Always a nice relaxing walk. And short enough you can decide to do 2 or 3 rounds.
A wonderful conservation area with beautiful trails that follow along free-flowing river. There are a number of geocaches and other kewl things to know and see. I lived the hiking and finding the geocaches.

Typical walking path . Thinned out typical Sudbury bush scrubby trees not much to see . Better walking trails outside city limits. It's ok if you are going for a walk and don't want to walk on the street .
Very nice trail, clean, very wide and easy to walk. Trees are beautiful this time of the year (Fall season). I enjoyd walking with my dog, quite a few people that uses it, which is great! Loved the view at the different areas of the trail, including the lake.
I would like to see a map at the start of the trail, as I had no idea where to walk. There is no parking, just side of the road, ensure you dont park by the fire hydrant.

Lovely place to bring your kids if you want to reach them how to inject drugs.
Marsh board Walk should definitely be one of your first visits when you get to point pelee national Park. It's relatively short, and near the entrance of the park. We went out with a group on a beautiful day, and it was stunning. When arriving there's a little view spot where you can get a higher POV of the entire boardwalk. The walk itself is super light, plenty of room to walk at your own desired pace. There are plenty of benches to rest and take in the view whenever you see fit. On our visit, we saw allot of blue dragon flies, they were scattered everywhere, and looked amazing, The lily pads were also really neat to see. I believe they also had Conor rentals where u can have a guided canoe experience with a lead, kinda wish we had tried that. Ide highly recommend bringing sunscreen and bug spray, especially if your going on a hot summer day, as there are quite a bit of insects around, and not much shade when ur in the middle of the boardwalk. Overall I was pretty happy with my first stop here at Point Pelee national Park, definitely give it a shot, worth the extra steps!

Beautiful! Heading back tomorrow to one of the gorgeous beaches we saw when leaving the Marsh boardwalk. A lot of options of activities in this park. Loved it.
Great walking trail. Best route out to the MTB trail The Pines.
Awesome place in point peele national park to roam around in a wet land. It has beautiful views around. This board walk is a 1 km stretch on the wetland.
The marsh board walk is an excellent place to take a long walk across the ponds inbetween the tall grasses. There's plenty of birds and fish to see here. There's a pretty tall wooden observation tower that allows you to see pretty far out! The walk and lookout will probably take around 30min. Parking is very close, and there's washrooms nearby.
The main trail is nicely groomed, excellent walk. It leads to a lake with a great view of you're willing to do a bit of austere climbing
Great line up of music all summer long. Enjoyable venue. Outside amphitheater type lawn seats. Bring your lawn chairs, sit back, and enjoy. Hat is passed to recoup costs but is a free venue.
If walking in the forest with no one around is not what you’re looking for, this is not for you. We loved this hike. Beautiful and well kept trails. Peaceful and quiet. Recommended with a pet if you have one. I’ll be back to this place to explore some more 👍🏻.
We went after dinner and there was a lot of mosquitos but that’s our fault for going at 7pm Can’t wait to go again! Family enjoyed the hike.
Excellent trail to walk or ride bike or take a dog out on and there’s concrete path on the main part an plenty off-trails and go to the hike
We entered from Ida street , walked down the center path to the lake and turned left into the hills and picked 5 litres of blueberries. Love this area.
A good 10 km medium difficult hike with multiple viewpoint near both the trail head , sharing photo of 360 view point Lookout. Less than 10kms from Sudbury Town centre.
A lovely quiet hike with one steep incline. Good panoramic nature views with the smoke stacks off in the distance. Parking and trail use is free!

Great place. Very calm and scenic greenery now. Its a free entrance and free car parking.
Well maintained trail leading from Loach's Road to back of Laurentian University Sports Centre. Different trails also loop across backwoods as well. Small beach area can be accessed too.
Excellent mountain biking trails for casual runs
Nice trail for a leisurely evening walk with the dog! Hard-packed gravel the whole way, many small loops and connections into the nearby neighbourhood. Looking forward to the continuation once it’s completed.
The experience was mind blowing, it was a 10km trail and I hiked there.
Great quiet peaceful trail. Far enough away you don't hear road traffic. Great spot for dogs. Wide path. Started at Oxford road 17 and walked roundtrip 5 k to which almost took us to Oxford Rd 33

This trail is 'groomed' during the winter. Easy walking for all, probably 40 minutes from Loach Road to the university campus. I did notice some cross country ski trails along side the walking trail.
I try to do a local hike or ride when I drop my son off at Laurentian. I started at the ski chalet (?) parking lot and headed out in a clockwise direction. The trails are very well marked and it starts off without much elevation gain. There are some ridges and some steep parts; but, overall it's a a fairly level hike with only 195 meters of elevation gain overall. I didn't see any other hikers until I passed near where the south western parking lot and access are. Overall, I was completely alone out here for almost 2 hours. If not for the sound of highway 17 at times, it feels quite isolated.
The 'peak' gives some nice views in all directions; however, while not overly dramatic, it gives a nice view to the expanse of relative wilderness so close to the city.
I covered 11.6 km in total and it took 2 hours and 20 minutes. I would imagine one might want to take longer to explore certain areas - but I was on a tight timeline.

A beautiful new trail in Woodstock that connects to new subdivision in the area.
Wow! I’ve lived in Essex county my entire life and have never been here. What an incredible old growth forest with an amazing amount of very tall trees. Beautiful loop trail with many boardwalks. An opportunity to see what Essex County looked like before farming cleared the forests. A gem!
Two Creeks is a very nice conservation area with a variety of vegetation accessed by a good trail system with many bridges. The trails are well maintained and marked for easy navigation. The bike trails look like even more fun. The creeks had very little flow in September when I visited. Lots of birds and squirrels. Great facilities including restrooms and a huge picnic shelter.

This will be a lovely trail, once it is finished. A large variety of forest types to pass through. Start of the trail is hardpacked and they are still working on it. Sections closed as you travel east. Look forward to see how long it will be in the end. Only some hills. Variety of paths to choose from. It will be a great addition to the new housing development to the north. Lots of woodland flora . Fragrant pine trees to open meadows. Lovely marsh area being created. Lots of birds and older trees in one section. It has loads of potential for Owls! We will try this trail again, later in the year. Parking is just East of the gate to the conservation area. Not sign up just yet at the parking area. Some people were biking the trail too.
This place is amazing. Great place for walking and biking, lots of trails. Free concerts every Sunday at 6:30 pm starting June 5th, 2022. Nice musical groups. I highly recommend this place for families.

Great place to go for a nice walk, areas to sit down in as well to have a quick break for a snack or a drink.
Great place for birdwatching as there are a large number of migratory fowl that stop in this area. There is a small store, but i dogs not have the opportunity to stop in and out appears they rent canoes. Whether you rent a cannot or just go for a hike, or if you're there to photograph birds, this area will not disappoint. Please be mindful of small children or pets as the return boardwalk does not have any tailings.

Fabulous trail. Easy but interesting. Lots to wander, view and explore. A popular spot. Hiking, skiing, cycling. Parts are stroller friendly.
Nice hard packed path. But very hard to find the entrance due to lack of sinage, try parking at the dentist office beside the cemetery.
It was a wide trail perfect to walk and cycle. There are a couple of loops and a lookout where you can watch downtown
Both walk ways and bike paths available. Signs and arrows help with direction. Tidy port a pottys on site. Nice picnic area.
Peaceful trail with very little traffic. Starts out with houses on either side of the trail and then leads out into the countryside, between fields.

If you're all at home and want to get out go for a ride on your bike or a walk or a jog and you will see a different side of North Bay that you have never seen.its beautiful.
Beautiful trails and several bridges winding through mature trees. There's a memorial grove area that will look much better once the trees get a bit bigger. Some of the bridges don't look super safe, but it's easy enough to take another trail and go around them.
Lake Laurentian loop is a 10 km trail best to visit in color season. You can see all types of fall vista: color forest over lakes, wetlands and panoramic view from rocky mountain, There are numerous scenic lookouts on the trail.

Marsh boardwalk is the trail you should not miss if you are visiting point peleee park. At the beginning of the trail the watch tower gives a breathtaking panoramic view of the marshland.
Keep an eye towards the edge of the boardwalk and you will see turtles 🐢.

Great lookout tower and 1km boardwalk. Lots of birds, beavers, beaver lodge, snapping turtles. Great sunsets. Lots of parking. Washroom and picnic area few steps away. Canoeing and kayaking available.
Nice points of interest recently added to the trail, an otter statue and mini Stonehenge. The old dam is covered in graffiti as always, but the trail seems rejuvenated since the construction of the Maley extension road along the opposing side of the creek, parallel to the trail system. Google has not updated the maps yet but there are a few offshoots into neighbourhoods
Nice little trail to go walking around in. Not overly harsh on the joints although the terrain varies
Pretty beautiful and well populated walking trail. Comes out at the University or if you take some of shoots near a golf course. Can turn off to a cozy little beach too if you want!
