Such a great walk-in experience. The receptionist was very nice and the doctor was amazing. They really worry about the patients and the process was super fast. I recommend them!

I was worried because there were so many bad reviews, but My doctor ( I forgot his name, sorry.) He was extremely kind, not just kind, super supportive, and it was pretty fast as well.

And the location is so convenient if you work around the Burrard area.
Thank you so much for your help, doctor!

Honestly kind of disappointed with this clinic, not the Dr. at all but the receptionist. I been calling since Saturday in order to cancel my appointment for today Monday. No one ever picked up the phone. Left a voice mail this morning at 9.20 am, and got a call at 3.10pm saying that I missed my appointment and that will be noted. Receptionist said I should been send an email, asked for the email, and the answer was to look up at google. NOTHING ON GOOGLE. Poor customer service .

While I recognize that public medicine is overwhelmed right now, this clinic is truly impossible to get ahold of and has been for the past couple of years I have been with them. They rely on a booking app but there's a 0% chance that anyone will answer if you call. This poses major issues when they are needed by pharmacies or specialists to transfer information. I have come to accept that if I need to speak to staff I need to walk 2 km to the office and do so in person (during hours that always conflict with my work). I'm seeing countless reviews with a similar perspective so it's surprising that they won't adapt to what is needed by their patients. In Vancouver, it's very difficult to switch GP's so I really hope that they do something to facilitate their patient base in regards to their lack of accessibility.

Super friendly staff, queer friendly, and very clean environment too. I was super happy with the experience and will be using this place in the future! Just in case anyone is confused about it, the clinic is underground beside the Tim Hortons, you have to go in and down to find it.

This walk-in clinic isn't accessible at all. They never pick up their phone when you want to call regarding an appointment, new or existing.

On top of this, when I had to go there for a *phone* appointment, I was promised that the doctor would call me between 4:30pm-5:00pm. I recently had ear problems which were really painful, so I was looking forward to some quick tips or prescriptions that could have helped to alleviate my pain. Unfortunately; they never called me despite their promise, and they just won't pick up their phone, most likely because they are understaffed like almost all clinics in Vancouver.

Would NOT recommend if you're looking for reliable service and accessibility.

This is the worst clinic I have ever been. The doctor I met there is so rude and rush to leave the room without any patience for answering any of my basic questions. When my lab results are returned to their office, they tell me that they need to charge me anther $200 to discuss with the doctor. They don't even have the option to just inform me the result of the lab test that I submitted and paid myself!!! They won't let me know whether the result is positive or negative unless I pay them another $200!!! Just don't go there if you are a visitor in Vancouver without the Canada insurance card. Terrible service and robbery of your money!!!
