Food is lovely. However , the cashier lady was yelling a bit which is unnecessary as she was annoyed and impatient with me since I told her where was my table.
Another suggestion is could you write the description on the bill in English. Not everyone reads Chinese. Hence , it’s no point of me checking the bill before I pay if it’s written in Chinese. She didn’t bother explaining it in English.

Good food, nice place.
I just didn't like that at the end (not yet) of the dinner they came too many times to ask if we've finished

Extensive menu of tasty dishes with, generous serving sizes, and friendly service. Excellent value for money in a spacious dining area.
There are also outdoor tables.

Excellent environment with Cantonese, Sichuan, Northeastern cuisines. Owner Raymond is very nice and prepares two cups of great latte coffee for us.

The food is quite nice and the price is reasonable, we ordered 4 dishes and two steam rice for $84, which I think the portion can fit 3 people. Overall quite nice and might go back again.

We were heading for Ying Chow as many do, but being full up we moved down the Chow list in terms of google reviews. Ky Chow had plenty of space. It is a big clean room (maybe the restrooms could do with renovation, mind you). The service was fine and atmosphere again fine. The food was a pleasure though. Salt and pepper tofu was really good; the Chinese green was very fresh, and the tofu and mushroom stir fry was excellent. Wine was fine. It will be interesting to see if the Ying Chow does better when we finally get in!

Despite pre-ordering the Chinese New Year Banquet ahead of time, we waited 55 mins for the first dish (san choy bao) to be served, and then another 25 mins for the second (scallop soup). During this time, of course, new diners arrived, ordered, ate and left, before we even started on our mains. As our food came out so exceptionally late, we were the last table to leave at 9:30pm despite the restaurant closing at 8:45pm. The food was acceptable but, yeah, Ky Chow will probs need to wait an exceptionally long time before we come back.
