Ronie is the best for injections! Super gentle throughout the process and addressed all my concerns! Developed a catered injection plan for me rather than freezing my whole face like past providers have. 10/10 would recommend. Will continue coming back!

I went to SpaDerma for the first time at the end of January for laser hair removal. I followed the protocols, including not being in the sun for a month before the appointment. I was told I was too tan, I had taken a vacation over Christmas, and should come back in 2 weeks. I appreciated the honesty, didn't love the inconvenience and made an appointment for 2/14.

Today I arrived at SpaDerma for my 10:15 appointment at 10:20. I waited my turn in line. Once the receptionist got to me it was 10:25. I was told that I missed my grace period and would need to be rescheduled. The grace period for my appointment is 5 minutes. I had to ask for that info btw. I asked if there was a charge associated with the cancellation and the receptionist said yes, $50. I shared with the receptionist that a 10:20 arrival should fall within that grace period. She said I walked in at 10:23. I checked my parking payment and I paid at 10:20, literally feet from the front entrance, while I was walking in.

She was helpful enough to let me know I could call and dispute the charge and someone could put in a "ticket." That is ridiculous. Not only did I waste time arriving to 2 appointments which resulted in zero treatments, now I have to call a number, be put on hold and then plead my case?!

SpaDerma couldn't send more messages before your appointment via text and email. The messages say to call within 24 hours to cancel to avoid a $50-$150 cancellation fee. It does not say anything about being 5 minutes late and having to pay $50. It seems dishonest and unethical to over communicate but leave out an important detail like that. Moral of the story is, don't expect any sort of customer service from SpaDerma, better to go to a more reputable place like Elevare, down the street, that cares about their customers.

My response: Here's how to fix this, Clara. Call me and apologize. Change the communication policy from SpaDerma so that others don't have this same experience. Make the charges and expectations explicit. My guess is that it is intentionally muddy to allow for shady charges which account for xx amount of dollars in revenue for SpaDerma with the hope that most folks won't notice, will tolerate it or won't take the time to post a bad review. I'm not that person.

I have gone to Ilse for the last 3 years to get lip filler. She’s done amazing. She makes it comfortable and fast. I am always so happy with how my lips are looking when I leave my girl!

I recently had my first chemical peel at SpaDerma with Dan, and it was an great experience.
Dan's expertise and professionalism made me feel comfortable throughout the process. I am excited to see the results. I was referred to a SpaDerma, she spoke highly of the results from a chemical peel and I was pretty excited to experience it myself. When I arrived, I mentioned it and we both received a $50 credit for the referral. That’s a nice perk I truly appreciate.

I saw Anne for a lip flip and she did an excellent job. She also answered some questions I had about experiences with previous injectors which helped me clear a lot of confusion surrounding my aesthetic goals. She was also very down to earth which was really refreshing for someone like me who’s dealt with a lot of Regina George esque injectors. Thanks Anne!
