I was just calling to pick up a simple part they said they could order it but it wouldn't be until the following day so we called O'Reilly's and it just so happens they had to order the part and have it in by 3:00pm the same day... How is it that one part store isn't going to get to the next day but one part store which isn't too far away from each other to and are able get it all on the same day... Hhum‽🤔
Products are great but there systems don’t work with other stores if you need to warrant a item or turn it a core at another store.
Great friendly fast and more than helpful service. Clean store and parking lot with plenty lighting parts/counter worker very knowledgeable and they had everything I needed in stock

This store is the very reason why I get my parts anywhere else. Made an online order and tried to make a return here corporate said I could do so. They hung up on their own representatives from the customer support department. Go anywhere but here.
The lady at the counter was Very helpful & polite, thanks to her effert I managed to complete my shopping much smoother & faster, thanks again!
11/28/2022 My daughter and granddaughter sat in their parking lot for 2 hrs. with a flat no one in the store offered any kind of help, except for one old black lady in her 60's asked if she could help, God Bless her heart, I will never use this store again!! NOT EVEN TO GET OUT OF THE RAIN !!!
