, where they never responded other than to make us feel like they were doing us a favor, the Longfellow folks (Lisa and Judy, I think?) knew who the customer was and treated us as such.
I love that it only takes 20 minutes 2 times a week, the time goes by so fast! The trainers are super friendly, and answer any questions I have. I definitely see a change.

Body Basics is a multi-purpose physical fitness facility featuring a broad array of equipment and highly experienced staff. Focus on overall body strength and muscle flexibility was the primary reason for my joining their program. I was not disappointed and have noticed a reduction in the lower back pain that took me there in the first place. I have enjoyed working with my personal trainer and appreciate her friendliness, professional approach and patience while working with me on each individual exercise.
We love The Exercise Coach! Being able to get a full workout in only 20 minutes on Isokinetic Equipment is the “BEST”! You truly do get an intense workout in that amount of time and with everyone having busy lives, this truly is one of the company’s biggest assets. The Employees are kind, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. We are so grateful to have found them and look forward to a long lasting relationship!

The new machines took awhile to get used to (very gradually) but it’s nice to log into my account on each cardio machine and track past workouts, progress, and set future goals. Changing visuals on the monitors is nice as well. The abrupt change wasn’t my favorite (especially now there only being one standing bike) but other than that, staff is consistently kind, welcoming, and responsive. Towels are always available and at multiple stations throughout the facility; not the case at big gyms. There is a kid or two running around here and there like the other reviewers have reported but they’ve never prevented me from using equipment in the facility so I don’t mind them.

I wanted to take a moment and share what a fabulous experience I had at The Fitness Co this morning. I have been really concerned about stepping back in the gym due to Covid-19. I was immediately impressed by the cleanliness of the gym. Every. Single. Weight. was handed to me AFTER being cleaned. All handles on surfaces were cleaned prior to me touching them. My trainer and all other trainers and patrons were masked. Clear signs are placed where they can easily be read and rules followed. Thank you Debbie and Rusty for doing an amazing job for our community!
I like this gym a lot. It's quiet, clean, and inexpensive. If all you want is a good place to workout, you should be good to go with IFF. They have group classes and stuff, but I wouldn't know much about that.

I'm a runner, so the only issue I have is that I don't really need a gym in the warmer months. If it were easier to suspend my service during the warmer seasons, that would be nice. As it is, they require you to come into the office to do that, and as I'm writing this, we're in the midst of a deadly epidemic. Leaving the house for that reason isn't just inconvenient, it's dangerous to me, it's potentially dangerous for other people.

The woman I spoke with on the phone on two occasions could not have sounded less interested in any of that. Maybe because I said I wanted to pause my membership.

Like I said, I like this gym. If you want an affordable, quiet, clean gym, you can't beat it. But, I'm sad to say, managing my account is a little inconvenient and the customer service experience I had (which might differ from location to location), just wasn't very good.
I don’t know how Jeremy does it, but he has the best customer service. Everyone working here is a delight and very knowledgeable. I lost over 20 lb and got stronger during the year I have been going to Exercise Coach.
Just tried out a free session and I absolutely love it. Hopefully I will be able to join within the next month. Staff is very knowledgeable and friendly.
My husband and I have been going for a few months now. Who doesn't have an hour a week to exercise? My husband didn't think two twenty minute sessions would do much for him but his body is transforming. Arms and legs are getting leaner and has a lot more flexibility than when he started. All of the staff are super friendly. Would highly recommend if you have the money!!
Ignore the old reviews with low ratings. This gym is awesome and under new management. Todd is super friendly and helpful. I’m here visiting for work and the gym is a larger set up and is clean. Great equipment and a great layout. Location and parking is easy. Definitely one of the nicest anytime fitness’ I have been in.
I have worked as a Group Fitness instructor for 20 years and have trained with many personal trainers.
Mike introduced me to a different and unique styie of training. I love the challenge of training with gymnastic rings, as well as his movement approach to fitness training.
The fun of trying to progress with the challenges becomes addicting and so very fun. I have never had a personal trainer that has engaged me to this degree
Ascent Life is great because I know I’m getting the most out of my workouts. When I went to conventional gyms I had no idea how to lift or what to do. Now I just show up to the gym and my workout is written by someone who knows what they’re doing and I have a trainer who can correct my form if needed and give me tips. It’s like having a personal trainer at every session. They also have an online option if you can’t make it to the gym in person you can watch videos of that days work out. The staff is super friendly and fun. I would highly recommend, especially if you want to get in shape fast for a big event like a wedding!
I have been using the pool 5 days a week since January and the facilities, the staff and the members all exceed my expectations. The front desk is always friendly, the lifeguards are alert and smiling, and the other swimmers are friendly and welcoming. It’s a very positive environment with an excellent pool for swimming and physical therapy.
I recently completed an 8 week “choose your transformation” challenge with Ascent Life Fitness. I am beyond pleased not only with my results, but also the quality of and accountability from the trainers at ascent. My own personal goal in starting the challenge was to get back into a gym routine and exercise 4x a week - the fact that I enjoyed the workouts, trainers, and atmosphere made this easy to accomplish. After two knee surgeries and subsequent weight gain, I was not confident in what my body could actually do. Katie is one of the most amazing trainers I’ve worked with, and was always cognizant in classes of the fact that I have chronic knee pain and was quick to offer suggestions on how to modify but still get a great work out. This 8 week challenge was the perfect way to kickstart a routine when you may be lacking motivation or the confidence to do so; I would 100% recommend the classes at ascent.
Recently I participated in an 8 week challenge with Ascent. I had a goal to lose 12lbs, the remaining weight I wanted to lose after having had a baby 6 months ago. Ascent provided the tools necessary to shred those pounds. Although I didn't reach that goal fully, I did lose 8 lbs. I am happy that I lost more than half of that goal. As I said they provided me with the tools necessary to do so. Not only did I get a great workout in each day but coupling that with a food plan really helped to lose that weight. Ascent also offers a body scan so you can track your progress to see how you're doing and where you need improvements, if any. That was another thing that helped with my goal. If you're like me, someone who hates using machines at the gym because you have no idea what to do, then Ascent is definitely the place to go. The classes are just that, a class. You'll be working out with others and having a trainer lead the class. No thinking about what you should do next. Just follow their lead. The classes are designed to accommodate all types of people. They are not easy by any means. Each workout is meant to push you hard to lose that weight AND build muscle. You will walk away feeling so good! I will definitely be doing another challenge to lose the remaining 4 lbs as well as build muscle. Thank you Ascent for helping me reach my weight loss goals!

I finished a 6 week challenge with FitMania as well, and it changed my life. It sounds like such a short time, but so much can be accomplished in those few weeks, and I will forever be grateful that I did it! It showed me what I am physically and mentally capable of doing. The trainers' energy is contagious and palpable, and the nutrition advice and guidelines were invaluable. I never felt invisible in the classes, and the trainers kept me aware of proper form at all times. What a great experience all around!

I emailed with one of the owners over the course of two weeks to get a time set for the consultation. I emailed twice to confirm the time because I didn't hear back originally. Once everything was confirmed I waited until our meeting day and headed over to their facility. It seemed like a good place with a variety of machines and space. However, no one was there and the door was locked. I emailed and called and was left with no response so I left. Ive gone to the same trainer for 2 years and he just recently switched professions, I was hoping it would be easy to find a good replacement, I will just have to continue looking.
Just walked in at 4 PM on a Friday to more than likely get a membership AND sign up for personal training. While a couple employees seem to be conversing at the front desk it takes a minute for me to be acknowledged. When I am, I inform the woman at the desk I'd like a tour and to explore membership and training options. She tells me no one from membership is available but I can leave my email address and someone can contact me to arrange a visit some other time. I respond and ask "so no one can show me around or talk to me right now?" She responds with "I'm the only one here and I can't do it.”

Look, I get it if maybe it was bad timing of not having someone from membership around (even though it's still between normal business hours) but that was a terrible way to handle it. Maybe they aren't membership experts but are you telling me there is no one in the entire building who could walk me around? There were two other people at the desk with her just hanging out. How about you offer me the chance to look around myself and then have someone follow up? What a complete lost opportunity for them. Was totally ready to commit but at the least show you want me here so I come back for an “official visit”. Membership and training business must be good to handle it the way they did... or maybe the total opposite. I'll look elsewhere.
FitMania is great place to work out! I completed their 6-week challenge and I am very happy with my results. The program really works and the trainers, staff and member are awesome! Everyone is very supportive and motivating. I wish I heard of FitMania a lot earlier. Highly recommend it.

I just completed a 6 week fitness challenge at FitMania. I’m completely blown away from the owners to the trainers to the gym members on down. It is a positive experience across the board. The truth holds at FitMania that, if you get yourself in the door, they will take care of you from there. The meal plans are realistic but incredibly healthy for you. The workouts switch every week. So that you stay challenged, while also noticing both weight loss results and increased strength, endurance, and flexibility. If you are looking for a boot camp facility to get you started on your fitness journey, whether it’s been a week or ten years since you’ve been to the gym, the motivational, supportive staff and members at FitMania have you covered. Highest recommendation😃!
Michael Polito is deeply dedicated to helping others achieve high levels of fitness without the use of equipment or gyms. He also makes exercising fun!
I have known Michael for more years than I care to admit. I have watched his fitness journey over the years and have been impressed with his dedication. Michael's personal example and advice allowed me to tone and lose 50 lbs in weight when I was at my heaviest . If you want to tone , get stronger, or just modify your eating habits to drop weight then you can't go wrong with Old School Fitness. Michael is personable, caring and wants the best for his clients !
Mike was one of my first Martial Arts Students back in 1980. Over the past 38 years we have remained close friends due to our mutual love of the Martial Arts, music and family. I have always been a huge fan of working out and staying in shape. As a matter of fact, it's become a way of life for me for over 40 years. I have always enjoyed many types of disciplines, not only in the Martial Arts but in total physical fitness. Although calisthenics has always been a main stay in what I do, Michael gave me a new view of that art. He turned me on to a neat discipline in the workout programs written in the Convict Conditioning offerings. Through Michael's lead and help I have found yet another great way to add to what I live by. His video's, coaching and friendship have lead me to better health. His recent inspiration in getting me involved with The Wim Hof method that instructs in a discipline of breathing and cold therapy has been a God send. This new way of life has made me healthier then ever before. I have not had a cold or have been sick in almost 2 years. I can not say enough about the dedication to getting people on the right track to health and fitness that Michael can lead you to. My advice to anyone that wants a better way to health and a better way of living is to contact Michael and GET WITH THE PROGRAM. It's too bad I can't give him more then 5 stars. He's that good at this game.
Mike has an amazing knowledge of the human body and movement. He is intuitive and motivating, celebrating your accomplishments right along with you. Highly recommend his services.
I have trained extensively with Mike we studied Old Traditional Karate and I learned a great deal from him. His passion and pure dedication to the sport and fitness in general makes Mike Polito a sought after resource for Dietary , Nutritional, and Fitness guidance in short Mike's the Best at what he does
Mike is a very personable, honest, and extremely knowledgeable trainer. Anyone who trains with him will be 100% satisfied. Give it a try and you will see!
Had an extraordinary experience with Michael!
His extensive knowledge and attentive training style provide for an effective and satisfying experience.
24 hour access with nice equipment. The staff is very friendly and do a great job of keeping everything clean. The gym goers also do their part by racking up their own equipment , so it really makes it a nice environment to be in.
I just moved here to Boise from Salt Lake City. This Cole Rd. location was 3 minutes from my house so I thought I'd give it a try. It's a great price, no contract, and 24/7 access--that's hard to beat. The equipment is new and is kept clean. The staff is friendly and the patrons are very courteous. A big plus for me is that it is not crowded even when I go right after work. It has everything I need and I can see myself staying here for a long time. I have had memberships at 4 gyms now in different states, and I can confidently say that this is the best choice for a great gym in this area.
I have been a member at Longfellows, Natick for one year. In that time I have enjoyed using the many pieces of equipment in both their ground and upper floors. I have seen the equipment being serviced regularly. The pool is fine except for the extraordinary bad behavior of many of the children who break rules by running near the pool and other unbecoming behavior! I do not, as suggested by a prior reviewer find the rules outrageous. Rules are for safety reasons and should be adhered to thereby making daily trips to the gym pleasurable rather than an irritation!
Many areas of the establishment has been updated such as the men and women's locker rooms, lobby etc.. I have always found these areas very clean before and after these renovations. A new space has been opened up on the second floor for yoga which I hope to join in the near future. The cafe is nice and clean with a good healthy menu.
I have found all staff members extremely pleasant and helpful in the gym, reception and offices. In addition they offer extremely competent and diligent trainers. In summary, prior to joining Longfellows, I checked out a number of gyms in the neighborhood. In comparison they proved to be badly run, dirty and overpriced for what they were offering.
The Instructors for the classes are 1st rate and the exercise classes are always fun The staff and the other clients make this a very welcoming environment. I have been a member for over 10 years particularly enjoy the classes offered by the club. Because the classes are fun, I exercise almost daily.

Fit Mania has been a great place to workout. I seriously crave the workouts everyday. I have only been going for about a month now but I can already tell I am getting stronger and becoming a healthier person. The trainers are very kind and will help you continue to push yourself. I love the food tips they give at the end of the workouts as well. Its helping me become a healthier me!
