The CN Tower offers breathtaking 360-degree views from its observation deck, with a stunning glass floor walk that's both thrilling and mesmerizing. By day, you'll be captivated by the city's beauty, and at night, the skyline sparkles like a constellation of stars. A must-visit for anyone seeking an unforgettable view of Toronto downtown or the city with views of Lake Ontario. Recommend buying tickets in advance if planning to go to the skypod or the edge walk due to time slots.

This is a Must visit attraction when coming to Toronto.

I went on the 7pm ride and it was awesome to see the city lights. At this time it's difficult to get good photos, so if you want to have clear pictures with no need for a good camera or great photography skills, you should go up earlier.

This is the main attraction of the city pass. I highly recommend getting it, it's a great deal.

It is a absolutely stunning view of the city. I highly recommend even if only once. Great experience for the entire family and yes it’s kids friendly. I would suggest eating before going as it cost an ton for the simplest thing up there. It is best to buy a city pass and hit all the popular activities at once.

I was literally speechless at the majesty of the CN Tower in Toronto. The experience was amazing from start to finish. The fast, modern elevator took us to the top in the blink of an eye, and the view from the observation platform was breathtaking.
We were lucky to visit during a sunset, and the warm light that bathed the city was simply magical. I was able to take some spectacular photos that will be treasured memories. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, providing interesting information on the history and architecture of the tower.
Not only was the viewing experience incredible, but the dining plan was also excellent. We enjoyed a delicious dinner with a panoramic view of the city. I highly recommend anyone visiting Toronto to put the CN Tower at the top of their list of attractions to see. I can't wait to go back!

Exhibits change frequently so it’s a great place to visit on your own, with family or friends. It’s worth while you get the annual pass and be able to visit as much as you want in a year. They have an eating b stress of you want to bring your own food especially for kids. Or they have food for purchase inside but of course it’s a little pricey. There is a lovely cafe on n the second floor with nice views of the museum.
The kids love to visit when there are art activities. Kids are also free admission!
Lots to see at the gallery. It can be busy on holidays and peak times. I’d recommend going off peak times so you have space and time to see what you want. If you have a pass you can see a little at a time and just come back.
My cousin took me and my wife here for a nice, leisurely hike. Twas a beautiful place and would probably be more breathtaking as the fall season progresses.
A nice art gallery with a diverse and interesting range of collections. The building sprawls and it is possible to get a bit lost inside. The Canadian art collection was very interesting, and it was nice to contrast and compare the styles with European painters. The shop is huge and well stocked, but the 'anyone' toilets are a bit confusing.

The CN Tower - Best Views, But Consider the Experience

The CN Tower undeniably offers the best views in Toronto, providing a breathtaking perspective of the city. However, I must admit that the experience left me with mixed feelings.

First, the views are truly spectacular, making it a must-visit for anyone new to the city. But there's a catch – the price tag. I found it to be quite overpriced for what you get.

Another thing to consider is the elevator ride to the top. If you have any issues with confined spaces or dislike being crammed into a tiny elevator with 25 other people, you might want to think twice. Sucking in your gut is practically a requirement during the ascent, and wearing a mask is advisable, as there's barely room to move your arms or feet.

I found that the best time to visit is in the early morning on a weekday when the crowds are thinner, and you can enjoy the views without feeling too crowded. However, it's worth noting that the CN Tower is primarily a "look and see" experience; you go up, enjoy the view, and then come down.

Personally, I wouldn't do this again. While the views are stunning, the overall experience left me wanting more for the price. If you're willing to overlook the crowded elevator and cost, it's worth a visit, but manage your expectations accordingly.
Its a nice place for walking, not good for bicycle as it has lots of rocks and ups and downs. Good for family as i saw many families and schools coming for the hiking spot…

Over all i found it great

Nice park with entry of space to walk/run by the lake. Good spot to watch the annual airshow.
Small park close to the stadium and the Tower
Nice and scenic place within 30 minutes of Toronto. We primarily went for fishing and walking trails. Link to the lake is beautiful.

Small area for fishing but there are opportunities to catch. But it gets crowded quick and then the lines are going crossing each other. We ended up moving to northern side of the rouge river and that worked out better.

Beautiful hiking / walking trails.

The Art Gallery of Ontario is a must-visit for art enthusiasts. The collection is impressive, covering everything from classic European masterpieces to contemporary installations. The building itself is a work of art, with a modern design that blends seamlessly with the historical sections. The layout is spacious and well-organized, creating an inviting atmosphere to explore the artworks. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, always ready to assist. The AGO offers educational programs and activities for all ages. While it can get crowded, it's worth it for the incredible art on display. Don't miss the café, restaurant, and gift shop. Overall, the AGO is a remarkable art destination that shouldn't be missed.
A very calmed and green area to relax - chairs to chill and lots of places to rest. Very maintained and clean. On top - beautiful to see around near the lake until the next beach!!!

This is a must do experience. Best deal is to get a lunch or dinner reservation ahead of time. The best views are from a window table. Good food. Online add says buy two fixed price meals totalling $150 Canadian and you get access to the regular viewing tower. But in reality, just spend the $150 to get access. We took over an hour eating and going around with outstanding views of Toronto. We chose to do lunch in the 360 degree restaurant instead of the cruise lines expensive bus tour of the city architecture from the street. Much better views from above. By the way no need for tickets for the tower just make a reservation online and then look for the restaurant line for access to their private elevator. After lunch ẁ went to the regular viewing platform. Walked around a little and left. The glass floor level was under renovation and closed so we left.
Love, love, love how they've made it so accessible to students! Truly appreciate how there are so many significant works of art on display. The cafe inside is a nice touch too. The AGO gift shop is also probably one of few gift shops where I might actually consider buying from.

This park is huge. But the parking space is comparatively less. You can do lot of activities here. I went for a air show here and the view was amazing. There is a swimming pool area and also boating area. Just besides is a hatch club . Overall view is perfect even for the picnic with family and friends.

Also there is a convenient store just 7 mins walking distance to it incase you made any sudden plans to visit and want to chill later.
Hands down best place in the city to enjoy a full summer sunset over the Toronto skyline! Many hidden gems off the beaten path to explore the waters edge… go find your spot!
Historic place; many of the historic facts are connected to the history of the development of this part of the city. The city of Toronto kept the place neat and tidy. There are adjacent trails and Parks nearby that can be explored at the same time.

Very beautiful park. We were here for the Canadian international Airshow 2023. The view from here was spectacular. I setup my cameras near one of the ledges and got a near 180 degree view of the show. The water filling station is a very useful addition and came in handy during the 39C heat! You also get a nice view of the CN tower. I'd say this is a good park to visit if you're in Toronto. I recommend getting here via Go Train as the traffic is horrible.

My recent visit to the observatory deck on the CN Tower was a truly remarkable experience. From the moment I stepped onto the deck, I was greeted with breathtaking panoramic views of the city of Toronto that stretched as far as the eye could see.

The height and vantage point allowed me to appreciate the city's architectural beauty, with its towering skyscrapers and the shimmering waters of Lake Ontario in the distance. The thrill of looking down from such a height was exhilarating, and the glass floor section provided a heart-pounding view of the streets far below.

The staff were not only friendly and knowledgeable but also eager to share interesting facts about the tower and the city, enhancing the overall experience. The sunset from the CN Tower was a sight to behold, casting a warm and golden glow over the city.

Visiting the CN Tower observatory deck was not just a tourist attraction; it was a journey into Toronto's heart and soul. I left with a newfound appreciation for this beautiful city and the memories of a truly unforgettable experience. It's a must-visit destination for anyone in Toronto, and I can't recommend it enough!
Beautiful works of art with tastes for everyone. There's an entire floor of Canadian art! I was there for three hours and I didn't really get a chance to see it all. It's the Met of Toronto 🤩

Check out the building. It's beautifully constructed, but not in an obtrusive way. The winding staircase beckons the visitor to explore the next level.

During the pandemic, I almost went there every day to ride my bicycle, go fishing, take a walk, and enjoy the scenery. It’s like a treasure in downtown for me. It’s inconvenient to use the restroom when you go deep inside the park. Pets are not allowed, which was good for my daughter who is afraid of big dogs.
Beautiful park close to Queens Street West . Enjoyed visiting here today. Weekends mostly occupied with families and kids. Great location

This is a beautiful park along the water with a great dog 🐕 park to boot. It's amazing walking along the water and enjoying the views.
The biking trails are at the northern end of the park located at 16th Av & Reesor is one of the starting points. Good trail, hard packed small gravel. Not overly long in distance. Very serene surroundings near area farms. The trail meanders thru a few farms in the area.

Beautiful park that offers an escape right in the midst of the bustling city. This is a relatively small park, and it’s not super busy (with the exception of folks out for their morning runs or walking their dogs throughout the day). The combination of the walking path, greenery, and lake creates the perfect environment for relaxation and unwinding. Whether you're taking a leisurely stroll, having a picnic, meeting with friends or colleagues, or simply enjoying the picturesque views, this park (almost) has it all. It also has a baseball diamond that is properly maintained.

There is a peaceful ambiance at this park and the views over the water makes it an ideal spot for nature enthusiasts and families alike. A must-visit if you're looking to reconnect with nature, or just simply relax, at a small park without leaving the city limits.

Just great place to go in thr big city and relax.
I've loved this area for my entire life. It's an underated oasis, not only for the diverse nature that can be found within it amongst the sounds of urban sprawl in the distance, but also for the history of the Don Valley and of the people who have called it home for centuries. Helen gave a fantastic tour.
This beautiful park has an amazing view of Lake Ontario. Humber Bay Shores skyline can also be seen from the park. You will often see people taking their walks, running or biking. The park has so many trees that provides shade and there are tables in picnic areas. Ontario Place and Exhibition Place are just walking distance from the park.
This is a great Art Gallery worth visiting too. There’s plenty of floors with each one having variety of rooms with different and unique artwork and pieces. There’s different artist exhibitions that are announced to happen for upcoming months. If you just want to kill time on a boring Sunday with no plans, then this Art Gallery will make up for your day.

The view is breathtaking. I think it is good to visit it once. You will enjoy the panoramic view especially the lake side and watching the yachts and the planes taking off from the billy bishop airport..We took tons of amazing photos up there.

You can go a lower floor and you can enjoy walking on the glass if you dare looking downstairs :) There was a large screens that create nice scenes so we took more photos infront of it

It is good to book online so you can save waiting in the tickets line. BUT take care there are a lot of lines
are waiting for you... Be ready to wait from 30 to 60 minutes... There is a line on every corner .. I see that they put some entertaining items to watch or read or even to talk photos with while waiting in the line..

They take photo for you and make some editing on it. Then while exiting you will have it printed out for you. But it will cost you $40 which I see that it is too expensive...

When you finish your tour upstairs, be ready for another long line to take the elevator down...Then you will be directed to souvenirs shop.

There is a couple of cafes and restaurants up there if you want to grab some snacks..

The overall experience was nice

The boardwalk is a gem of a stride. Great during the daytime or evening walk, great exercise along the shore of Lake Ontario. The water is always cold and not very clean so don't swim over your neck and don't swallow any water. The beach sand is ok in some areas but the pea gravel is awful, the only plus side to it is skipping rocks along the water is lots of fun for the kids. There are sporting clubs that require a membership, and the area is well maintained by the city and is safe. Parking on the street is free as well as city parking lots are available in the area.
Well maintained trails and a beautiful place for a short walk or longer hike. We've seen toads, dragonflies, snakes and all sorts of birds here, and you can see spawning salmon in October. Great place for a family hike.

The parking lot of Twyn Rivers Drive is free and there is an outhouse of you need it.

A great place for a long(!) walk in Toronto. Such a nice escape from the city and filled with picturesque wildlife. Lots of bikers and runners there too.
If you’re a pet parent, be aware that there are no dogs allowed in the park.
This is currently my favourite place to go hiking. I’ve only been here twice but I love this place. You can get away from all the noise around you and fully enjoy nature, hearing the sounds of birds and the flow of water. I only ever entered from the side close to the Toronto zoo. It’s a true get away as they’re no picnic tables on that side, only a couple benches here and there.

A small park beside CN Tower. This park only has benches and nice landscaping.
This historical site dates back to the early 1800s (which, for Toronto, is OLD, because Toronto knocks down historical buildings for condos, and sometimes just for fun). Two cabins from the 19th century are on the property, and a modern Indigenous sculpture installation (I liked it!) was in the garden.
The art gallery on site is free to enter, because it now features mostly art being sold. Having said that, the gallery is large and a pleasure to walk through. Staff are always wonderful: friendly and helpful. Washrooms are immaculate.
So, why not five stars? Because if I was a tourist, especially on a limited budget, I don't think that the time and cost to reach this remote, publicly transit inaccessible destination, is worth it. But like I said, for Toronto, the site has real history.

please respect this conversation area, pick up your trash, respect wildlife, and stay on the trail.

incredible park to get some of the best views of the city while surrounded by nature. extremely thankful the city is investing in preserving this area for Toronto’s wildlife. It’s a great spot to go for a walk, run or cycle. There are no toilets nor garbage bins to plan ahead. There are poisonous plants if you step outside the trail, so watch out for yourself and if you’re visiting with kids, keep an eye on them. And again, pick up after yourself and respect the signage this is a nature reserve as well.

I’d be careful at night as it’s a popular spot for people to come for a smoke or a drink.
This is a lovely place for a walk. There are a few different trails you can take. We visited in June and parked at the southern parking lot. I was expecting to have to pay for parking but I didn’t see where to pay. We took the Vista Trail and came back via the Orchard Trail. It was nice to see some parts of the trails that have been renovated. We will definitely be back.

Coronation Park is a park and veteran's memorial in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. Coronation Park was built to honor the coronation of King George VI in 1937. Trees are planted to honor the Canadian men and women who participated in World War I and earlier wars. Built during the Great Depression, the construction used many workers on relief.

A LOT smaller than I expected. It's just four buildings, three of which are just the size of small rooms.

There wasn't much to see, and the current exhibit kind of took over the museum itself, making it less meaningful overall.

Thomson Park nearby was enjoyable to walk through though, which kind of makes up for the lackluster museum visit.

Very beautiful park. You get an amazing view of lake ontario. See the videos for more. We spent 1hour 30mins just exploring the park and there were places we didn’t get to. There is a portion of the park where you can get into the water or just relax on the wavefront.
Great place! We spent 5 hours there and only covered a small portion of the place. I loved the Indigenous art section! They also had one of the Group of Seven member's pieces of art. Also, they had an ivory section that featured a lot of intricate pieces of work. It was astounding to see how small the artists could carve these items. My pictures won't do them justice because you have to be there to see how tiny they are. Also, they had a section for black photographers that was well done.

Resting areas: They have chairs placed very frequently throughout the building. Wonderful addition! They even had a bed-like couch that you could lay on!

Tickets: Buy them in advance; otherwise, you will wait in a long line-up. We breezed through with our online tickets.

Kid-friendliness: Don't bring kids here. They will be completely bored, and it is completely quiet in this place.

Food: They have a restaurant inside. They also have tables that you can sit at to eat that are not part of the restaurant.

They have a gift shop.

Washrooms: On the levels that I visited, the washrooms were on every floor.

Playground: There is a park beside the AGO with a playground.

Tip: We walked down to Wahlburgers for a late afternoon lunch. What a lovely meal!

Loved the park and the beach. This stretch of beach in Toronto attracts people from all walks of life and offers a tranquil experience of lake Ontario (time depending). A great place to share with friends and hangout.
There was nothing to see in this two-room gallery. Seriously. Nothing to see. And yet it was heavily advertised all around as being some amazing experience. Don't waste your time with the current exhibit (Tumbling in Harness).

The only reason why I gave this two stars instead of one was because it is free and has generous work hours (until 8 PM). It's possible to explore the entire building as well to check out the architecture, which helps make up for the poor art experience.

Biked here on a Tuesday evening (open to the public at 4pm I believe), and it wasn’t very busy — plenty of room to move. The bugs weren’t too bad for the end of May; it was a sunny day. Simple path in and out with lots of little foot trails here and there. You are only permitted to ride on the main paved sections, with a gravel path at the end near the lighthouse, so if you are cycling, this is a fairly easy route. The pavement is bumpy in places though, so do mind where you put your attention. It is quite serene here — a gem of ride or hike with views of the downtown skyline. Great jaunt away from the hustle and bustle. There is a parking lot at the beginning of the park, quite easy to get to; a water fountain to fill your bottle and all different types of birds for those who keep track of such things. 🙂 Will definitely be riding here again soon.
Really cool museum! Happy to see there is no fee for general admission. Open Wednesdays to Sundays now from 11- 4 I think. 2 buildings open for viewing when I went. No wait when I went on Sunday just around noon. Had a partial guided tour and got to wander around for the rest of it. Would be great if they could get the stove going again or the ice cream maker. Understand covid has changed things but it would certainly enhance the experience. If you get a chance you should go!
One of the best parks in the Toronto area, this park offers a fantastic biking and walking trail with a focus on wildlife conservation. You'll have the opportunity to spot a wide variety of birds, reptiles, and fish. The park staff is incredibly knowledgeable and can provide valuable insights. It's worth noting that there are several poisonous plants in the park, so exercise caution and stick to the designated trail—avoid taking shortcuts.

Only one house was open when my family visited on May 21. It is unfortunate because it took over 30 minutes to find a parking spot. While admission and parking is free, it really wasn’t too worthwhile to drive and find parking here. I saw other pictures before going and was hoping to see more but the other houses were locked up. The only saving feature was the playground beside the museum. This is where we spent most of our time.

Beautiful place to take our new puppy for a walk. We say on a bench by the water, and we were able to see planes taking off from Toronto island airport. There was an abundance of squirrels, that were overly friendly, and looking for treats. They have accessible washrooms open to the public, that were very clean and tidy. Worth a stroll through the park.

Went there in April. Maybe better during late Spring or early Summer. Took us an hour to walk from the entrance to the light house. I think it's great for bikers and bird watching. Bring water and be sun protected.
I was given incorrect information about the hours twice.
First time, I was told it's open till 8 pm on Wed.
I came on Wed. Google was showing the museum as open, but it was closed.
This time, I was told it was just closed for an event.
It turned out it was closed until May 3rd because of change of installations.
Horrible user experience. The admits should add hours on the ad banner and update google information when they have changes.
I like to walk in this area that is close to my house. We generally go there to take pictures of birds. There are a few trails and 2 or 3 ponds. It's a great place to walk and be in contact with the nature.
Great boutique museum and amazing staff! I love this place and here I have learned a lot about arts and culture! Thanks all.

Disc Golf course is great for beginners and pros alike . Beginners will find it fun and challenging, the more seasoned player will find it great for working on one’s technical game . Layout is fine could be tweaked of course , tee pads are horrendous, grass is fine once you find a level spot to throw from . Summer can be challenging with Park goers unaware of the flying discs . All in all have fun and let the single players play through! DONT GO AND PICNIC OR LAY YOU BLANKETS DOWN ON THE COURSE ! OTHERS WOULD LIKE TO ENJOY THEMSELVES PLAYING THE GAME ! DONT DETER SOMEONES ENJOYMENT FOR YOUR OWN SELFISHNESS!

Looking at old photos, I just found out that I went here like 10 years ago during university, I need to write an essay, and I chose Scarborough Museum. Went here with TTC, a great location. I kind of remember there was a lady explaining detail to us. At last, I donated $20 XD which was all the money I had at that time.
Visited the site in early October, 2022. A great (and free!) site/museum to learn about a neat, hidden piece of Toronto's history! This is a place that so many people pass by unknowingly on the DVP, so it's great to get to know the site and its impacts on the city's development. I especially liked stepping into the homes. They were very well preserved and have very cool artefacts/replicas, such as antique cash, TTC transfers, and what bathtubs (if you could call it so) used to look like. The grounds are also quite nice for a walk; you could take a short loop around the museum. I even spotted a blue heron! Would encourage more people to come and visit. Plus, you could walk from here to/from Evergreen Brick Works to make it a longer outing.
I went to Thomson Memorial Park for BBQ, found this museum in the heart of the park unexpectedly . You can find four heritage buildings that make up Scarborough Museum. The Cornell House is the main building, good too see the Canadian life in the 1800 . The McCowan Log House was moved to here. The Hough Carriage Works Hut is worth to visit, you can see many different kinds of tools.

A Very Nice Vivid Park (middle of the city).
People need these kinds of places right in downtown. Everything I see is being surrounded by concrete and glass skyscrapers. This may be small but it's a real gem. Liked the trees and flowers (still blooming in mid-October). My wife and I loved coming here.
I visited specifically for the exhibition Drift: Art and Dark Matter. It was excellent. The immersion of art in science that these artists expressed was so impressive. Take some time away from the university streets and just rest and intake something quiet.
Small gallery but it’s free and still nice! And there’s another one close by in the university.
We visited for a tree-focused tour of the Wildflower reserve, led by conservationist Steve Smith. Fascinating to see the space through the eyes of the folks who built it, plant by plant by plant. The paths (out the South end of the parking areas) are worth the stroll for the birds and native bio diversity on view, even without the guide!
A hidden gem!
We were out for a family drive and just happened to turn into this place that we have always just drove past. Good thing we did!
It's an outdoor and indoor historic village, buildings from the late 1880s onwards. They have building tours; the place is connected to walking trails; and inside the interpretive centre was a free art installation... An interactive one at that! Washroom facilities are brand new and clean.
Outside, there were brand new info plaques that even had a few audio nuggets to drop... Very cool!
It's someplace that we will drop by once or twice a year to see what new installations they have on, and catch a tour!

Spent a peaceful time here. best thing about this place, electric sockets are provided for public use. Would definitely recommend this if to someone who’s interested in spending quality time in the nature. Also there’s a baseball ground, if interested in playing.

The park is next to cn tower in heart of downtown toronto in entertainment district area, but not well kept. Small park, but trees not trimmed nicely, first impression look ugly. Looks very bad. Next to it are 4 major tourist attractions venues including CN tower, Metro toronto convention center, Rogers center and Ripley's aquarium.

The museum consists of a few houses but the nicest thing is the park/trails attached to it. Kids playground (hard sand, mind you), nice trails and lots of big trees for shade. Water park area and leash free dog area too. Staff are indeed super friendly and helpful. No cafe so bring your own food/picnic lunches. Decent washroom facilities but not the cleanest.

Nice quiet small park in the middle of the city
A great place to learn about settlers and Canadian history. Very informative tours and very welcoming. They offered us baked apples and delicious apple cobbler. Also delicious warm apple cider. Really lovely park as well a lovely place to go with the family and parking available. Fantastic museum.

Amazing amazing place! It’s open everyday for public visits. Go with some cash! It’s pay what you can.

It’s very rustic and historic, with many things to learn. Our tour guide Jeff is an amazingly knowledgeable guide. He seems very passionate about what he does and it was very entertaining to learn about the different buildings and their functions.

Take your kids as well, very insightful for them. They serve complimentary iced tea, cheese cake, baked goods, etc. On a first come first serve basis.

They have many events on a daily basis, so take advantage and show your family another side of what the urban life has to offer. Would highly recommend!
The Justina M. Barnicke is a continuation of University of Toronto's Art Museum. The gallery showcases mainly contemporary art from both local and international artists. Featured exhibits rotate about every six weeks. The gallery is just two rooms, but is only steps away from the larger half of the gallery, the University of Toronto Art Centre .
贾斯蒂娜 · M · 巴尼克画廊是多伦多大学艺术博物馆的延续。 画廊主要展示当地和国际艺术家的当代艺术。 画廊只是两个房间,距离多伦多大学艺术中心只有几步之遥。
It's a small gallery but definitely worth a visit. Would be nice if the staff were a bit more welcoming, but i take it they don't get many visitors
