I’ve gotten 4 regular mani/pedis here and it’s always been a pleasant experience and I’ve come out loving my nails :)

Great music, chill vibes, straight forward booking and check-in process. You can often get appointments last minute if you’re like me and don’t always plan far enough in advance!

The staff seem to enjoy working there too which to me is always a green flag and a reason to continue supporting a business!

Worst experience ever. I kept telling the technical that I wanted round square nail and as per the photos it is clearly that is square shape. Even the gap of my finger looks like I did my nails two weeks ago! Moreover, the tech left glue on my nails. So, I went to the next organic nail that is close to this one like 2mins walking from the other one to re-do my nails and I asked if it was the same owner because I wanted to re-do my nails and all I heard was “yes same owner and it will cost again around $55 plus tax” so I have to pay again?! I also asked the technician to keep it natural without so much product and even the length is not the same on every nail. Not even the cuticle well removed.. So, when I cancel the appointment since I won’t pay again for a bad service they just told me “we can give a discount”…. Zero customer service empathy.

Loved my first time experience at this salon for a dipping nail extension with black ombré nails! Loving the final output! Will definitely visit again.

I can't say enough good things about this place. The staff is always polite, the salon is clean, and their prices are budget-friendly. They consistently provide top-quality service and go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction.

It’s first time getting my nails done in this salon. The customer service was superb! The receptionist was helpful and friendly. Will be back soon.

My nails are destroyed. Don’t ever go there! I went to get my bio gel removed and my nails are in terrible shape! They’re so thin they keep breaking and they hurt a lot— I’m literally in tears. My appointment took 2.5 hrs and after I complained about the terrible job, I was met with “go try out another place and see how they apply the nail polish there.” The lady at the front was rude when I booked the appointment and when I tried to give feedback. The least you could expect is a refund/ free session, but no. I had to pay $65 for my nails to be destroyed and for them to look like a 2 year old did them. Not to mention, I’ve only been there twice, and both times they cut me badly. I can say that I will never go back there and you should never go there either.

My favourite nail salon, I can’t go anywhere else. I’ve been here a handful of times before. My dipped nails have lasted 3 -4 weeks in the past. Today I called in and got same day appointment during lunch. I arrived and didn’t have to wait to be seen. Lisa did my nails and I love them! She so lovely I want to go back again just to see her. I got dip nails with extensions came to $50. The shaping was even and symmetrical. The milk colour was beautiful just what I wanted. Very good pricing and great quality. The salon was clean and had good music.
