WORST EXPERIENCE.
NO SERVICE. NO CARE. NO RESPECT OF TIME.
THEY MAKE U WAIT IN A RANDOM ROOM WHEN THE CLINIC IA EMPTY AND THE DOCTOR IS IN THEIR ROOM JUST RELAXING.

VERY BAD SERVICE.
SERVICE IN RUSSIA IS WAY BETTER.

Doctors are good but the follow up services and communications of the clinic are very bad.

My husband got his blood test reports more than a month ago. And he hasn’t received any follow up call or communication of any form from the clinic. And let me tell you results are not all normal.

Also I did my 12 weeks X-Ray and the results are with them and they went away and closed the clinic without any prior email or message communication. Just posted at their location. I don’t know how they are expecting everyone to come and know for themselves. This is so inconvenient. And definitely have made my first time pregnancy process really stressful as I am sitting wondering for weeks.

Their service sucks. I went there for TB skin test. They charged me $40 for just the test and never informed that there were additional charges $30 for filing out just a piece of paper for the TB test results. Even with an appointment you have to wait for at least an hour. Wastage of money and time. Worst part they will accept only cash. (probably to hide earnings to avoid taxes). They are too poor to afford a debit machine. Also no greetings from the receptionist. You will receive a blank face from the person at front desk. The closing time online is 8PM but the clinic won’t close until the doctor makes the money she planned for the day. So ridiculous!!!!

Definitely not money making people, dr Vishal Anand is the best dr I found, he doesn’t rush like other doctors, he took his time and listened and diagnose. He is the best doctor I found in town, even after reports came I got a call from the clinic to discuss about reports with the doctor, which I never got call from other clinics. Best clinic ever they care about people’s problem not money.

Today we went this clinic for regular health check up and I find that Doctor Neeru Anand is the best doctor in this town , she is so nice ,professional and polite. As well as front desk staff, Manan helped us a lot by assisting us in very professional way and polite manner apart from that welcome greetings and service was fantastic. So I Highly recommended this place for family doctor as well as for walk inn patients.

Dr. Neeru Anand is the best doctor. I always have the best experience visiting here. Manan is really good, he treats patients with respect and politeness. Thumbs up 👍
