Great park for kids, BBQ area. Definitely worth the time with family. Also has public toilets 🚻
Great park for dogs and kids to play. The recent upgrades have made the oval and park even better!
Gorgeous gardens, with lovely quiet shady spaces to sit under the trees. A shame that the public toilets are closed on weekdays especially when you have young children and elderly utilising the park.
We come here every few weeks for a dip and play in the sand. Water is very forgiving for your little ones and plenty of amenities available
Perfect place to unwind if you're into fishing or just want to feel the sea breeze and walk on the coast or around the park.

Great little family park for kids.
Really lovely spot for a walk or to just kill an hour or two. Gets busy with local events, which is great, but you have to get in early to snag one of the table or bbq spots.

We visited Macarthur Park with our grandpuppy, and all of us enjoyed the atmosphere totally. Our grandpuppy explored what the park had to offer, and did it offer a lot! In the park we came across a mini rain forrest, we call it the "rainforrest walk" ; we followed a meandering path which led us through palms, ferns and seats. What a lovely afternoon.

And strictly No Dogs! No music, no privacy ever no fun! Just no nothing after 9pm so many rules!
One of my favourite Parks in Camden. A landscaped garden with a lot of Australian native trees and with an interesting war memorial and tea pavilion. Perfect for a picnic since it is extremely well kept, so that you candid everywhere on the beautiful lawn. The rose garden is delightful.
We had a great time at Shorncliffe Pier and Park.
We wntbro check out the playground and we're no disappointed. A full tree house vibe with bridges in between, made fir aloy of cool imaginative play. Tucked away nicely under big trees and shade canopies, it was nicely shaded which made the play enjoyable as the day was hot.
Being able to walk out along the breakwater was fun. We spotted jellyfish in the water and small fish.
We ventured around part of the coast line and enjoyed the high tide waves splashing up on the pathway.

This is 100% my favourite camping place. It’s so fun and has so many great things to do, the whole place is absolutely gorgeous and me and my friends always have so much fun. The beach and lagoon are amazing and there are also really good spots for fishing and paddle boarding. I highly recommend :)

Went to the park in October, hoping to enjoy Jacaranda Blossom. We didn't realise we were too early for such season....yet we were pleased by how peaceful and delight this park is. If only we had more of this park in every suburb, our life expectancy would have increased enormously.
Beautiful large grounds and a lovely small park to visit. Sit underneath a tree and unfold your picnic rug for a perfect picnic spot. Lovely in Autumn and Spring.
A well tended and appropriate local venue to hold the Remembrance Day Service. The council keeps the park in excellent condition all year round. There are wonderful views and a Spring picnic is always enjoyed in this area in walking distance to Camden Town.
Raver loved it there, getting prawns from the trawlers and eating them up on the pier. Then followed by chasing fish in the shallows.

Only 30 minutes from home it's a great place to go for a little walk or just chill with a book in the sun! Love that there's a permanent coffee cart at the start of the pier now too. Best time to go us midweek when there's less people around- weekend now have become too crowded for my liking.
It’s a good place for a long walk and fishing. Plenty of barbecue places around the beach. Perfect for picnic or get together.
Very fun and surprisingly didn’t get sick from the food the fire works were a banger the rides were fun overall best country show 🤩

Definitely not toddler or young child friendly. Limited apparatus suitable to much older kids
Mum took me here on summer time. The Park is so pretty, flowers and roses and landscape. Perfect place for picnic with families and friends.
Great for a but off ball play with my boy and practising some long jumps!
It is sad to see that although council is spending so much money on up grading, their plan did not include toddlers' recreation facilities at all, it is mainly focused on older teenage children which most of their time is spent at school. While as grandparents we have no facilities to accommodate our little grandchildren like before.
Perfect! Relaxing place for a day or any day along the waterfront with family and friends. Playground and many public amenities in the area bbq, parking lot, public toilets, footpath along side the waterfront ways, RSL nearby, Cafes, Restaurants Pubs/Hotels, disabled parking 🅿️ accessible, Jogging, bike rides, wheelchair but pets must be on the leash.

The showground in everyday life is beautifully kept, dog friendly on leash with a water station by the grandstand.

Camden Show, excellent day today from start to finish. Great entertainment and lots of fun. Take a packed lunch, food is pricey.
Beautiful sitting in the shade of the trees. Beach, cafes, restaurants, kids playground, toilets and the beach. Amazing Anzac ceremony held there too.

A nice monument with beautiful views overlooking the sea. A relatively large park nearby and beach access behind. Very welcoming area and quite peaceful.
Lovely little garden with public toilets. Great little spot if you want to rest from walking around town. Excellent location also. There’s a bust statue of Captain Dirk Meinertz Hahn for which the town is named after.

Came for the beautiful dawn service by the RSL but it's also beautiful park. Great veiw out to the ocean with a big long jetty. Gorgeous memorial stands there and I recommend a visit if you're around town.
Good size soccer fields with grandstand, play area, amenities, batting practice cages, Cricket pitch, half basketball court and picnic table.

It is situated in a nice and quiet suburb, almost at the end of a queue de sac.
Slides are amazing, there are play equipments for grown ups and younger kiddos, sand almost everywhere so don't forget to come barefoot.

This is a fantastic playground, with lots of different experiences for little toddlers. Good toilet facilities and shaded areas for having a sandwich. Easy parking too.
Yeah it was good had a okay time . Bit cold once sun starts going down though
A nice playground with a few different pieces of equipment. Toilets nearby, a drink fountain too with a decent amount of grass for running and picnics, with some undercover area too. A good spot for kids.
WE don't get to hahndorf much. yet we find ourselves at this park often enough!
I think it has just the right mix of memorial and all-weather family space (and gorgeous gardens!) to suit the whole family! Even my teenagers still love spending time here~!

Nice and quite good place to relax and enjoy the ocean breeze and watch the boats go by. You might be lucky and catch some fish, flathead are common. Plenty of seats along the jetty as well as info about the jetty. It's wheelchair and pram friendly. Highly recommended going to have a look 😊😊😊.

It is really dry & hot even we arrived at late afternoon.
A great children's playground in the heart of the Warriewood development, with equipment for younger and older kids, as well as adults with the BBQ facilities. The toilet block alongside the playground is really useful.
Great place to bring the kids ages 4 - 10. Quite a few different slides, 2 normal and 2 baby swings. Large basket swing too. Public toilets were clean, parking no problems. Field next door for kicking balls around.
It's an average Park, good if you want to kick the ball around and let the little kids play on the equipment.
We are city slickers who love coming here every year. A great place to get up close and personal with beautiful farm animals, sample a good array of fairground food and you can't help but feel that community spirit when walking around the grounds.
It can get pretty hot so make sure you bring lots of sunscreen, wear a hat and drink lots of water!

One of a series of defense force memorials. Adjacent Rotary park has shelters and kids play area.
Great area of the Bay. Playgrounds coffee shops and history in close proximity. You can spend a relaxing afternoon here with or without the kids.

Park in Redcliffe overlooking the ocean. Lest We Forget Memorial statue in memorial and tribute to our fallen soldiers. Cafes/restaurants/shops across the road from Anzac Place on Redcliffe Parade. Toilets adjacent. Plenty of seats, grassy area for kids to play, beautiful views of Moreton Bay. Always a nice spot to bring the family.

Tiny park with a memorial. Not very shady and only one place to sit and rest. Looks nice enough though :)
Great playground space. Plenty of room to stretch your legs. A great concreted walking track all the way around the oval since the oval was updated.
