I stopped in for a new battery for my car remote. Sal helped me and it was one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had in a long time by changing the battery out for me in both my main and spare car remotes.
They are very helpful even if they don't have what I need. like a 33mm short impact socket that no one seems to carry in stock anywhere in Hammond.
Called about a part. They said they had it. Drove there from Loranger to find out that they didn't have it and couldn't find it anywhere. A total waste of time and gasoline.

I'm thankful they had the parts in stock that I needed to replace. Staff was friendly and the store looked well organized.
Came in and they pretty quickly figured out that my headlight was just disconnected, not broken. Fixed it in about a minute. Didnt charge anything. I now gotta figure out what to do with the hour of time and 50 dollars I had budgeted for car repair.
