Oxford Medical Clinic

Our family doctor at the clinic is Doctor Lukowattage. My family and I have found her and her clinic staff to be professional to the extreme. We feel very lucky to have a solid, and good family doctor!

Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had. I needed to book an appointment to get a note for physio treatment. I was told I could only do an appointment by phone which I booked. I never received a confirmation email for my appointment (which I followed up on to make sure it was booked) no phone call, no confirmation. When I called back 10 minutes after my supposed scheduled phone appointment the office was closed. Incredibly unprofessional.

Excellent medical clinic!

I am very confused at these low ratings, and I began reading the reviews. Most of the poor ratings are just people frustrated with how the medical system works and are probably not feeling well. I have been coming here rather consistently (once or more per week since spring of 2023 and now Dr. Modir is my family physician.
She is an outstanding doctor. Thorough, extremely intelligent, professional, and polished. Her staff are excellent, accomodating and work very hard.

The pharmacy is also fantastic and the staff are also very knowledgeable and friendly. Highly recommended this clinic.

If you find yourself having difficulty getting through the phone lines to make an appointment, it isn't because they are ignoring you, trust me, I am.there often and the phones are always ringing because this is one of the best clinics. Be patient.

Avoid at all costs, the Dr here will not refill or prescribe psychiatric medication specifically. They are capable as a walk in clinic to do so but i guess it’s against their “beliefs”. I have been on my medication steadily for three years, extremely disappointed that a personal bias is grounds to deny someone life saving medication. Do not go here.

Terrible service from this clinic. Secured an appointment at 5am for 1230pm. Got to the appointment and was told the doctor canceled the appointment because it was a phone appointment. No phone call no email. My poor 6 year old now can't get seen. Will never go back!

Canceled my appointment hours before it. Then said I couldn’t get another till November 27. All I had was some questions about my leg and they cancelled the whole thing. They aren’t able to do a wcb report over the phone understandable. But holy hell u just gna cancel it without letting me know..? Brutal staff, brutal receptionist. 0/10 bunch of unprofessional sorry ppl

Phone call appointment was no help. I needed an X-ray requisition so that my Physio could better diagnose my injury. I was given a ‘hope it gets better.’ Right after a ‘we don’t usually do that until after a week.’ I told him about my pain, how the physio thinks it’s an injury to my spinal disk. Nope! Don’t go here. You’re better off going literally anywhere else
