Rang the Brisbane Hcf. We are Local. Spoke to Charlotte. Hope I got the right name. She was Professionall and Very Friendly! Won't be ringing the Hcf 131 Number again!!

Disgraceful customer service.
Unable to answer query (Reece), told me the team who can are all in meetings,then when I spoke to Supervisor (Sam) told me that team don't speak to members. Maybe that team needs to be reminded members pay their wages.Who is telling the truth? 3 phones calls no notes taken -amateur show.
You have to be placed on hold while the HCF TM physically goes and speaks to another department, is this the 70's?
14 years paying into this health fund never made a claim and this is what you get when you call them for some assistance.

Fraud company, cancelled my policy the next very day and they refused to refund my money. I don’t have a money tree in my yard. It’s hard earned money

Sharon helped me resolve something immediately and gave amazing customer service to help me out. This sort of service seems to be less and less common but is a sure way of retaining customers and building loyalty. Thank you so much Sharon for your help and time

We have been with HCF for 15+ years and have always had excellent service. I went into the Brisbane office recently and the person who served me was friendly, experienced and helpful - I couldn't have asked for more.

Recently decided to change health funds to HCF, after being with our previous fund for 15 years. So far the experience has been awful! Still no membership cards after 6 weeks, and have just been advised that there has been another "error" and cards are to cancelled and re issued with another 10 day wait time. Impossible to get hold of them via telephone .... they are always experiencing " high call volumes" with ridiculously long call wait times, and sometimes they just cut you off and ask you to phone back another time due to " technical" issues. Feel totally un supported and vulnerable at this point. Can just imagine how terrifying it must be if you were trying to get hold of them in an emergency situation. If I had know how bad the management side of HCF was, we would never have made the move. It's not worth the small savings in premium. Going to now have to look at changing again. This has caused a huge amount of stress for us!
