One of my favourite Chinese restaurants in Sydney. This restaurant is really understated, the size of a converted house. The chef consistently cooks high quality food with fresh seasonal ingredients. Seafood and vegetables dishes are both fresh and delicious, better than most Chinese restaurants. It’s a small family business so they don’t offer a big variety, but it’s a place I would keep going back.

I wonder why this restaurant still not close down???
One of my friend recommended this place and told me that speak with them in Chinese and will get the authentic Chinese food. And turn out was a terrible experience. Order 2 main dishes and 1 entree cost $74, took about half hour just for two stir fried dishes to come. And no customer in the restaurant.
The restaurant whole night was empty and I feel sad for them. Only few take away people and why they still can survive all these years.
Expensive food and terrible service feel like they don't even put any effort on their business.
Don't recommend this place they will rip you off. I was regret to try this place. 👎👎👎

This was the only Chinese open in the area on a Sunday. The Golden Pav on Blamey was closed and so was Blue Ocean. Went to try it and got a take away. The positive, portions are good, big and a lot, service was good considering it's a busy place this Sunday evening prob cos the only Chinese open. The schezuan beef, nice, soft tender beef slices and nice sauce, a bit of heat but not much. A must try. The Choy sum with Oyster sauce was nice but I found the sauce salty, but veg nice and crunchy. I only put a small amount of the veg sauce in my rice but we enjoyed the veg itself. The prawn toast was just okay, nothing to brag about, quite oily, prob better when dining in. The crispy chicken fillets in a special sauce... SKIP IT! DO NOT GET CRISPY CHICKEN FILLETS IN SPECIAL SAUCE, the sauce is the sweet sauce they use to dip spring rolls and prawn toast, the one for dipping not drowning. It's not special at all!! It was sickly sweet. I only picked the top and couldn't eat it after. I felt icky sick from the sweetness. Like, imagine your spring rolls or prawn toast drowning in the side sauce. Yes! That's what it was like. Not nice, right?! They need to take that out of the menu or actually make a special, different sauce not just add cornstarch and call it special. I reckon it would have been better without it or just give the so called 'special sauce' on the side and let us enjoy the crispy chicken. Errrr...possibly a new chef would make this place good/better?... Total damage $75 for 2, for entree and 2 mains and rice.

Authentic Chinese cuisine served fresh, reasonably priced with generous servings!
A pleasant family run business that's been around for decades. The restaurant is small and quaint ideal for private functions. It does get busy on the weekends as it has a good local following so get in early.
